Abstract

SDTA 608 terletak di Desa Kesambi, sumur ini mengalami penurunan debit air seiring dengan perkembangan waktu, kondisi perubahan alam sekitar, dan kondisi sosial ekonomi petani maka sesuai dengan amanat Menteri PUPR No. 12/PRT/M/2015 bahwa penilaian kinerja sistem irigasi dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui kondisi kinerja sistem jaringan irigasi, agar kebutuhan air tanaman dapat tercapai dengan optimal. Penilaian kinerja dilakukan terhadap 6 parameter yaitu; prasarana fisik, produktivitas tanam, sarana penunjang, organisasi personalia, dokumentasi dan Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air. Penilaian kinerja jaringan irigasi air tanah dari aspek teknis dilakukan dengan observasi lapangan dan pengukuran efisiensi saluran irigasi untuk menilai kinerja prasarana fisik dan sarana penunjang, untuk aspek ekonomi dilakukan perhitungan produktivitas tanaman berupa perhitungan faktor K, realisasi luas tanam, pemenuhan kebutuhan air, produktivitas padi dan palawija dan nilai panen. Selanjutnya untuk aspek sosial dilakukan wawancara kepada 24 responden petani mengenai P3A. Hasil penilaian kinerja dari segi teknis mendapatkan nilai sebesar 72,5 % termasuk pada kategori rusak ringan dan dibutuhkan pemeliharaan berkala bersifat perawatan, kemudian dari segi ekonomi diperoleh nilai 74,6 % termasuk pada kategori baik dengan upaya peningkatan sistem gilir yang tepat agar tidak terjadi kekurangan air. Dari segi sosial mendapat nilai akhir sebesar 73 % termasuk pada kategori baik namun dibutuhkan strategi peningkatan peran P3A dalam pengelolaan jaringan utama yang didukung dengan pelatihan teknis  dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. SDTA 608 area located in Kesambi Village, this well pumps has decreased in its water discharge due to the time development, along in conditions of surrounding natural changes, and farmers' socioeconomic conditions, according to the mandate of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing No. 12 / PRT / M / 2015 that assessment of irrigation system performance were intended to determine the condition of irrigation system performance, so that crop water needs can be achieved optimally. Performance assessment was conducted on 6 parameters, i.e; Physical Infrastructure, Plant Productivity, Supporting Facilities, Personnel Organization, Documentation, and Water User Farmer Association. The performance assessment of the groundwater irrigation system in SDTA 608 area based on technical aspect was conducted directly by field observation methods and measurement of the efficiency of irrigation channels to be able to assess the performance of physical infrastructure and supporting facilities, based on economic aspect, the calculation of crop productivity including; K factors, a realization of planting area, a fulfillment of water needs, productivity of paddy and secondary crops and harvest value. Moreover, based on social aspect interviews were conducted with 24 farmer respondents regarding the Water Users Farmers' Association. The results of the assessment performance on technical aspects gave a value of 72.5% has been classified as minor damage condition and required periodic maintenance, based on economic aspects gave a value of 74.6% was categorized in good condition, and required improvement of the rotation system to prevent water shortages. From the social aspects, a final score of 73% was included in the good category but a strategy is needed to increase the role of Water User Farmer Association in managing the main network supported by technical training and human resources development.

Abstract

Sumur Pompa SDTA 616 di Desa Sukowidodo Kecamatan Karangrejo dibangun pada tahun 2017 untuk mengatasi kekurangan air pada saat musim kemarau di Desa tersebut dan membantu pemenuhan kebutuhan air pada musim tanam I dan musim tanam II yaitu padi. Debit yang dihasilkan yaitu 19 liter/detik untuk mengairi 23,5 ha lahan persawahan. Setelah beroperasi selama kurang lebih 2 tahun sumur pompa SDTA 616 di Desa Sukowidodo ini belum dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal dikarenakan besarnya biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan dan kurang aktifnya perkumpulan petani pemakai air tanah dalam pembiayaan dan juga dalam pemeliharaan sumur pompa SDTA 616. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang mengacu pada Peraturan Pemerintah PUPR No. 32/PRT/2007, PUPR No. 12/PRT/2015 dan PUPR No. 23/PRT/2015 yang akan menilai aspek teknis yaitu prasarana fisik dan sarana penunjang, aspek ekonomi yaitu produktivitas tanaman, dan aspek sosial yaitu perkumpulan petani pemakai air tanah. Dilakukan juga penelusuran di daerah oncoran SDTA 616 untuk mengetahui kondisi real komponen/aset jaringan irigasi air tanah dan juga melakukan wawancara kepada petani pemakai air tanah untuk mengetahui masalah pada organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan indeks kinerja dari aspek teknis yaitu prasarana fisik dan sarana penunjang dengan nilai 75,1% yang di kategorikan rusak ringan, untuk indeks aspek ekonomi yaitu produktivitas tanaman mendapatkan nilai 77,5 % yang di kategorikan baik, dan untuk indeks aspek sosial yaitu Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air Tanah (P3AT) mendapatkan nilai 68% yang di kategorikan cukup.The SDTA 616 Well pumps in Sukowidodo Village, Karangrejo District was built in 2017 to overcome water shortages during the drought season in the village and to achieved water requirement needs in planting season I and planting season II with an optimum discharge of 19 liter/sec to irrigate 23.5 ha of paddy fields. After operating for approximately 2 years, SDTA 616 well pumps in Sukowidodo Village have not been able to be utilized optimally due to the large operational costs incurred and the inactivity of the groundwater user farmer association in financing and also in maintaining SDTA 616 well pumps. Referring to Government Regulation of Public Works and Public Housing No. 32 / PRT / 2007, No. 12 / PRT / 2015 and No. 23 / PRT / 2015 which will assess the technical aspects of physical infrastructure and supporting facilities, economic aspects of crop productivity, and social aspects of the association of groundwater user farmers. This `research was conducted directly in SDTA 616 area to find out the real condition of the components / assets of the groundwater irrigation systems and also conducted interviews with farmers to find out problems with the association of groundwater user farmers. The results of this study obtained a performance index of the technical aspects of physical infrastructure and supporting facilities with a value of 75.1% was categorized as minor damaged, based on economic aspect index of plant productivity gave a value of 77.5% was categorized as good, and for the index of social aspects, the Association of Groundwater User Farmers gave a value of 68% was categorized as sufficient.

Abstract

Evaluasi sistem distribusi air bersih bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar kebutuhan air, kondisi hidraulik, sisa klorin, dan kondisi hidran ideal di Zona Wendit. Perhitungan yang dilakukan yaitu proyeksi penduduk dengan metode aritmatik dan kebutuhan air berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri PU dan Peraturan Walikota Malang. Hasil perhitungan kebutuhan air kondisi eksisting yaitu 303,95 l/detik, kondisi pengembangan yaitu 704,81 l/detik dan kebutuhan dengan satu hidran yaitu 744,81 l/detik. Hasil tersebut tidak mencukupi karena ketersediaan air di Sumber Wendit II yaitu 370,16 l/detik. Oleh karena itu perlu menambahkan debit pada sumber. Selanjutnya melakukan simulasi dengan software WaterCAD V8i. Berdasarkan simulasi, didapatkan tekanan -1,29 – 10,56 atm, kecepatan 0 – 5,47 m/detik, headloss gradient 0 – 335,06 m/km pada kondisi eksisting dan tekanan 0,51 – 10 atm, kecepatan 0 – 3,79 m/detik, headloss gradient 0 – 15 m/km pada kondisi pengembangan. Hasil kecepatan tersebut belum memenuhi syarat, untuk itu perlu menambah katup penguras agar tidak tejadi sedimentasi. Hasil sisa klorin berdasarkan simulasi pada kondisi eksisting yaitu 0,503 – 0,797 mg/l dan kondisi pengembangan yaitu 0,312 – 0,398 mg/l. Hasil simulasi lainnya yaitu hidran dengan debit 40 l/detik didapatkan tekanan -35,45 – -34,22 atm. Hasil ini tidak memenuhi syarat pada SNI 03-1735-2000. Oleh karena itu perlu menambah jaringan baru untuk hidran agar tekanan dapat sesuai syarat.   Evaluation of fresh water distribution systems aims to determine the amount of water needed, hydraulic conditions, chlorine residual, and ideal hydrant conditions in the Wendit Zone. Calculations is done by the population projections with arithmetic methods and water demand based on the Regulation of Minister o Public Works and Regulation of Malang Mayor. The results of the calculation of the existing water condition requirements are 303.95 l/second, the development conditions are 704.81 l/second and the demand for a single hydrant is 744.81 l/second. These results were inadequate because of the availability of water at Sumber Wendit II was 370.16 l/second. Therefore it is necessary to add debit of water to the source. A simulation is done using WaterCAD V8i software, obtained a pressure of -1.29 – 10.56 atm, velocity 0 – 5.47 m/second, headloss gradient 0 – 335.06 m/km in the existing conditions and pressure 0.51 – 10 atm, velocity 0 – 3.79 m/second, headloss gradient 0 – 15 m/km under development conditions. The velocity results are not eligible, so it is necessary to add a drain valve to avoid sedimentation. The results of residual chlorine based on simulation in the existing conditions are 0.503 – 0.797 mg/l and the development conditions are 0.312 – 0.398 mg/l. Other simulation results are hydrants with a discharge of 40 l/second obtained pressure of -35,45 – -34,22 atm. These results do not meet the requirements of SNI 03-1735-2000. Therefore it is necessary to add a new network for hydrants so that the pressure can be in accordance with the requirements.

Abstract

Kecamatan Polewali mengalami pertambahan penduduk sebanyak 54.843 jiwa pada Tahun 2010, menjadi sebanyak 61.072 jiwa pada Tahun 2017, hal ini menyebabkan kebutuhan air baku meningkat. Penelitian dilakukan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan air baku dengan intake bendung dari Sungai Madatte. Pemenuhan kebutuhan air baku dilakukan dengan melakukan perencanaan distribusi air baku yang  meliputi kebutuhan dan ketersediaan air baku, perencanaan distribusi dan rencana anggaran biaya. Pemenuhan kebutuhan tersebut dapat diidentifikasi berdasarkan kebutuhan domestik, non domestik, fluktuasi kebutuhan air dan proyeksi pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk. Sedangkan ketersediaan air baku dapat diidentifikasi dengan melakukan analisis frekuensi terhadap data debit yang tersedia. Perencanaan jaringan distribusi air baku dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi nilai debit dengan menggunakan persamaan Hazen-Williams. Perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya dilakukan berdasarkan pedoman Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum 18/PRT/M/2007. Berdasarkan Penelitian diketahui besarnya kebutuhan air baku sebesar 121,526 liter/detik dan ketersediaan debit sebesar 347,78 liter/detik. Perencanaan jaringan distribusi air baku dialirkan melalui pipa dari intake bendung ke tandon yang bervolume 1.000 meter kubik sepanjang 7.207 meter. Distribusi dari tandon hingga ke daerah layanan menggunakan pipa sepanjang 35.123 meter. Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang diperlukan untuk perencanaan sebesar Rp. 84.337.300.000 terbilang (Delapan puluh empat milyar tiga ratus tiga puluh tujuh juta tiga ratus ribu rupiah).Polewali district had a population increase of 54,843 in 2010, becoming as many as 61,072 in 2017, this led to increased water demand. This research was conducted to fulfill the need of water with the weir intake of the Madatte River. Fulfillment of water needs is done by conducting water distribution planning which includes the needs and availability of water, distribution planning and budget plan. The fulfillment of these needs can be identified based on domestic, non-domestic needs, fluctuations in water demand and projected population growth. While the availability of water can be identified by performing frequency analysis of the available debit data. Planning of water distribution network is done by identifying the value of discharge by using Hazen-Williams equation. The calculation of budget plan is done based on the ministerial regulation guidelines of the general works of 18/PRT/M/2007. Based on research, it is known that the water demand is 121.526 liters/second and the availability of discharge is 347.78 liters/second. Planning of the water distribution network is streamed through the pipeline from the weir intake to the Reservoir which has a volume of 1,000 meter kubik along 7,207 meters. Distribution from Tandon to the service area using pipes over 35,123 meters. Budget plan (RAB) is required for planning amounting to Rp. 84,337,300,000 (eighty-four billion three hundred thirty-seven million three hundreds thousand rupiah).

Abstract

Air tanah yang digunakan sebagai sumber air untuk irigasi di Kecamatan Gerokgak belum sepenuhnya teridentifikasi ataupun dipetakan kualitasnya. Kualitas air tanah sebagai sumber irigasi berkaitan dengan kesesuaian jenis tanaman yang dapat diusahakan pada lahan pertanian setempat. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk memetakan sebaran kualitas air tanah sebagai dasar untuk penentuan kesesuaian jenis tanaman yang dapat diusahakan pada lahan pertanian agar dihasilkan keuntungan yang optimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di 10 lokasi sumur produksi untuk irigasi yang tersebar di Kecamatan Gerokgak. Identifikasi kualitas air tanah dilakukan dengan menggunakan model indeks kualitas air irigasi (IWQI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditunjukkan bahwa indeks kualitas air tanah untuk irigasi di lokasi penelitian berada dalam dua kategori, yaitu batasan penggunaan air sedang (MR) dengan nilai berkisar 65,25 – 69,25 seluas 44,95 km2, dan batasan penggunaan air rendah (LR) dengan nilai berkisar 70,19 – 80,10 seluas 232,85 km2. Kualitas air MR dapat diberikan pada jenis tanaman  kacang tanah, jagung, kubis, terong, kedelai dan anggur, sementara itu kualitas air LR dapat diberikan pada tanaman kedelai dan kacang tonggak/undis.Groundwater that is used as a source of water for irrigation in Gerokgak District has not yet been fully identified or mapped in quality. The quality of groundwater as a source of irrigation is related to the suitability of the types of plants that can be cultivated on local agricultural land. The purpose of this research is to map the distribution of groundwater quality as a basis for determining the suitability of plant species that can be cultivated on agricultural land in order to produce optimal profits. This research was conducted at 10 locations of production wells for irrigation which are spread in Gerokgak District. Identification of ground water quality is done using the irrigation water quality index (IWQI) model. Based on the results of the study it can be shown that the index of ground water quality for irrigation in the study site falls into two categories, namely the moderate restriction water use (MR) with values ​​ranging from 65,25 – 69,25 covering an area of ​​44,95 km2, and the low restriction water use (LR) with values ​​ranging from 70,19 – 80,10 covering 232,85 km2. MR water quality can be given to peanut, corn, cabbage, eggplant, soybean and grape, while LR water quality can be given to soybean and milestone.

Abstract

Jaringan irigasi air tanah di daerah oncoran SDMJ 571 Kecamatan Kutorejo Kabupaten Mojokerto telah berjalan lebih dari 5 tahun. Untuk itu dibutuhkan penilaian kinerja sistem irigasi dalam rangka menggambarkan pengelolaan sistem irigasi. Penilaian kinerja sistem irigasi mengacu kepada Permen PUPR No. 12/PRT/M/2015 tentang Eksploitasi dan Pemeliharaan Irigasi dilakukan terhadap 6 (enam) parameter yaitu; Prasarana Fisik, Produktivitas Tanam, Sarana Penunjang, Organisasi Personalia, Dokumentasi dan Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air (P3A). Penilaian indeks kinerja jaringan irigasi air tanah di daerah SDMJ 571 pada aspek teknis dilakukan menggunakan metode observasi lapangan dan pengukuran efisiensi saluran irigasi untuk menilai kinerja parameter prasarana fisik dan sarana penunjang. Selanjutnya dari aspek ekonomi dilakukan penilaian terhadap produktivitas tanaman berupa penilaian faktor K, realisasi luas tanam, pemenuhan kebutuhan air, produktivitas padi dan palawija dan juga nilai panen. Berikutnya dari aspek sosial dilakukan wawancara kepada 34 responden petani mengenai Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air (P3A). Hasil penilaian indeks kinerja jaringan irigasi air tanah di daerah oncoran SDMJ 571 dari aspek teknis mendapatkan nilai sebesar 77,3% pada parameter prasarana fisik dan sarana penunjang termasuk pada kategori rusak ringan dan dibutuhkan pemeliharaan berkala bersifat perawatan yang dilakukan berdasarkan skala prioritas dari aset yang mendapatkan nilai terendah. Kemudian dari segi ekonomi mendapatkan nilai sebesar 74,93% termasuk pada kategori baik dan dibutuhkan upaya peningkatan sistem pemberian air secara rotasi yang tepat. Dari segi sosial mendapatkan nilai sebesar 72,4% termasuk pada kategori baik namun dibutuhkan strategi peningkatan peran P3A dalam pengelolaan jaringan utama yang didukung dengan pelatihan teknis dan pengembangan SDM. Furthermore, based on the economic aspect, the calculation of crop productivity, including; K factors, a realization of planting area, a fulfillment of water needs, productivity of paddy and secondary crops and harvest value. Moreover, based on social aspect interviews were conducted with 34 farmer respondents regarding the Water Users Farmers' Association. The result of the performance assessment index of SDMJ 571 groundwater irrigation systems based on technical aspect gave a value of 77.3% in the physical infrastructure and supporting facilities was included in the category of minor damage and required periodic maintance based on priority scale, from the assets that received the lowest value. Subsequently, based on economic aspect, gave a value of 74.93% was included in the good category and need effort to improve the water rotation system. Based on social aspect, a final score of 72.4% was included in the good category and required a strategy to increase the role of Water User Farmer Association in managing the main network supported by technical training and human resources development.

Abstract

Groundwater is one source of fulfilling water needs for the Klojen district, the most populous district in Malang City. Population density affects the condition of groundwater quality because it causes pollution. The possibility of groundwater quality contamination can be identified by mapping the flow pattern and determining the quality level according to its use as drinking water. The purpose of this study is to map the groundwater quality index according to its flow pattern. Flow patterns based on groundwater-surface contours can indicate the direction of flow and the direction of pollution. The quality of groundwater according to its use as drinking water was identified using the Weighted Arithmetic Water Quality Index (WAWQI) method. Based on the research results, the research location's flow pattern generally flows from North to South. According to the flow pattern, groundwater quality is getting worse, as indicated by an increase in the index value.

Abstract

Most of the population in the Jombang District area uses groundwater from dug wells and bor wells to meet their daily water needs. The quality of water from these wells was not always well controlled. The purpose of this research was to assess the quality of groundwater for drinking water and map its distribution patterns in the research location. The type of this research was development research with a descriptive research design. The groundwater quality index value for drinking water was determined based on the water quality index model and then mapped its distribution spatially in the study area. The spatial distribution of groundwater quality for drinking water in the study area, both during the rainy season and the dry season was dominated by areas with good and very good groundwater quality. The spatial distribution model of groundwater quality can be used as an indicator to assess the appropriateness of groundwater quality for drinking water in the research location.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Salah satu kendala pembangunan yang terkait dengan bidang energi adalah masih adanya desa-desa terpencil yang belum atau sulit dijangkau jaringan listrik PLN. Namun demikian apabila pada daerah tersebut terdapat potensi energi baru terbarukan dalam hal ini sumber daya air yang memiliki potensi debit dan tinggi jatuh maka dapat diupayakan untuk dikembangkan suatu Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikrohidro (PLTM). Pengembangan PLTM tipe kincir secara umum bertujuan mendukung program nasional untuk mewujudkan desa mandiri energi dan secara khusus bertujuan menyediakan fasilitas listrik bagi masyarakat daerah setempat. Metodologi dalam pembangunan suatu PLTM secara garis besar meliputi tahapan pelaksanaan studi dan perencanaan, pelaksanaan konstruksi, dan kegiatan operasional dan pemeliharaan. Hasil pembangunan PLTM tipe kincir dapat membangkitkan energi listrik sebesar 3 kVA yang bermanfaat bagai masyarakat desa setempat.   Kata Kunci : energi baru terbarukan, PLTM, tipe kincir.     ABSTRACT One of the obstacles of development associated with energy sector is there still existing many cloistered villages which are not reached out yet or difficult to be reached by PLN electric network. However, when a new renewable energy potential is available, such as water resource that has discharge potential and height of fall,an effort to develop a microhydro power plant (PLTM) can be performed. Generally, the development of PLTM wheel type has purpose to support national program to create villages having self-energy or “desa mandiri energi”, and especially to supply electric facility for society in those areas. In outline, methodologies of building a PLTM include step of study implementation and planing, construction implementation, and operational activity and maintenance. The result of PLTM wheel type can generat 3 kVA electric power for village people. Key Words : new energy can be renewed, PLTM, wheel type.

Abstract

The groundwater used for irrigation must have the quality according to its designation. The objective of this study was to assess the appropriateness of groundwater quality used as a source of irrigation water. This study was conducted on agricultural land in an area close to the coast and potentially intruded by sea water. The location of this study was groundwater irrigation land in the irrigation area of production wells SDTB 063, SDTB 064, and SDTB 342 located in Jenu District, Tuban Regency, East Java Province. Groundwater quality assessment was carried out using the IQWI model. Based on the IWQI value obtained, it can be shown that the groundwater quality from SDTB 064 and SDTB 342 production wells has low water usage restrictions, while the groundwater quality from SDJB 603 production well has moderate water usage restrictions. Groundwater quality with low water usage restrictions can be used as irrigation water on soils with moderate permeability with a recommendation to wash the salt. Groundwater quality with moderate water usage restrictions can be used as irrigation water on soils with moderate to high permeability with a recommendation to wash the salt. Farmers in the study area are recommended to be able to cultivate various alternative of high economic value crops that are suitable with the groundwater quality used as a source of irrigation water as stated in this study, while still making adjustments to agricultural land conditions and climatic conditions.
