Abstract

The research was conducted to find out how the direct and indirect influence of Training (X) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Secretariat of the DPRD of North Sumatra Province through Motivation (Z). The population in the research was 107 civil servants with the number of samples used as many as 52 civil servants using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This research was conducted in 2022. The data used were primary data taken directly from respondents using a questionnaire. This research used quantitative data that was processed with SPSS 24.0 with path analysis. The results of the path analysis showed that training directly had a positive and significant effect on motivation with the Standardized Coefficients Beta Training value of 0.900 with a significant 0.000. Training directly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the Standardized Coefficients Beta Training value of 0.931 with a significant value of 0.000. Motivation directly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of Standardized Coefficients Beta Training of 0.942 with a significant value of 0.000. The results of the path analysis also showed that indirectly training did not have a significant effect on employee performance through motivation, which meant that motivation was not able to mediate the effect of training on employee performance. The indirect effect of training on employee performance through motivation was 0.848 which was smaller than the direct effect of training on employee performance of 0.931.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari bagaimana pengaruh dari Pelatihan (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2) dan Disiplin Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Cabang Medan. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Cabang Medan yaitu 97 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diolah dengan SPSS versi 26.0 dengan model regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2) dan Disiplin Kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Cabang Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan . Koefisien determinasi Adjusted R Square menunjukkan sebesar 81,5% dijelaskan dan diperoleh dari Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja sedangkan sisanya diperoleh dari faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penguatan pengetahuan tentang pembiayaan usaha di masyarakat desa sangat penting karena memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan. pengetahuan yang lebih baik tentang pembiayaan usaha akan membantu masyarakat desa dalam mengakses sumber pendanaan yang diperlukan untuk mengembangkan usaha mereka, sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan mereka secara keseluruhan. pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang berbagai opsi pembiayaan, masyarakat desa dapat membuat keputusan yang lebih cerdas dan strategis dalam mengelola keuangan mereka, mengurangi risiko kegagalan. Pengabdian ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk pengabdian tenaga pendidik untuk ikut serta mengabdi dalam memberika pelatihan kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian ini berperan dalam membentuk masyarakat menjadi mandiri. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di desa Naman Jahe, Kabupaten Langkat dengan subjek kelompok masyarakat dan pelaku usada yang dilakukan selama satu hari. Sosialisasi yang diberikan adalah Optimalisasi Pembiayaan Usaha untuk UMKM di Desa Naman Jahe: Mendorong Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Lokal dan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat agar dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi terkait hal tersebut di masa akan datang. Dengan adanya pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat membentuk masyarakat yang mandiri, dapat memahami dan mampu menambah keterikatan kerja yang dialami.

Abstract

Various factors can affect employee performance in an organization, including job satisfaction and workload. In the electronics industry, where direct interaction with customers is a key aspect, the balance between employee satisfaction and workload plays a significant role in determining productivity and service quality. Samsung Store Sun Plaza Medan is an official Samsung outlet that offers various Samsung electronic products and after-sales services to consumers, not free from the challenge of maintaining and improving employee productivity. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all employees of Samsung Store Sun Plaza Medan as respondents. The population in this study was 44 employees of Samsung Store Sun Plaza Medan. The sampling technique was a saturated sample so that the number of samples was 44 respondents. The independent variables in this study were job satisfaction and workload, while the dependent variable was employee performance. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression to determine how much influence the two independent variables had on employee performance and was processed using SPSS software version 29.0. The results of the study indicate that partially, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value (3.496) > t-table (2.01808) and a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. While workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value (0.091) < t-table (2.638) and a significance of 0.928 > 0.05. Simultaneously, job satisfaction and workload have a significant effect on employee performance with an F-count value of 14.047 > F-table 3.22 and a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. The R Square value of 0.638 indicates that job satisfaction and workload affect employee performance by 63.8%, while the remaining 36.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
