Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence social media and service quality have on product purchasing decisions at E-Commerce Shopee. The independent variables are social media and service quality and the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 97 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, observation and interviews. The research method used is quantitative method, this study uses primary data and secondary data with multiple linear regression models. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 26.0 software. Through the R test, social media and service quality have a strong relationship with purchasing decisions. The effect of social media and service quality on purchasing decisions is 68.9% and the remaining 31.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Partially seen from the t test, there is an influence of social media on purchasing decisions at E-Commerce Shopee and there is an influence of service quality on purchasing decisions at E-Commerce Shopee.

Abstract

The development of local beverage products is currently very rapid. This is marked by the emergence of many different brands and types of local beverage products circulating in the market so that there is a need for strong competitiveness. Customer loyalty is the key to success because customer loyalty has a strategic value for the industry and is one of the assets of high-value products. Coconut Jelly is one of the MSMEs involved in the beverage and food sector. The processed coconut processing system has become one of the selling points of local entrepreneurs to develop the coconut fruit beverage sector. A new breakthrough in processing young coconuts into coconut jelly. In this study will discuss the level of customer satisfaction with the quality and taste of the product using quantitative methods taken from field survey data.

Abstract

The Screen Da'wah Foundation in the Vocational Tahfidz Dormitory (TPA) section, carried out vocational activities. One of the activities carried out was making cassava snacks. Remembering that tahfiz children whose main task is memorizing the Koran, with this activity will add to the skills of tahfidz children later when serving after completing 30 juz memorization. It is very easy to make and the cost of manufacture is also very cheap. The results of these sweet potato chips will be data on the percentage value which students and their ustadzah prefer more. The snacks produced taste fragile/crispy, soft, spicy level 5, spicy lepel 2. The most preferred taste of cassava students who do not go through boiling where the sweet potato chips produced taste crunchy and brittle is 85%. Meanwhile, the spiciness that students like is level 5 by 70%. The comparison between the ustadzah and the students regarding the feeling of softness is 85%: 15%.

Abstract

Small-scale shrimp farmers in Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency, Indonesia, conduct direct water quality supervision and manually use aerators and water pumps. Thus, it is inefficient in meeting the water quality required for shrimp farming and using production costs. This study aims to test the performance of an internet of things (IoT)-based prototype in supervising and controlling the aerator and pump in a shrimp pond. This prototype comprises an ESP32, three sensors: the DS18B20 sensor, MLX90614 sensor, and JSN-SR04T sensor, and two relays to control the aerator and pump automatically. Prototype testing is done directly on shrimp ponds by placing the prototype in an electrical panel connected to a power circuit. Based on the study's results, it is known that the prototype can measure water temperature. The water level and temperature of the aerator motor are pretty accurate. In addition, the prototype can also control the aerator and water pump well and send notifications to users automatically via smartphones.

Abstract

Mayoritas petani budidaya udang di Indonesia menggunakan kincir air tambak secara terus menerus untuk mengontrol kadar oksigen ataupun suhu air.  Pompa air juga digunakan dalam waktu lama untuk meningkatkan level air. Namun, kedua hal tersebut sering menimbulkan masalah berupa kerusakan mesin penggerak kincir dan/atau pompa air (motor listrik) akibat panas berlebih. Selain itu, peningkatan biaya produksi juga terjadi akibat penggunaan kincir air yang tidak optimal. Oleh karena itu, sebuah sistem proteksi dan peningkatan efisiensi penggunaan kincir dan pompa air berbasis internet of things (IoT) diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sistem tersebut tersusun dari tiga sensor, yaitu sebuah sensor suhu tipe contactless (MLX90614), dua buah sensor tipe waterproof, yaitu sensor suhu air (DS18B20) dan sensor level air berbasis  ultrasonik (JSN-SR04T). Sebuah prosesor ESP32 digunakan untuk menampilkan hasil sensor pada monitor dan mengirimkannya ke pengguna melalui jaringan internet. ESP32 juga berfungsi untuk mengontrol kincir dan pompa air secara otomatis. Serta mengirimkan notifikasi kepada pengguna secara otomatis juga jika suhu dan level air tidak optimal. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan bahwa sistem yang dihasilkan mampu menghentikan kerja motor listrik secara otomatis jika suhu motor listrik terlalu panas (>65oC). Sistem juga mampu mengontrol kincir air untuk mempertahankan suhu air di antara 29oC - 32oC dan mengontrol pompa air untuk mempertahankan level air di antara 80cm – 90cm secara otomatis. Sistem yang dihasilkan telah mampu memproteksi motor listrik secara otomatis dari panas berlebih. Selain itu, sistem juga mampu mengontrol kerja kincir dan pompa air agar bekerja lebih efisien.

Abstract

An energy audit needs to be carried out to calculate energy consumption in buildings. This activity is a form of energy management which aims to meet national energy needs in accordance with long-term energy management policies, including Law no. 30 of 2007, concerning energy. This research uses data on the use of electrical energy at the Tiara Residence boarding house. The results of the energy audit serve as a reference for increasing profits from the boarding house business by saving on monthly electricity usage costs based on the amount of electricity consumption paid. This research was carried out by calculating the energy consumption intensity (IKE) value with influencing variables including energy consumption (kWh) per square meter (m2) per month. Based on the results obtained, the monthly power consumption is 1049 kWh-1231 kWh at a cost of Rp. 1,576,836-Rp. 1,852,473, then the IKE value is calculated and it is known that the efficiency level of energy use is in the efficient category in February, March, July, August, September and October, while in January, April, May, June it is categorized as very efficient. Apart from that, there are opportunities to save from installed electrical equipment by applying special behavior to the equipment.

Abstract

Dalam mengupayakan persaingan pasar industri setiap perusahaan melakukan peningkatan produktivitas. Terdapat beberapa strategi dalam peningkatan produktivitas, salah satunya Task-Based Productivity Improvement Techniques. Pada proses pengisian bottling yang telah dilakukan secara otomatis, namun operator masih menjadi pengawas kualitas sertas jalannya produksi. Saat ini operator belum mengetahui dengan pasti berapa waktu yang dibutuhkan setiap pengerjaan pada suatu mesin, oleh karena itu Tujuan penelitian ini membuat perancangan pengukuran waktu kerja dengan metode jam henti yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pengisian bottling. Pada perhitungan waktu baku kita harus menetapkan tingkat kepercayaan dan ketelitian operator terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakukannya.Setelah itu kita melakukan uji keseragaman data, uji kecukupan data, penetapan faktor penyesuaian dan kelonggaran, perhitungan waktu siklus, waktu normal, dan waktu baku. Setelah perhitungan didapatkan waktu siklus, waktu normal dan waktu baku terbesar yaitu pada operasi mesin Bottle washer pada pencucian botol sedangkan waktu siklus, waktu normal dan waktu baku terkecil didapat pada operasi mesin video jet pada pengkodean.

Abstract

This study uses the Quality Loss Function as a way to see product variations on production costs. Quality Loss Function int is also used to indicate that a product or service is related to quality based on standards. Function of quality loss describes the functional relationship between deviation and loss, and it is usually used to assess the direct relationship between quality loss and damage in a refinery production process. From the results of data analysis and processing of data on the two parameters of color and FFA it is that the biggest cause of product damage is material factors,this is due to the fact that there are still many raw materials that do not comply with the parameters that have been set. From the results of research on RBDPKO products, for the cost of product repairs borne by companies with quality characteristics of smaller the better type is Rp. 743.719.690,62.

Abstract

Since activities require movement, such as moving, lifting, and assembling goods, consequently, work movement analysis is essential for businesses, especially for manufacturing companies that perform many movement activities during the manufacturing process. The way to calculate the amount of work is MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Time), which is based on a sequence of actions or subactivities. Repetitive motion is the basis of this subactivity. The purpose of this study is to improve the working method with the MOST method with qualitative research methods and observations by concluding the standard time obtained is as follows: standard time 6.853 / minute standard output 0.06127 boats / day. Abstract

Telah dilakukan pengabdian di Yayasan Layar Dakwah mengenai sifat asam basa dari beberapa sumber air yang berbeda. Dalam hal ini dilakukan sumber air yang berbeda tersebut adalah air zam zam, air sumur bor, dan air hujan. Hasil yang diperoleh pH dari air zam zam adalah 8, pH dari air sumur bor 6,5 dan pH air hujan adalah 6. Sehingga dalam halini diketahui bahwa sifat air zam zam adalah netral sedangkan sifat dari air sumur bor dan sifat air hujan adalam asam. pH tubuh normal manusia berkisaran antara pH 7,3 sampai dengan pH 7,5. Sehingga sangat baikuntuk mengkonsumsi air zam zam sebagai minuman sehari hari
