Abstract

Work ethic is defined as a guideline that is oriented towards divine (divine) values. Work ethic is related to achieving material prosperity. This is based on the desire to gain reward or the approval of Allah SWT, so that the work ethic that is carried out becomes a religious and worldly value. There are also those who want to receive material rewards in the form of money or salary, in order to meet their family's needs. However, sometimes rewards in the form of material are sometimes misinterpreted as getting as much reward as possible which will then only be used for fun. In this case, Islam emphasizes several concepts such as patience, honesty and trust in what has been received as a result of the efforts made. This research aims to analyze the concept of gratitude based on work ethic from a hadith perspective carried out at KSPPS BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru, East Java. The approach used is a literature review approach and case studies with qualitative research, then the explanation is strengthened from related articles or research. This data was obtained from hadith books and articles. Then, the data is described from various aspects related to the content analysis method. The results of this research are: 1) The concept of gratitude used in this context teaches the general public to be grateful to humans by sincerely accepting what has been given, so this creates gratitude in the form of thanking Allah SWT. 2) The work ethic that each employee carries out in carrying out their work can make them considered good and get positive views from various parties. 3) Based on the perspective of the hadith that has been explained, it strengthens employees at KSPPS BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru Jatim to continue to be enthusiastic in working, be sincere with what they get and foster a sense of responsibility within themselves. 4) The importance of the concept of gratitude based on the work ethic carried out by employees in all fields of work makes the work they do worth worship and fosters a sense of confidence that everything that happens is determined by Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing Generation Z’s interest in using BYOND for BSI digital banking services, selecting ease of use, security, and service features as independent variables. The researcher used a quantitative approach, conducting a purposive survey of 120 BSI customers in Pamekasan. Data analysis used SPSS version 24 to test validity and reliability, assess classical assumptions, perform multiple linear regression, and test hypotheses. The results showed that ease of use and security had a positive, significant effect on Generation Z’s interest, while service features had no significant partial effect. The regression model explains a significant amount of variation in interest. Theoretically, this study integrates the UTAUT and TAM models in Islamic digital banking for Generation Z, highlighting service features as minimum expectations. The practical implications recommend that BSI improve its UI/UX, security, and innovative features. The limitations of this study include its local scope and low R-squared, and it offers suggestions for broader follow-up research.

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meals Program (MBG) is a strategic government policy to improve the nutritional quality of students. One important component in its implementation is the procurement of food trays as a means of food distribution. However, the procurement of imported food trays from non-Muslim countries raises potential disputes related to product halal certification, business ethics, and compliance with public procurement regulations. This study aims to identify potential disputes in the procurement of imported food trays for the MBG program and examine the relevance of sharia arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism. This study uses a normative qualitative method with a conceptual and legislative approach, through document analysis, DSN-MUI fatwas, and academic literature related to sharia economics and public procurement. The results of the study indicate that disputes may arise due to non-compliance with halal standards, non-transparent procurement practices, and the weak integration of sharia arbitration in contracts. Sharia arbitration, through institutions such as BASYARNAS, has great potential to resolve disputes fairly, quickly, and in a manner that is oriented towards the public interest.
