Abstract

Adapun masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana persepsi mahasiswi prodi Aqidah dan Filsafat Islam UIN Sumatera Utara tentang beauty vlogger dalam tinjauan etika dan apa pengaruh mahasiswi prodi Aqidah dan Filsafat Islam UIN Sumatera Utara terhadap konten beauty vlogger dalam sudut pandang berhias dalam Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswi prodi aqidah dan filsafat islam UIN Sumatera Utara terkait dengan beauty vlogger dalam tinjauan filsafat etika, serta pengaruh beauty vlogger menurut mahasiswi AFI UIN Sumatera Utara dalam sudut pandang berhias dalam islam. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan persepsi mahasiswi dan filsafat etika. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini merujuk pada hasil wawancara dan observasi lapangan, serta berdasarkan rujukan dari beberapa buku-buku filsafat mengenai filsafat etika dan aliran-alirannya. Hasil penelitian ini, persepsi mahasiswi Aqidah dan Filsafat Islam UIN Sumatera Utara terkait beauty vlogger dalam tinjauan etika, terbagi menjadi tiga, yakni ada yang menyebutkannya sebagai aliran filsafat etika hedonisme (kelezatan /kenikmatan), utilitarisme (manfaat) dan naturalisme (fitrah/alami). Namun secara garis besar lebih memberikan klaim sebagai aliran filsafat etika hedonisme. Dalam pengaruhnya sangat mempengaruhi tata cara berhias seseorang. Namun untuk konten beauty vlogger yang menjadi sample konten menurut mereka belum dapat dikatakan sesuai dengan syariat islam karena melampaui batasan-batasan berhias dalam islam.

Abstract

The study of cryptocurrency law from an Islamic perspective presents an epistemological challenge that demands a deep understanding of the hadith as one of the primary sources of Sharia law. The increasing use of digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, coupled with the controversy surrounding their halal-haram status, has created a need to explore the contribution of hadith understanding in framing the legality of cryptocurrency. This study aims to analyze how understanding hadith, both textually and contextually, can provide a normative basis for legal assessments of digital assets. Using qualitative methods with a thematic and hermeneutic approach, this study examines hadith related to the principles of muamalah (muamalah), such as the prohibitions on gharar (unlawful exchange), riba (usury), and maisir (investment), as well as the concepts of justice and clarity of contracts. The research findings indicate that understanding hadith cannot be applied literally but requires reinterpretation based on maqāṣid al-Sharī‘ah (the principles of Islamic law) to address the realities of the digital economy. Hadiths on riba-based exchange and the obligation to clarify exchange rates provide an ethical framework for cryptocurrency transaction mechanisms, while hadiths on trustworthiness and asset protection reinforce the urgency of regulation and transparency. This research reveals that cryptocurrency law is highly dependent on its usage characteristics: it can be considered legitimate as a medium of exchange if it meets the requirements of fairness, clarity, and freedom from excessive speculation, but is potentially prohibited if it dominates speculative and manipulative practices. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing contemporary ijtihad based on hadith to formulate guidelines for digital economic fiqh, enabling religious authorities to issue fatwas that are adaptive and responsive to modern financial innovations.

Abstract

The lack of creative ideas among teachers in designing mathematics learning media has led to low student interest and enthusiasm in learning mathematics at SDIT Insan Kamil Bukittinggi. This study aims to develop video-based learning media using the Canva application to assist teachers and students in the mathematics learning process. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) model with the 4D approach, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The results show that the instructional videos uploaded to YouTube were validated by media experts, found practical by subject teachers, and proven effective and user-friendly for students. The findings confirm that this media increases students’ interest and engagement in mathematics learning. This research contributes by providing an innovative, valid, practical, and effective technology-based learning alternative to enhance the quality of mathematics education in elementary schools. Abstrak Kurangnya ide kreatif guru dalam merancang media pembelajaran matematika menyebabkan rendahnya minat dan antusiasme siswa dalam mengikuti pelajaran di SDIT Insan Kamil Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis video menggunakan aplikasi Canva yang dapat membantu guru dan siswa dalam proses praktikum pembelajaran matematika. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan 4D, yaitu Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran yang diunggah melalui platform YouTube terbukti valid menurut penilaian ahli media, praktis menurut guru mata pelajaran, serta efektif dan mudah digunakan oleh siswa. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa media ini mampu meningkatkan ketertarikan dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah memberikan alternatif media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang inovatif, valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan matematika di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

In Abdurrahman Wahid’s (Gus Dur) perspective, religion is not only a spiritual path to God but also a means to realize humanitarian values in communal life. In the context of Indonesia's plural society, Gus Dur positioned religion as a tool to preserve diversity and protect the rights of minority groups. This study aims to examine Gus Dur's thought through the lens of the philosophy of religion, focusing on the concepts of pluralism and humanity. Using a qualitative descriptive method and a philosophical-hermeneutical analysis, the research explores various primary and secondary texts, including speeches, writings, and policies reflecting Gus Dur’s commitment to pluralism. The findings reveal that Gus Dur viewed faith as a social responsibility, not merely a private relationship with God. He advocated interreligious dialogue, respect for differences, and solidarity with marginalized groups as integral to a sincere expression of religious belief. The study concludes that religion can serve as a humanitarian project when practiced openly, emphasizing justice, compassion, and solidarity. This research contributes to the development of a contextual philosophy of religion and opens new avenues for discourse on the role of religion in upholding humanity within pluralistic societies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang proses pendampingan yang dilakukan kepada kelompok pemuda Desa Sumbermulyo sebagai upaya untuk membantu meningkatkan pemasaran produk UMKM dan juga wisata desa yang ada di Desa Sumbermulyo. Penelitian ini berisikan tentang bagaimana strategi pendampingan, dan bagaimana perubahan sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan ABCD (Assed Basic Community Development) dimana metode ini memfokuskan pada aset yang ada untuk dimobilisasi untuk memajukan perekonomian masyarakat. Metode ini memiliki tahapan yang biasa disebut dengan siklus 5-D yaitu define, discovery, dream, design, dan destiny. Hasil dari pendampingan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dari para pemuda Desa Sumbermulyo perihal metode dan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan pemasaran produk UMKM dan wisata desa. Dalam mewujudkan hal tersebut, para pemuda belajar untuk menguasai media sosial dan juga aplikasi-aplikasi untuk membuat poster dan video dengan memanfaatkan Android.
