Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Pelatihan, Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Dosen Tetap pada Prodi Sarjana Manajemen Universitas Prima Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap Dosen Tetap pada Prodi Sarjana Manajemen Universitas Prima Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi sedikit, maka teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa kuesioner dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diolah dengan program SPSS versi 25, yaitu uji t (uji parsial), uji F (uji simultan) dan uji koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja, dan 4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Pelatihan, Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, pelatihan, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Tbk KC Medan. Dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 131 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, pelatihan, dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif meningkatkan produktivitas, pelatihan yang efektif meningkatkan kompetensi, dan motivasi yang tinggi mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja lebih optimal. Variabel-variabel tersebut menjelaskan 68,8% pengaruh dari variabel independen terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara 31,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Disarankan agar perusahaan meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan kerja, menyediakan program pelatihan yang relevan, dan mendorong motivasi karyawan melalui penghargaan dan pengembangan karier untuk mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of price, location, and service quality variables on purchasing decisions at Ayam Khas Nusantara Suzuya Marelan Plaza. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who were customers of Ayam Khas Nusantara Suzuya Marelan Plaza. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the effect of independent variables (price, location, and service quality) on the dependent variable (purchase decision). The results showed that price, location, and service quality significantly influenced the decision to purchase Ayam Khas Nusantara at Suzuya Marelan. Among the three variables, service quality has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions. The amount of influence found was 64.2%, the rest was influenced by variables not examined in this study. These findings provide managerial implications for Suzuya Marelan to continue to maintain and improve service quality, as well as consider price and location factors in marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of trust, convenience, and service quality on purchasing decisions in Tokopedia, especially among students of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Prima Indonesia. The background of this study is the rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia, which requires an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence consumer behavior, especially the younger generation. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey, involving 100 student respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables ease and quality of Service have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, Trust did not show a partially significant effect. However, simultaneously, all three variables have a significant influence on the purchase decision. The contribution of the three variables to the purchase decision reached 82.92%, while 17.08% were influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings emphasize the importance of ease and quality of service in improving student purchasing decisions at Tokopedia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether product quality, price, and promotion have an influence on purchasing decisions at PT ACE HARDWARE Branch Dumai. The study is conducted among the employees of PT ACE HARDWARE Branch Dumai, with a population of 100 individuals. Due to the limited population size, the sampling technique employed is quota sampling, with a sample size of 100 individuals. Data collection involves both primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data obtained through documentation studies. The data analysis technique utilizes quantitative data processed with Smart PLS Version 3.0, involving inner model and outer model testing.The results of this research indicate:1) appositive influence between product quality and purchasing decision variables, 2) a positive impact of price on purchasing decision variables, and 3) a positive effect of promotion on purchasing decision variables

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja dosen tetap UNPRI secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap dosen tetap UNPRI. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah dosen tetap UNPRI. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner atau angket. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Random Sampling. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan taraf kesalahan 5% sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 221 dosen dari jumlah populasi sebesar 492 dosen tetap UNPRI. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis regresi berganda dan koefisien determinasi dengan perhitungan menggunakan SPSS versi 20,0. Hasil penelitian yang bersumber dari pengolahan data menunjukkan hubungan yang positif antara variabel kompetensi, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja dosen tetap UNPRI. Secara parsial pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja dosen tetap UNPRI masing-masing sebesar 0,141; 0,094 dan 0,167. Secara simultan variabel kompetensi, pelatihan dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen tetap UNPRI sebesar 0,392. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa secara parsial pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja dosen tetap UNPRI masing-masing sebesar 14,1%; 9,4% dan 15,7%. Secara simultan pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja dosen tetap UNPRI sebesar 39,20% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diajukan dalam penelitian ini.

Metode Takwil Nasr Hamid Abu Zaid (Studi Atas Potensi Tafsir Esoterik Dalam Merespon Problem Tafsir Era Modern). Adapun mekanisme metode takwil yang digunakan Abu Zaid dalam pembacaan teks yakni dengan mendekati teks dan berusaha mengungkapkan misteri-misterinya dimulai dengan pembacaan kemudian tingkat analitis. Pembacaan melalui metode tafsir esoteris dengan perangkat Takwil dapat memberikan kontribusi yang besar dalam upaya memahami Alquran secara kontekstual, Abu Zaid mengusung dua terma penting dalam mengembangkan pendekatan penafsirannya terhadap Alquran, yakni al-Ma’na (makna) dan al-Maghza (Signifikansi) makna merupakan makna yang direpresentasikan oleh sebuah teks atau apa yang direpresentasikan oleh tanda-tanda, sedangkan signifikansi menamai hubungan antara sebuah makna itu dan seseorang atau sebuah persepsi, situasi atau sesuatu yang dapat dibayangkan

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of leadership style and career development on employee performance at CV Setia Kawan Medan. The data analysis method used in this study is a statistical analysis method using multiple linear regression equations. The research population is 45 employees who work in CV Setia Kawan. So the number of samples is the same as the population of 45 employees. Researchers tested the classical assumptions first before doing regression testing. The results showed that the calculated F value (8.907) was greater than the F table value (3.214), and sig.? (0.000a) was smaller than 5% alpha (0.05), so that leadership style and career development had a simultaneous effect. on employee performance at CV Setia Kawan Medan. Leadership style has an effect on employee performance at CV Setia Kawan Medan. Career development affects employee performance at CV Setia Kawan Medan. The influence of leadership style and career development on employee performance at CV Setia Kawan Medan is 80.2% while 19.8% is explained by other variables not included in this research model such as training, job stress and motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance and work stress on performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable for employees at the Ministry of Religion Office of South Tapanuli Regency. The population in this study were 58 people. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The data analysis tool uses SPSS. The results of the analysis show that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Tapanuli Regency. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Tapanuli Regency. Work Life Balance has a positive but significant effect on performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Tapanuli Regency. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Tapanuli Regency. Job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Tapanuli Regency. The direct effect of Work Life Balance on performance is greater than the indirect effect of Work Life Balance on performance. The direct effect of work stress on performance is smaller than the indirect effect of work stress on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational culture on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at pt. capella multidana. The population in this study was 492 people, with a sample of 81 people at a 90% confidence interval. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The data analysis tool uses SPSS. The results of the analysis show that emotional intelligence has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Capella Multidana. Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Capella Multidana. Emotional intelligence has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment at PT. Capella Multidana. Organizational Culture has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment at PT. Capella Multidana. Job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment at PT. Capella Multidana. The direct effect of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment is smaller than the indirect effect of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. The direct effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment is smaller than the indirect effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment.
