The phenomenon that the researcher points out is the proliferation of Laskar Mendoan (fans of the Mendoan podcast) which has made the podcast able to push the podcasts of top artists. All of the podcast episodes are mostly in Javanese, which not everyone understands. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Mendoan podcast in providing entertainment content through podcasts. In a study, it is necessary to have a method or method for researchers as a step to solve a problem to achieve a goal. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. According to Sugiyono, the research method is a scientific method used to obtain accurate data with the aim of discovering, developing, and proving certain knowledge so that in part it can be used to understand and solve problems (Sugiyono, 2012). Based on the results of the t-test, podcast mendoan obtained a partial effect on listener interest. Based on the results of the F test, the podcast variable Mendoan simultaneously affects listeners' interest. It is hoped that podcasters can continue to maintain the quality of their content and develop the themes they present so that in the future it can be more developed and accepted by various levels of society.

This study aims to understand how the production process of visual content Production House @creativismstudio on Instagram. This research uses POAC management theory and new media. The method used is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained by interviewing the owner of the Production House, conducting direct observations and collecting data in the form of supporting documents. The results of this study are 1) @creativistudio is very instrumental in maintaining and maximizing individual creative abilities to progress and develop and generate benefits for these individuals and clients who have entrusted the services of @creativsmstudio, 2) @creativismstudio really takes advantage of convergence in POAC management at the Production House these, 3) @creativsmstudio also utilizes new media in creating its audio visual production content by converging on the Instagram platform, 4) @creativsmstudio optimizes convergence efforts on other social media such as TikTok

This research is entitled: "ROLE OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN CHILDREN AND PARENTS IN INCREASING LEARNING MOTIVATION (STUDY OF STUDENTS OUTSIDE OF JAVA ISLAND IN STIKOSA AWS". because they live in the same house. But it is different with parents and children who do not live together or live far apart due to differences in distance and place. Communication is carried out using media such as the Whatsapp video call, voice note, and call applications that do not communicate face-to-face. the author uses descriptive data in the form of data collected in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews and documentation, then uses technical data analysis. So that it can find out how the role, interpersonal communication, learning motivation on students outside Java island d i Stikosa-AWS The author's results found that students from outside Java in Stikosa-AWS communicated with their parents through Whatsapp applications such as video calls, voice notes, and calls. Communication carried out by children and parents is not good because they only rely on the Whatsapp application without making face-to-face meetings and the communication that is established is limited.

This article describes scientific discoveries that drive the phenomenon of visual cultural communication media in networked societies. Many types of research on visual culture have focused more on visual arts and mass media. However, few have yet addressed the problem of people's digital activities in searching for visual information on the Internet ( Visual search engine as a resource for visual data mining The amount of digital information, including visual information, is increasing exponentially.This research uses a literature study method with a qualitative approach. The primary data used in this study are studies on visual culture and visual search engines published in international peer-reviewed journals. Analysis of digital behavior and visual culture in a networked society is described as a research topic in previous research results. The conclusions drawn indicate that there is still a relatively deep and broad analysis of the study of visual culture when using digital communication media. There are few research studies on visual culture and digital activities in connected communities, especially people's visual information search behavior.

Produk unggulan Kampung Hidroponik Medokan Ayu saat ini hanya dikenal secara lokal daerah sekitar Kecamatan Rungkut Surabaya. Kegigihan masyarakat Kampung Hidroponik Medokan Ayu Surabaya untuk merawat dan mengembangkan tanaman tersebut, sangat disayangkan apabila hanya dikenal oleh warga sekitar saja. Perlu adanya pengenalan produk unggulan kepada masyarakat yang lebih luas. Dengan adanya dukungan internet dan jejaring masyarakat informasi, maka produk unggulan dari Kampung Hidroponik tersebut dapat dikenal jauh lebih luas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pemecahan permasalahan pada pengembangan branding produk unggulan Kampung Hidroponik Medokan Ayu Surabaya ini merupakan dalam bentuk pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat berbasis riset. Ada 2 (dua) tahapan dalam metode pelaksanaan yaitu pertama adalah riset dan kedua adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan berbasis riset. Riset yang dilakukan adalah riset produk dengan observasi produsen dan konsumen sebagai target pasar produk sayuran dari Kampung Hidroponik Medokan Ayu Surabaya. Berikutnya adalah pengelolaan data hasil riset pada tahap pertama menjadi dasar pelaksanaan pengembangan branding produk Kampung Hidroponik Medokan Ayu. Melalui 9 (Sembilan) program pengabdian masyrakat ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan branding melalui sosial media, maka informasi tentang produk unggulan hidroponik dari Medokan Ayu ini dapat dikenal pada seluruh penduduk Kota Surabaya secara lokal, masyarakat Indonesia secara nasional hingga mancanegara secara global. Hasilnya, 9 program kerja yang sudah terlaksana, terdapat 2 (dua) program yang tidak dapat terlaksana dengan optimal, yaitu pembuatan kemasan dan sosialisasi media digital untuk masyarakat kampung Hidroponik Medokan Ayu. Ini dikarenakan terjadi pandemic Covid-19 kota Surabaya harus melakukan protokol kesehatan dengan batasan kegiatan yang mengumpulkan massa, maka kegiatan sosialisasi dan pendampingan penggunaan media digital sebagai media digital branding belum terlaksana dengan optimal. Tetapi hal itu tidak menjadi kendala, akhirnya pelaksanaannya dilakukan secara daring (dalam jaringan) melalui medium Google Meet dan video tutorial.

The millennial generation is very synonymous with social media activities, not even a few are interested in becoming a content creator. Digital tourism is an integration between the development of Information and Communication Technology with the tourism industry. In line with this, one of the themes raised in the 2022 Digital Talent Scholarship (DTS) Program is video content creator training which aims to form the skills of the young workforce in the field of video production for various communication and marketing purposes through the wrong digital media. one of them supports the development of the tourism sector in Indonesia. The training is carried out offline, using a project-based learning method. In this method, participants gain knowledge, think critically, analyze, evaluate, and make decisions. it can be concluded, that the DTS TA (Thematic Academy) Video Content Creator Batch 2 activity in Palembang City is going according to plan. Participants are quite enthusiastic and can follow the lesson easily. Various creativity and ideas emerged from the participants who were shown in the tasks they made.

The problem of poverty and population development is still a crucial social issue in Bojonegoro district during technological development issue. As a non-governmental organization, Ademos Indonesia contributes together with local actors of small-medium enterprises (SME) in Indonesia called UMKM in developing their potential. Through research-based community service activities with the theme "Optimizing Regional Potential (Local Values) through Community Development Collaboration in the Digital Communication Era to create Character, Reliable, and Quality Students devotion." These activities based on the research aim to assist the publication process of SME's actors in Bojonegoro Regency, under Ademos Indonesia's guidance. This digital marketing concept is beneficial for SME actors to market their business through online networks. Both about expanding products, content campaigns, digital branding, and also increasing product sales. This activity in several achievements in the form of a digital branding concept of SME's Instagram media fostered, namely Batik Poetra Dolokgede. Overall, activities run smoothly and according to the timeline of the work program that has been scheduled

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis interaksi antara YouTuber dan penonton yang melakukan live-streaming di kanal YouTube Windah Basudara. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memahami implikasi dari interaksi tersebut terhadap interaksi antara YouTuber dan penonton. Sebagai metodologi penelitian, digunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Manfaat teoritis dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan kontribusi pada bidang ilmu komunikasi dengan meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi live-streaming YouTuber dengan penonton di kanal YouTube Windah Basudara. Sedangkan manfaat praktisnya adalah memberikan sarana agar terjalin komunikasi yang baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan interaksi antara YouTuber dan penonton. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan temuan, diketahui bahwa tiga jenis komunikasi yang digunakan pada kanal YouTube Windah Basudara adalah komunikasi satu arah, dua arah, dan banyak arah. Interaksi antara YouTuber dan penonton sangat berarti, terutama karena mereka antusias dalam memberikan kritik dan berpartisipasi dalam diskusi secara terbuka. Selain itu, drama pada tahap terakhir siaran langsung membantu meningkatkan interaksi antara YouTuber dan pemirsa. Hasilnya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara YouTuber dan penonton siaran langsung di kanal YouTube Windah Basudara menggunakan berbagai metode komunikasi yang berbeda satu sama lain dan antusiasme partisipan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap interaksi yang dimaksud. Oleh karena itu, YouTuber dapat meningkatkan interaksi dengan pemirsa melalui penggunaan teknik komunikasi yang efektif dan penuh perhatian, yang akan meningkatkan popularitas, jangkauan, dan tingkat keterlibatan pemirsa.

Mass communication is undoubtedly constructive for humans to meet their information needs individually and in groups. Communication is essential in human life as a process of delivering messages. It is the most basic need that is closely related to the continuity and defense of the existence of an organization or company. One of the roles in helping to establish effective communication relationships with the use of internal media has also been carried out by the Brantas. Using internal media implemented by the Brantas can establish relationships between internal and external stakeholders and assist in synchronizing information. The purpose was to determine the use of internal bulletins by employees in meeting internal information needs, to determine the fulfillment of internal information needs obtained by employees from internal bulletins as a source of information, and to determine the effect of using internal bulletins to meet the internal information needs of employees at Balai Besar Sungai Brantas. The result is that it was found that there was a relationship between the use of the Brantas Bulletin to meet their needs and the use of internal media could be used by an organization or agency.

Artikel ini menggambarkan program pengabdian masyarakat dari kegiatan kuliah kerja lapangan berbasis riset.. Subyek dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Yayasan sosial diyaul haq terletak di Jalan Bulak Banteng Lor Bhineka 8 No.3, Kecamatan Kenjeran, Surabaya. Kegiatan kuliah kerja lapangan ini diawali dengan riset lapangan . Subjek dan objek penelitian adalah seluruh pembina yayasan diyaul haq dan anak binaan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif dipilih oleh penulis karena penulis ingin memfokuskan penelitian pada prinsip-prinsip umum yang mendasari perwujudan sebuah makna dari gejala-gejala yang ada di masyarakat dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi. Salah satu Yayasan lingkup perkumpulan orang yang berguna bagi masyarakat harus bisa mengimbangi dan mengajarkan hal yang positif disekitarnya, Yayasan Diyaul Haq merupakan salah satu Program pengabdian masyarakat dengan mengangkat tema “Peningkatan Pemahaman Teknologi Informasi Media Konvergensi Melalui Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Di Yayasan Sosial Diyaul Hag Surabaya” dengan tujuan untuk memahami teknologi informasi di bidang media agar kedepanya bisa bermanfaat bagi Yayasan maupun lingkungan sekitar. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan terhadap “program peningkatan” dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan yayasan dan anak didik yayasan tentang pentingnya memahami komunikasi new media di era sekarang. Kegiatan ini pula memberikan skill tambahan terhadap yayasan untuk dapat lebih professional melaporkan kegiatan kepada donatur secara menarik.
