Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of leadership in improving employee performance in the Administrative Staff section of the Air Force Chief of Staff (SMIN KASAU) of the Indonesian National Army Headquarters, as well as identifying factors that support and hinder the role of leadership in improving employee performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with interview techniques, observation and focus group discussions to explore deeper understanding. The findings of this research indicate that the leadership model applied in the Administrative Staff of the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian National Army Air Force implements all leadership roles according to Path Goal theory, namely leaders as directors, leaders as supporters, leaders as participants and leaders who are achievement oriented. Factors that support the implementation of good leadership in the Administrative Staff of the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian National Army Air Force include good cooperation, quality of performance, timeliness, accuracy in giving orders and the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model is recognized as an effective instructional approach that enhances both the learning process and student outcomes. It actively engages students in identifying, analyzing, and solving real-world problems, thereby fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. In school settings, PBL significantly improves conceptual understanding, knowledge retention, and the achievement of learning competencies. Previous studies have shown that PBL has a positive impact on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains, positioning it as a relevant strategy for addressing the educational challenges of the 21st century. This study employed an experimental method using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design, involving Grade X students at SMA Negeri 2 Salatiga. Class X-A served as the control group, while class X-B was designated as the experimental group. Data collection was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests, followed by statistical analyses including tests for normality, homogeneity, and mean differences. The results demonstrated that the use of different instructional media with the same teaching model led to higher post-test scores in the experimental group (72.44) compared to the control group (69.90). The t-test result of 2.072 exceeded the t-table value of 1.995, with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05. These findings indicate that the PBL model supported by Google Sites effectively enhances learning outcomes. In conclusion, the integration of PBL and Google Sites improves student performance, particularly in topics related to payment systems and financial instruments. The scientific contribution of this research lies in its innovative integration of problem-based learning with the digital platform Google Sites, which has been scarcely explored in similar studies. This study provides empirical evidence that simple yet interactive digital tools can strengthen the effectiveness of PBL in the context of economics education, especially when dealing with abstract and theoretical subjects such as payment systems. Moreover, the findings present new opportunities for educators and curriculum developers to explore accessible and practical technology-enhanced learning strategies that do not require complex infrastructure. Thus, this study not only enriches the literature on the effectiveness of PBL but also offers practical and applicable solutions for improving educational quality in the digital era

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi finansial, kepuasan kerja, dan work-life balance terhadap loyalitas karyawan yang berasal dari Generasi Z. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya tingkat mobilitas kerja pada kelompok Generasi Z, yang menciptakan tatantangan sendiri bagi perusahaan dalam mempertahankan tenaga kerja muda yang memiliki potensi tinggi. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei yang melibatkan 80 responden dari kalangan Generasi Z yang bekerja di sektor manufaktur. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22, dengan menggunakan sejumlah tahapan pengujian yang mencakup pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linier berganda. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen, yaitu kompensasi finansial, kepuasan kerja, dan work-life balance secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa upaya untuk menciptakan keseimbangan yang optimal antara kehidupan profesional dan personal berperan sebagai aspek strategis yang berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan loyalitas karywan di lingkungan kerja.  Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa perusahaan perlu lebih memperhatikan aspek work life balance dalam strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk mendorong retensi dan komitmen karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop web based Augmented Reality (AR) learning media on mangrove biodiversity (RovAR) materials, and assess the feasibility of media from experts and samples. This study is a Research and Development study. The research sample consisted of 20 students of class X science. The RovAR learning media development process was carried out by analyzing various problems and potential media development innovations obtained from schools and literature studies, collecting initial data to support the media development process, designing media products by making system architecture designs, storyboards, and visualizing system designs. The applications used are Blender, Sketchfab.com, Affinity Designer, Zapwork Designer, Zapwork Studio and Wordpress.com. The results of the expert test analysis showed that the average score from the material expert team was 72% and from the media expert team it was 82.2% in the good media category. The results of the students' response test showed that the media feasibility interpretation score from the use of the SUS instrument is 80.125, which means that RovAR is a good medium. The students accept the RovAR learning media as a suitable medium to be used to help them understand mangrove material on biodiversity material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat Kecerdasan Emosional Dalam Al-Qur’an, Kematangan Emosi dan menguji hubungan dua variabel ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Mengambil 2 kelas XI yaitu kelas E dan F dengan Teknik random cluster sampling. Penulis menggunakan uji reabilitas. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dan analisis deskriptif. Tingkat Kecerdasan Emosional dalam Al-Qur’an termasuk dalam kategori sedang ( N= 58, Minimum= 55, Maximum=91, Mean= 70,84 dan Std. Deviation= 6.774)N dan Kematangan Emosi termasuk dalam kategori sedang.( N= 58, Minimum= 55, Maximum=91, Mean= 71,00 dan Std. Deviation= 7,680). Korelasi kuat dengan nilainya 0,734.

Abstract

Education is a crucial component in a country's development, and the quality of education is a key factor in determining national progress. In Indonesia, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology has implemented the Merdeka Curriculum, which provides students with greater flexibility to choose subjects based on their interests and talents. At SMAN 4 Mataram, the subject selection process starting in the second semester of grade 10 still faces challenges, such as students' difficulty in determining suitable majors and the lack of an integrated data management system. This study developed a decision support system based on the Profile Matching method to provide objective major recommendations by aligning students’ competencies with the criteria of each major. The system was developed using the Waterfall model to ensure a structured design process. Testing was carried out with White Box Testing to validate algorithm calculations, Black Box Testing to check system functionality, and User Acceptance Testing to assess user satisfaction. The results showed a very positive response from administrators (MOS 4.95 out of 5.00) and a positive response from students (MOS 4.00 out of 5.00). This research contributes a practical and flexible decision support solution specifically adapted to high schools implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. With this system, the major selection process is expected to become more efficient, integrated, and capable of providing recommendations that better align with students’ interests, talents, and academic potential. Abstract

Currently, the manual system of report card assessors is no longer considered adequate for handling the workload. The process of assessing student grades on SDIT Anak Sholeh Mataram report cards which still uses conventional methods causes the assessment service process to be less than optimal. Therefore, to overcome these difficulties, a web-based e-report information system was designed using the PHP programming language and using the MySQL database to process report card filling data. This web-based e-report is not only used to fill in academic grades but there are other assessments that can be used, namely assessments in the context of tahfiz and tahsin and assessing students' daily activities. The method used in web development this web-based e-report information system is the rapid application development (RAD) method with several stages of needs analysis, system design, coding and testing, program implementation, and maintenance. This method is used because it can shorten the time in developing an information system than traditional methods. Based on the questionnaire with 10 questions given, there were 78% who agreed with the creation of the application.

Abstract

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah umum dan perguruan tinggi dengan mengkaji aspek penerapan, metode, dan pendekatan pembelajaran, serta mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama yang mempengaruhi efektivitas dan relevansi pembelajaran PAI di era digital. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada keselarasan antara desain kurikulum adaptif dan praktik pembelajaran di lapangan, baik dalam konteks pendidikan dasar-menengah maupun perguruan tinggi negeri. Metode - Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian perpustakaan. Data diperoleh melalui penelusuran dan analisis buku akademik, artikel jurnal ilmiah nasional dan internasional, dan dokumen kebijakan pendidikan terkait Pendidikan Agama Islam. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif-analitis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan yang ditarik. Validitas data dipertahankan melalui triangulasi sumber untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif dan argumentatif. Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara konseptual, implementasi PAI di sekolah umum dan perguruan tinggi telah dirancang secara komprehensif, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter keagamaan dan literasi agama yang moderat. Namun implementasinya masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, antara lain dominasi metode perkuliahan, keterbatasan kompetensi pedagogik dan literasi digital pendidik, serta lemahnya kontekstualisasi dan integrasi interdisipliner materi pembelajaran. Di perguruan tinggi negeri, PAI cenderung direduksi menjadi mata kuliah administrasi wajib yang kurang terhubung dengan disiplin ilmu mahasiswa dan menghadapi persaingan dari otoritas ilmiah dari sumber keagamaan digital. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa penguatan PAI di era digital memerlukan reformasi pembelajaran yang tekanan pada peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dan literasi pendidik digital, serta pengembangan pembelajaran kontekstual dan interdisipliner. Dengan demikian, PAI diharapkan mampu berfungsi secara transformatif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa di sekolah dan universitas negeri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan persepsi mahasiswa berkaitan dengan pentingnya internalisasi pendidikan karakter di perguruan tinggi agama Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di prodi PGMI UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa semester 4 prodi PGMI UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara. Model analisis data yang digunakan peneliti menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman dan Saldana yang terdiri dari tiga alur yakni kondensasi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menganggap bahwa internalisasi pendidikan karakter di perguruan tinggi sebagai suatu yang masih relevan untuk dilaksanakan. Pendidikan karakter dalam pendidikan tinggi lebih menekankan pada pendidikan nilai, pendidikan budi pekerti, pendidkan moral atau pendidikan akhlak yang tujuannya mengembangkan kemampuan.

Abstract

This study aims to construct a comprehensive concept of Quranic Andragogy based on the profound educational interaction between Prophet Musa a.s. and Prophet Khidir a.s. as narrated in Surah Al-Kahfi. Employing systematic library research with a thematic exegesis approach and rigorous content analysis, this research synthesizes Malcolm Knowles’ andragogy theory with core Islamic values and principles. The findings reveal that Quranic Andragogy transcends conventional Western pragmatism by effectively integrating intellectual autonomy with deep spiritual humility (tawadhu). The narrative illustrates three fundamental pillars of this pedagogical model: the urgency of cultivating internal motivation (the need to know), which is driven by a conscious willingness to 'unlearn' ego and preconceptions; the careful management of cognitive conflict within experiential learning processes; and the consistent implementation of a disciplined, ethically guided learning contract. It is concluded that adult education in Islam requires a careful balance between critical reasoning, reflective practice, and spiritual obedience in order to achieve holistic self-transformation that extends beyond the mere transfer of knowledge and information, fostering both intellectual and moral development in learners.
