Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem manajemen Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) dalam meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi pendidikan di MI AL FATTAH SERUT 06. PTSP merupakan suatu terobosan baru yang dihadirkan di madrasah untuk memberikan kemudahan pelayanan ketatausahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, Karena analisis data yang diperoleh dituangkan dalam bentuk narasi yang menggambarkan atau memaparkan situasi atau kondisi yang diteliti. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Field Research (studi lapangan)yaitu turun langsung kelapangan untuk menggali permasalahan yang akan diteliti. Dalam artian peneliti turun langsung ke tempat penelitian dan melakukan wawancara dengan informan serta observasi secara langsung. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di MI AL FATTAH SERUT 06 PANTI JEMBER. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data berlangsung , dan setelah selesai mengumpulkan data dalam waktu tertentu. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik deskriptif atau lebih spesifik menggunakan metode interaktif. Sedangkan model analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif  Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.  Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah PTSP adalah proses penyelenggaraan layanan pendidikan dalam satu tempat yang dilakukan secara terpadu dan terintegrasi. PTSP penting dimiliki oleh setiap lembaga pendidikan, karena dengan adanya PTSP proses pelayanan menjadi efektif dan efisien. Namun, tidak semua lembaga pendidikan dapat menyelenggarakan PTSP secara maksimal, terlebih lembaga tersebut masih tergolong swasta. Penyelenggaraan PTSP di lingkungan sekolah/madrasah juga harus memerhatikan ketersediaan sumber daya manusia serta sistem teknologi informasi yang memadai. Adapun jenis-jenis layanan PTSP yang ada di MI Al-Fattah adalah layanan Legalisir ijazah, layanan informasi PPDB, layanan bimbingan konseling, dan layanan bagi pendidik/tenaga kependidikan. Adapun proses manajerial dalam penyelenggaraan PTSP adalah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is an integral part of national development. Education hopes that education in facilities and infrastructure will develop, research on analyzing the needs of Islamic education facilities and infrastructure in private PTKIS is important to find out the shortcomings and needs that exist. This research uses a constructivist paradigm with a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of library research. Regarding data sources, researchers use two types of data, primary data sources, and secondary data. The need for funds for higher education in private universities is carried out for the purpose of collecting data on assistance received by universities and the suitability of using existing assistance or grants in educational facilities and infrastructure in universities and one of the private universities in West Java, precisely in Depok, receives scholarships for students who need assistance from these scholarships. Students who have registered and received scholarships from facilities and infrastructure carried out by the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Ministry of Religion) in the general directorate of Islamic Education. carrying out its duties as an Islamic educational institution, private Islamic religious colleges need to pay attention to the need for adequate facilities and infrastructure. Educational facilities such as classrooms, libraries, laboratories, dormitories, and sports facilities will help students in supporting learning and campus life. Islamic education in private Islamic religious universities can make a significant contribution to the formation of a noble and quality young generation.

Abstract

Agriculture has been an important part of human life for a long time, with farmers as the main drivers. Farmers often face the challenge of increasing land conversion, especially in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) with population growth and the need for land for housing, offices, and government facilities. As a result, every year around 10,000 hectares of agricultural land in NTB shrinks from a total of 270,000 hectares, causing an increase in raw material prices, economic decline and loss of farmer jobs. This research aims to develop a Website-Based “Agriplan” Information System to Assist Plant Care, to support the management of narrow agricultural land with access to agricultural information and solutions. Development using Personal Extreme Programming method, with a qualitative approach through observation and interviews, as well as Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing. The test results show that 90.04% of this system is effective in supporting sustainable agriculture.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to explore the integration of eco-theology in the Natural School of Yogyakarta, also known as Nurul Islam Integrated Islamic Elementary School. The research investigates how eco-theology is incorporated into the school’s activities, particularly those related to environmental awareness. Design/methods/approach – The study employs the concept of "Living Quran" which examines the Quran not merely as a textual entity but as a social phenomenon connected to its presence in specific contexts, focusing on a particular Natural School in Yogyakarta within a defined timeframe. Observations were conducted on activities directly related to the research theme, with respondents and informants unaware that they were being observed. Findings – The results indicate that Nurul Islam Natural School plays a significant role in fostering a generation that understands the interconnectedness between humans and nature. One of its programs, Outing, introduces students to nature through direct experiences. Another initiative, Family Conservation Day, encourages families to take ownership and responsibility for their surrounding environment. The Parent Market Day program allows students and their parents or guardians to participate in selling goods, with participants bringing their own products for sale. Lastly, the school organizes environmental care activities to instill a sense of responsibility toward nature. Research implications/limitations – This study demonstrates how Islamic education can integrate eco-theology through practical programs to enhance environmental awareness, transform students into agents of change, and promote a family-based collaborative approach. Originality/value – The findings provide a unique perspective on the direct implementation of Quranic values in environmental conservation within a Natural School setting, offering a novel contribution to the study of Islamic eco-theology. Abstrak Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi integrasi eco-theologhy di sekolah alam Yogyakarta atau dikenal juga sebagai Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Nurul Islam. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi integrasi eco-theology di sekolah alam dengan berfokus pada kegiatan-kegiatan sekolah yang berkenaan dengan kesadaran akan lingkungan hidup.  Desain/metode/pendekatan – Living Quran yang merupakan studi tentang al-Quran, tetapi tidak bertumpu pada eksistensi tekstual melainkan pada studi tentang sosial yang berhubungan dengan kehadiran al-Quran yang berfokus pada sekolah alam Yogyakarta tertentu dan mungkin masa tertentu pula. Kegiatan diamati terkhusus berhubungan dengan tema penelitian. Aktivitas ini dapat dilihat responden, informan tidak merasa bila diamati. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sekolah Alam Nurul Islam dapat memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk generasi yang memahami keterkaitan antara manusia dan alam. Outing merupakan salah satu program sekolah alam yang bertujuan untuk mengenalkan siswa dengan alam. Kemudian, Family Conservation Day yang memberikan kesempatan kepada keluarga untuk mengambil kepemilikan dan tanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan di sekitar mereka. Marketday Orang Tua merupakan sebuah program berjualan yang pesertanya ialah siswa dan orang tua atau wali siswa itu sendiri. Para peserta marketday diperkenankan untuk membawa produk yang akan diperjual belikan. Terakhir ialah, aksi kepedulian lingkungan. Implikasi/batasan penelitian – Penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana pendidikan Islam dapat mengintegrasikan eco-theology melalui program praktis untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan, menjadikan siswa agen perubahan, dan mendorong pendekatan kolaboratif berbasis keluarga. Orisinalitas/nilai – Temuan penelitian menawarkan perspektif unik tentang implementasi langsung nilai Al-Quran dalam konservasi lingkungan di Sekolah Alam, memberikan kontribusi baru pada studi eco-theology Islam.

Abstract

Motivation to learn includes the enthusiasm possessed by individuals, both originating from internal themselves and from external factors. The important role of advice as a source of motivation in facing learning challenges in the digital era is an encouragement for students to be active in learning by using technology wisely. This research aims to understand the challenges of learning motivation in the digital era and how advice is implemented in digital learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on library research, namely the study of literature as a research subject. The research results indicate that the challenges of learning motivation in the digital era include the tendency to like freedom, high dependence on the internet and social media, the tendency for students to be lazy, less good at socializing, and less attention to togetherness values such as mutual cooperation. Apart from that, there is a tendency for free behavior, westernized orientation, and a lack of attention to ethics, formal rules, customs, and manners. In facing these challenges, implementing advice as learning motivation involves providing digital literacy insights to students, including digital skills, digital ethics, digital security, and digital culture. Advice is also given to prevent deviations in the use of social media, which can cause students to become too dependent on gadget devices and forget about learning activities.

Abstract

Puja Mandala, a complex of places of worship in Bali, Indonesia, is a concrete example of religious moderation within a pluralistic society. Featuring five houses of worship representing five significant religions nearby, Puja Mandala is a site for worship and a space for interfaith dialogue that fosters social peace. This research examines how Puja Mandala has developed peace-building principles, such as enhancing inter-religious dialogue, and how it has become a landscape of religious moderation. This study uses a qualitative approach to explore interfaith interactions at Puja Mandala. Through the dialogue of life and action, the Puja Mandala contributes to establishing interfaith harmony. The findings indicate that Puja Mandala is an effective model for implementing religious moderation, mitigating potential conflicts, and strengthening social solidarity through open communication and mutual respect.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has had a considerable impact on the efficiency of education administration, especially in the management of scholarship information. However, many institutions still experience difficulties in handling data and limited access to scholarship information. The purpose of this research is to create a Scholarship Information and Consultation Center website for Straya Institute that can overcome these difficulties through prototyping. The prototyping approach allows for iterative development, ensuring that the system responds to user needs through continuous feedback and revision. The system is intended to facilitate access to scholarship information, program registration, and consultation with users. Evaluation methods include system testing using black-box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), involving administrative and general users. The results showed a high level of user satisfaction (average UAT score of 98.2%), verifying the efficiency, usability, and usefulness of the system. This research advances the field by providing an effective digital solution for scholarship management, improving accessibility, and optimizing administrative operations. Future research could look at other enhancements such as automated scholarship file selection and AI-powered recommendation systems to improve user experience.

Abstract

Student well-being is increasingly recognised as a key determinant of academic success and overall student development. In this context, the present study aims to examine the impact of school well-being on students’ achievement motivation at the secondary education level. School well-being is conceptualised into four dimensions: physical and material conditions (Having), social relationships (Loving), self-actualisation (Being), and health. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 students randomly selected from public secondary schools in Salatiga City, Central Java. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the four dimensions of school well-being collectively accounted for 72.5% of the variation in students’ achievement motivation, indicating a strong positive relationship between perceived school well-being and students’ intrinsic academic drive. The remaining 27.5% is influenced by other external factors beyond the model. These findings highlight the importance of a holistic approach within school environments that prioritises students’ comprehensive well-being in order to enhance motivation and academic performance. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on student well-being by providing empirical evidence from a non-Western educational context and suggests policy and practical implications for schools aiming to boost student motivation through well-being-centred strategies.

Abstract

Mahasiswa KKN Institut Teknologi dan Sains Mandala mengadakan kegiatan pemanfaatan jamur tiram sebagai bahan baku pembuatan kerupuk dilakukan di wilayah Umbulrejo, Kabupaten Banyuwangi, sebagai upaya pengembangan produk olahan pangan berbasis potensi lokal. Jamur tiram memiliki nilai gizi tinggi serta cita rasa yang khas, sehingga sangat potensial untuk dijadikan alternatif bahan dasar camilan sehat. Melalui pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM, dilakukan pelatihan mulai dari proses produksi kerupuk jamur, perbaikan kualitas rasa dan tekstur, hingga pengemasan dan pemasaran produk. Inovasi ini mendapat respon positif dari masyarakat karena menghasilkan kerupuk dengan rasa gurih, renyah, dan tidak amis. Selain meningkatkan nilai jual jamur tiram, program ini juga membuka peluang kolaborasi usaha dan memperkuat identitas produk lokal melalui penciptaan merek dan desain kemasan menarik. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan jamur tiram sebagai kerupuk di UMKM Umbulrejo menjadi langkah strategis dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan, pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, dan penguatan sektor UMKM di daerah Umbulrejo.

Abstract

Al-ijaz and al-itnab are among the language styles found in the Qur'an al-Karim. This language style has a beautiful, special and distinct value equal to its position as the word of Allah SWT. This article aims to reveal the secrets behind these two language styles, focusing on surah Al-Baqarah. This study is a qualitative study that uses a descriptive and comparative approach. Based on sampling methods, this article selects 16 verses from surah Al Baqarah as samples to represent each language style discussed. Everything is explained with the aim of knowing the secrets and beauty of semantics. The research results found examples that contain very special semantics and goals, both implicit and explicit. Apart from that, it tries to make a deep impression on the human soul and heart. The secret to the beauty of the language contained in surah Al-Baqarah is: In terms of the style of the ijaz language, it contains verses that have a lot of meaning in a few pronunciations. And in terms of the style of ithnab, it contains verses that have little meaning in many pronunciations.
