Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the impact of the development of supply chain strategy in the tourism KEK Kelayang Cape as an alternative economy after Tin Mining. The research method is quantitative descriptive design, the number of samples used 80 SME business based on tourism. Analysis of the data using the analysis Confirmatory Factor with PLS method. Research findings indicate that the development of tourism in the Island of Belitung already provide economic impact, social and environment. The impact of the economy has 5 (five) dimensions, social impact has 5 (five) dimensions and environmental impacts have 4 (four) dimensions. The results of this analysis found that the impact of the economy is the most important dimension of measuring the impact of the development of KEK Kelayang Cape with the value of loading factor as the most high. The results of research has implications for the management practices that for economic impact absorption work force indicator is most important. Now the most important indicator of the social impact is positive changes on the values and adat isitiadat. The most important indicator of Environmental impact is the performance improvement/condition of the tourism area. Research Originality: This research conducted in the election of 1 of 10 tourism destination in Indonesia which is KEK , based on tourism in Belitung Island.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the hypothesis of the influence of independent variables namely ROI, ROE, EPS, DER, CSR while the dependent variable is Stock Return. This research approach is a fixed effect approach, general effects, and random effects approach. The sample used in this study was 19 Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. The results showed that ROI, ROE, EPS, and DER partially did not affect Stock Return, while CSR partially affected stock returns on Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. This means that the companies sampled in this study stated that CSR is a form of commitment in improving welfare through social and environmental responsibility, CSR also provides long-term benefits by increasing the company's reputation and branding, efficiency, internal party appreciation, and strong profitability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penilaian kinerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Jenderal Pajak area Kota Pangkalpinang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi adalah pegawai Direktrorat Jenderal Pajak area Kota Pangkalpinang sejumlah 71 pegawai. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel yang diambil berjumlah 58 pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner pada Bulan Februari 2021. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hubungan keeratan antara penilaian kinerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah kuat, R = 0,806 atau sebesar 80,6%. Pengaruh (R Square / R ²) penilaian kinerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 0,650 atau 65,0%. Sisanya sebesar 35,0% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) penilaian kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Pajak area Kota Pangkalpinang.

Abstract

The balanced scorecard is a strategy implemented by the company in improving the overall performance of the company, which is not only seen from a financial perspective but also non-financial ones such as; customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. This study uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire and it is divided into two parts, namely before the COVID-19 pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the balanced scorecard, in this case the four perspectives, had an effect on financial performance before the COVID-19 pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic at PT. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be seen that during the pandemic, the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard method, which are financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective, have a significant effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, during the COVID-19 pandemic, only financial perspective and growth and learning perspective have a significant effect on financial performance. However, the customer perspective and the internal business process perspective have no effect on financial performance.

Abstract

As the backbone of the Indonesian economy, MSMEs continue to look for business models to achieve sustainable business performance. Human Capital is an essential factor in dealing with crises, where the Human Capital strategy consists of Knowledge, Competence, and Expertise. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine and analyze (1) the effect of Knowledge on Innovation, (2) the influence of Competencies on Innovation, (3) the influence of Innovation on Business Performance, and (4) the influence of Expertise on Business Performance (5) indirect effect from Transformational Leadership on the MSME scale up model through frugal innovation (6) the indirect effect of Knowledge on Business Performance through Innovation. The number of samples in this study was 101 SMEs in Pangkalpinang City. The data is processed using the Partial Least Squares analysis tool. The results of the analysis found that the Knowledge and Competencies variables have a significant influence on innovation. The innovation variable has no significant effect on Business Performance.Innovation has not significantly affected business performance because the innovations carried out are still partial and not digital-based because digital literacy is still low. On the other hand, expertise has a significant effect on Business Performance. Thus, it shows that there is a need to increase the knowledge and competence of MSME actors to become innovative. Metacognitive skills, learning skills, thinking skills, knowledge, and motivation.

Abstract

Karya Makmur Village  is one of the villages in the Pemali District Bangka Regency Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The problem of Karya Makmur Village that the knowledge of MSMEs actors is still quite low regarding MSME development strategies both in terms of Human Resources (HR), marketing and  finance.  In addition, MSMEs actors also do not have product licensing legality such as Halal Certification and Business Identification Number (NIB). The method of  the program are outreach, education, training and mentoring. The stages of the activity consist of preparation, implementation,  mentoring  and  evaluation.  The  implementation  of the program has provided understanding, motivation, competency and skills in  MSMEs development both in  the fields of Human Resources (HR), Marketing, Finance and product licensing (Halal Certification and  NIB).  This activity will be periodically monitored and evaluated in order to maintain the sustainability of the program.

Abstract

The objectives of the KKN-PPM program can be divided into three: Community Empowerment, enhancing the role of Higher Education and providing support for Local Government. These activities are in order to solve the issues faced by coastal areas and small islands (WP3K), namely: Not optimal spatial planning and utilization in WP3K, low quality of human resources in WP3K management, limited facilities and infrastructure, not optimal empowerment of coastal resources for economic development, not optimal management of fisheries potential, not optimal development of potential and marine tourism objects, as well as pollution and environmental damage. The activities carried out to solve the problems faced by coastal areas and small islands (WP3K) include making a Master Plan for "Kampong Wisata", making signs for marine tourism villages, improving drainage systems and environmental sanitation in residential areas, religious lectures, socializing regional management plans and spatial planning for coastal and islands in Manggar District, training in clean water facility management, training school-age fishermen children in measles dance art, training in the field of entrepreneurship in the field of fishery product processing, conducting socialization on coral reef preservation, leadership training for the younger generation, socializing East Belitung's strategy as a world marine tourism destination, planting FADs, English courses for children, uploading videos to You Tube, training on changing the mindset of fishing communities, training on the quality of health and family planning, socializing the threat of marine destruction and the use of dangerous fishing gear, training on making accessories made from shells and making books.

Abstract

Purpose: To provide digitalization assistance, provide added value and increase sales turnover of the Deshanda Craft Gallery. Method: The method uses participatory, counseling, mentoring and training. Results: The assistance obtained from the implementation are through training, e-commerce applications, digital promotions. So that it has an impact on increasing business motivation, carrying out marketing of products, increasing turnover and making products increasingly known to the public. Conclusions: community service involves small and medium enterprises of Nipah Sticks and Batik Crafts "Galery Deshanda Craft", which has various business of nipah sticks in the form of ornaments and batik. Nipah sticks are an export commodity from the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. Lack of promotion, traditional product sales and unprofessional management, lack of availability of raw materials has caused the Deshanda Craft Gallery to experience various obstacles in its development, it could even be threatened with closure due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Limitations: The limitation of this service is the implementation time.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of motivation, creativity, and innovation on the performance of food and beverage processing industry players in the city of Pangkalpinang. This type of research was quantitative. The population in this study was the food and beverage processing industry players in the city of Pangkalpinang. The sampling technique was carried out by means of Simple Random Sampling and obtained a sample of 133. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, documentation, and literature studies. The data analysis technique used was a multiple linear analysis technique and used a partial hypothesis test (t) and simultaneously (f) and uses the coefficient of determination. The results of this study are 1) motivation has no effect on the performance of the food and beverage processing industry players in Pangkalpinang 2) creativity has a positive effect on the performance of the food and beverage processing industry players in Pangkalpinang 3) innovation has no effect on the performance of the food and beverage processing industry players in Pangkalpinang 4 ) motivation, creativity, and innovation together have a positive effect on the performance of food and beverage processing industry players.

Abstract

Sea is an open access resource, so it has the potential to cause a conflict of interest in its use. One of the conflict zones between smallholder tin miners and traditional fishermen in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands is on the coast of the Kebintik Village, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency. Blue economy is an environmentally friendly management concept to ensure the sustainability of fish resources. For this reason, this research aims to examine on the implementation of the blue economy concept of traditional fisheries management in conflict zones. This research method is a survey method. The research has been conducted in Kebitik Village, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency. Sampling used census sampling technique. The population in this study are traditional fishermen who have operated for more than a year in coastal areas as many as 30 people. Data collection methods in this study include primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection using questionnaires, observation and documentation. Secondary data collection through literature study. The data analysis method used is descriptive method. The implementation of the blue economy concept of traditional fisheries management in the conflict zone which includes the principles of resource efficiency, zero waste, social care and investment, innovation and adaptation is 100%.
