Abstract

The objective of this research is to conduct a framework and business model study for Green SMEs by (1) identifying the definition, criteria, and indicators of Green SMEs based on the conditions in Bangka Belitung through a literature review and (2) developing and analyzing the Green SME business model by mapping Green SMEs under the supervision of the Customs and Excise Office of Type Madya Pabean C Pangkalpinang. The research methodology employed in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis, incorporating a literature review, presentation of field findings through tabulated data and descriptive information, and arguments based on previous research exploration. Subsequently, a Value Chain Analysis was conducted to map each primary activity and support the activity process. The results of the Green mapping indicate the following: there are ten respondents at the eco-traditional stage of Green SMEs, six respondents at the eco-adapters stage, three respondents at the eco-entrepreneur stage, and two respondents at the eco-innovators stage. Based on the existing Green practices in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, critical points in Green practices were identified according to ideal Green indicators.

The population inthis study were all employees at the Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kota Pangkalpinang by sampling with the saturated sample method. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, t tests, f tests, and R2 tests using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 24. Based on descriptive analysis on the variables of change management and work life balance are in the very high category, and training is in the high category. Based on multiple linear regression analysis shows that Change Management, Training, Work Life Balance partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) with Adjusted R Square of 0.74 or 74%. It states that the variable of employee performance is influenced by the variables of management, training, and work-life balance by 74%, the remaining 26% is influenced by other variables from the research variables.

By appealing to customers' emotions, companies can enhance satisfaction and loyalty, thereby reducing the likelihood of revengeful actions against the company. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected from employees of Fayd AL-Qassim Company. Statistical analysis conducted with SPSS v27 and Amos v24 revealed a significant correlation between emotional marketing efforts and revenge behaviors. The findings indicate that implementing emotional marketing techniques can provide substantial benefits for companies, not only by fostering positive customer relationships but also by protecting the company’s reputation and financial stability. This study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on the importance of emotional marketing in mitigating negative customer behaviors, highlighting its role in amplifying positive impacts on business outcomes.

Abstract

One of the key elements that determine whether a business is successful in reaching its objectives is employee performance. Technical issues are not the only factors that impact employee performance; competence, dedication, and motivation at work are also important factors. However, sound discipline is required to support each of these qualities. Using quantitative methods and a sample of 94 The KPP Pratama (Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama/Primary Tax Office) Bangka employees, this study seeks to ascertain the extent to which the independent variables (competence, commitment, and work motivation) impact the engagement variable (employee performance) and the intervention variable (discipline). This study employed the Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique for data analysis. The analysis's findings demonstrate that employee performance at KKP Bangka Pratama is positively and significantly impacted by the discipline variable and that competence, dedication, and work motivation have a positive and large impact on both of these variables.

Abstract

Objectives: The study aims to look at MSME Business Models Entering the Metaverse Era Through Digital Transformation with an Increase of Digital Talent and Green InnovationMethodology: The type of research used is quantitative research. A study was carried out in 5 regencies/cities on Bangka Island with respondents 10 2 SMEs, dominated in the culinary sector. In this study, the author uses the analytical method used to test the PLS (Partial Least Square) variable using SmartPLS software. The path analysis model of all latent variables in Partial Least Square (PLS) consists of an outer model, convergent validity, and discriminant validity which is then carried out with a reliability test and a structural model consisting of coefficient of determination (R 2 Value), Effect Size (f 2), and Predictive Relevance (Q2 Value). Ending with a test on the hypothesis and the moderating effect. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that hypothesis testing concluded that two research hypotheses are accepted and the other three are rejected. The accepted research hypotheses are Digital Talent effect on Digital Transformation and Digital Talent effect on MSME Business Model in the Metaverse Era. These results indicate that only digital talent currently contributes significantly to Digital Transformation and the MSME business model in the metaverse Era.
