Abstract

The in online sales transactions have continued to increase due to several factors, such as the improvement of Internet quality, the growth of start-ups in Indonesia, and the COVID-19 pandemic’s effects, which have restricted customers from making purchases offline. The research aimed to identify different types of direct and indirect influences that caused customers to make purchase decisions for fashion products and determine more dominant group (women or men) on e-commerce platforms and social media. The research applied a quantitative method. The research respondents were 244 customers who bought fashion products in e-commerce and social media. The analytical tools were Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0, convergence and discrimination invalidity for the validity test, composite reliability for the reliability test, and structural model evaluation (inner model). The findings indicate that all aspects of product quality, trust, and customer loyalty have a huge impact on buying fashion products in e-commerce and social media. Moreover, in the indirect effect, product quality affects customer loyalty through trust. Similarly, product quality impacts purchase choices through customer loyalty. Trust also affects purchase choices through customer loyalty. Then, product quality affects purchase decisions through trust. Last, product quality has an impact on purchase decisions through customer loyalty and trust. Additionally, the results of PLS-MGA show that women are more dominant in buying fashion products on e-commerce and social media than men.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the impact of marketing on social media on image and its influence on the decision to enroll in college. This research conducted a survey of students at private universities with b and excellent accreditation. The sample in this research was 100 people using a quota sampling method and this research used a quantitative approach with an inductive descriptive method, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses and compiling marketing content, institutional image and students' decisions to enroll in higher education according to their perceptions. first year student at a private university in Pekanbaru City. Quantitative analysis includes: validity and reliability tests and SEM analysis. Qualitative analysis is an interpretation of the data obtained in research as well as the results of data processing that has been carried out by providing information and explanations. The research results found that marketing content had a positive and significant influence on the decision to register, marketing content had a positive and significant influence on the institutional image, institutional image had a positive and significant influence on the decision to register, and institutional image was able to mediate the influence of marketing content on the decision to register at a private university in Pekanbaru city Keywords: Content Marketing, Institution Image, Student Decisions

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide knowledge about how to increase education-based tourist attraction so that visitors are more interested in seeing and finally decide to visit the tourist attraction.The method of this community service activity uses the lecture method, as well as questions and answers. The lecture method is used to convey general knowledge about what efforts might be made to increase tourist attractiveness and increase the number of visitors. Questions and answers are used to complement things that have not been accommodated by the lecture method. This training involved lecturers from the Department of Accounting and Management in collaboration with the okura flower garden group in rumbai barat village as the target subjects. Abstract

by the signing of MOU No. 025/FE/Ks/2022 concerning Cooperation in Implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and the Head of Rumbai Bukit Village. Based on the results of previous service activities regarding increasing mothers' knowledge about nutritious food for toddlers, information was found that one of the problems faced by the Rumbai Bukit sub-district was the problem of stunting in children. As a result of the excavation of natural potential in Rumbai Bukit, information was found that there is potential for cassava, papaya, oil palm, catfish, catfish, etc. Based on the completeness of food sources in the Rumbai Bukit sub-district, there should be no under-fives experiencing stunting in this sub-district. This service activity is a continuation of the previous service activity, namely about increasing entrepreneurship in processing catfish meatballs. Patin is a food source that is easy to obtain and at affordable prices in the Riau area, especially the Rumbai Bukit sub-district. The hope is that by increasing mothers' skills in processing nutritious food for children, stunting rates can be reduced and the community's welfare and economy can be improved. This research aims to analyze the influence of the Management Control System (personal control and cultural control) on Employee Performance at the Pekanbaru City Mental Hospital. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, F test and t test are used to analyze the data. Data was obtained through a questionnaire method with a Likert scale. The independent variables in this research are personal control and cultural control. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is organizational performance. Data obtained with the help of SPSS 23 software. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai bagaimana pengetahuan masyarakat dalam pengembangan objek wisata Taman Bunga Okura Pekanbaru mengenai kewirausahaan dan karakteristik kewirausahaan sehingga pengunjung lebih tertarik untuk melihat dan akhirnya memutuskan untuk mengunjungi objek wisata tersebut. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah, serta tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan secara umum mengenai upaya-upaya apa saja yang mungkin akan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik wisata dan menambah jumlah pengunjung. Tanya jawab digunakan untuk melengkapi hal-hal yang belum terakomodasi oleh metode di ceramah. Pelatihan ini melibatkan dosen Jurusan Akuntansi dan Manajemen yang bekerja sama dengan kelompok taman bunga okura di kelurahan rumbai barat sebagai subyek sasaran.

Abstract

Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Sejahtera merupakan salah satu UMKM yang telah memproduksi kripik singkong dari tahun 2017. KUB Sejahtera belum pernah mendapatkan pembinaan dari pemerintah, sehingga pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diterapkan dalam pembuatan keripik singkong masih sangat terbatas terutama dari segi penerapan teknologi dan manajemen pengelolaan keuangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah (1) meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dengan menerapkan IPTEKS dan (2) peningkatan kemampuan manajemen melalui pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRS) yang memungkinkan mitra berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan sejak identifikasi masalah sampai akhir kegiatan. Tahapan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi: tahap sosialisasi dan pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan keuangan dan pemberian alat tepat guna (alat perajang singkong, spinner dan sealer), tahap pendampingan, tahap monitoring dan tahap evaluasi. Berdasarkan testimoni mitra terjadi peningkatan produksi setelah penggunaan alat baru sebesar 50% dan mampu mengefisiensi waktu proses pengolahan ±2 jam. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan mitra sebesar 60-100% mengenai manajemen pengelolaan keuangan.

Abstract

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in Indonesia's national economy. Despite contributing significantly to GDP and employment, MSMEs face challenges in protecting their intellectual property rights (IPR), particularly in registering trademarks. This community engagement activity aimed to enhance the understanding and capabilities of MSMEs in the Sejahtera Business Group (KUB) in Pekanbaru regarding trademark registration and packaging design as essential elements of branding and product competitiveness. The method employed was Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), emphasizing active participation from the identification of challenges to the implementation of solutions. The training involved theoretical sessions, interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations focusing on trademark registration procedures, intellectual property rights protection, and the role of packaging in strengthening market appeal. Post-training, participants were provided with intensive mentoring to address technical barriers in trademark registration. Evaluation results revealed significant improvements in participants’ knowledge and confidence in registering trademarks and designing effective packaging. More than 95% of participants reported satisfaction with the program, highlighting its practicality and relevance to their business needs. The findings suggest that comprehensive and sustained interventions in branding and IPR protection can enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs. This program serves as a model for empowering small businesses through education and mentorship in intellectual property management

Abstract

This Community Service Activity aims to provide knowledge about the use of used and used clothes at home into various products that have economic value, in addition to providing training in making household equipment mat products from used clothes. The method of this community service activity uses lecture methods, questions and answers and training with product making tutorials. The lecture method is used to convey general knowledge about the impact of used clothes which can also become waste that decomposes over a long period of time. In addition, the lecture method also conveys various products that can be used as ideas for making other products. The question and answer method is used to complete things that have not been accommodated by the lecture method. Training method with direct tutorials on making household furniture mat products from used clothes. This training involves lecturers from the Accounting and Management Department who work together with the Dasawisma mothers' group in Meranti Pandak Village as target subjects.
