This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation with a discussion of the BRIDA NTB business incubation program which focuses on empowering startups in West Nusa Tenggara through a holistic and integrated approach from pre-incubation to post-incubation stages. The BRIDA NTB business incubation program is a holistic and integrated initiative in empowering startups in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). With a comprehensive approach from pre-incubation to post-incubation stages, BRIDA NTB has succeeded in creating a conducive environment for the growth and success of startup businesses in the region. In the pre-incubation stage, BRIDA NTB carries out intensive and inclusive publications through online and offline outreach activities, which increase public awareness about the opportunities that exist to participate in business incubation programs. An easy registration process and strict selection ensures quality participant participation and has the potential to grow in the local economy. During the incubation process, participants receive various forms of assistance, including training in various aspects of business, mentoring by experienced business practitioners, access to finance, intellectual property protection, and free work space facilities. Management development in a sports club greatly influences the club's growth and achievements. This study aims to evaluate the management development system of the LAPGAS Volleyball Club in Jambi City in 2025, focusing on aspects of organization, training, finance, and athlete development. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document studies. The research informants consist of club administrators, coaches, athletes, and other relevant parties involved in sports development in Jambi City. The results indicate that the club's management system has a fairly well-structured organization, but there are still challenges in terms of funding and training facilities. The athlete development program is already running in a structured manner, but improvements are still needed in technology-based training and competition strategy aspects.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the CAPM method as the basis for the IDX-MES BUMN 17 share investment decision in January 2021-December 2022. The type of research in this study is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample in this research were 14 stocks on the IDX-MES BUMN 17 index with several criteria. To assess stock efficiency by comparing actual return (Ri) and expected return (Rj) and using the Security market Line (SML). The results of this study indicate there are 2 stocks including efficient stock, namely PGAS & PTPP. These shares have a value Ri>E(Rj), β>1 and based on Security market Line (SML) area. The investment decisions that investors make are to buy the stock.

The focus of this service is to build teachers' critical thinking in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 by strengthening the implementation of digital literacy at Asshiddiqiyah Middle School. The aim of the service is to find out the implementation, obstacles and solutions to the use of digital literacy by teachers in developing critical thinking in the era of revolution. The service method uses the following steps: (1) Preparation stage for literacy studies (field studies to find out the current conditions of Islamic boarding schools that have implemented modernization. Service team; (2) Implementation stage. There is assistance in implementing the digitalization of Islamic boarding schools by the service team by involving learning technology experts/experts.; (3) Evaluation Stage: In this stage, a final assessment is carried out in the evaluation and improvement of the mentoring that has been prepared. The population in this service is all 40 Asshiddiqiyah Middle School teachers, while the sampling used is the census technique, namely examining the research subjects thoroughly. The researcher did not carry out sampling, because the entire teacher population was used as respondents. The results of this service. The implementation of digital literacy at Asshiddiqiyah Middle School focuses on developing teachers' digital literacy skills, including wise use of the internet, information evaluation and online security. Teachers are encouraged to understand how to work with software, the internet and social media wisely, being able to evaluate the reliability of information found online. Become intelligent, critical and responsible users in facing an increasingly complex digital world.

This study aims to analyze the relevance of humanist learning theory to Islamic education. Humanist learning theory focuses on optimally developing human potential through freedom of learning and meaningful experiences. Meanwhile, Islamic education emphasizes the formation of the whole person (insan kamil) based on the values of monotheism, morality, and human nature. This study used a qualitative method with a library research approach sourced from educational psychology books and scientific works in the field of Islamic education. The results show that humanist learning theory aligns with the principles of Islamic education in terms of respect for student potential, the role of teachers as guides, and student-centered learning. However, there are fundamental differences in philosophical aspects: humanist theory is oriented towards humans (anthropocentric), while Islamic education is centered on divine values (theocentric). Thus, the application of humanist theory in Islamic education needs to be directed at strengthening spiritual values so that the educational process does not lose its divine dimension.

Research results show existence fundamental shift in pattern behavior Study from method exploratory - manual towards method instant-instructive based prompting . Data shows that ChatGPT dominates usage (57.9%) with activity main look for reference assignment (86%). However , it was found gap ethical where 50.5% of respondents sometimes do copying answer in a way directly , which triggers phenomenon lethargy cognitive and digital dependency (56.1%). Research This conclude that integrity academics in the AI era need defined repeat No just as compliance administrative to tool detection plagiarism , but rather as moral commitment to the dialectical process intellectual and ethical validation . This study evaluates the structural performance of a four-story sports center and parking building in South Sumatra designed using a Special Moment Frame System (SMFS). The building has a total height of 17.55 m, with reinforced concrete structures on floors 1–3 and a steel H-beam system on the fourth floor. The materials used are 30 MPa concrete and 420 MPa reinforcing steel. Structural analysis was performed using STAAD.Pro V8i with the response spectrum method in accordance with SNI 1726:2019, considering site class SE and seismic parameters SDS = 0.434 g and SD1 = 0.363 g. The applied load combinations include gravity and seismic loads in both principal directions. The results show that the maximum interstory drift in X and Y directions is well below the allowable limits, and the structure satisfies the Strong Column–Weak Beam requirement (ΣMnc ≥ 1.2 ΣMnb), ensuring ductile seismic behavior. Design comparison indicates several construction-driven modifications, including changes in column cross-sections and the use of steel framing at the fourth floor, which were verified to remain compatible with the overall structural system. Overall, the structure demonstrates adequate seismic performance and code compliance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi terhadap pengembangan buku teks biologi sel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan desain survei yang melibatkan 33 mahasiswa dari dua kelas. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket analisis kebutuhan dan tes diagnostik, kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep biologi sel, terutama pada materi yang bersifat abstrak dan kompleks seperti pembelahan sel (54% salah), metabolisme (52%), dan transport membran (50%). Sementara itu, konsep dasar sel relatif lebih mudah dipahami (67% benar). Hasil angket menunjukkan dominasi jawaban setuju (39%) dan sangat setuju (35%) yang mengindikasikan tingginya tingkat kesulitan sekaligus kebutuhan terhadap bahan ajar yang lebih efektif. Selain itu, ditemukan miskonsepsi pada beberapa konsep penting seperti fungsi organel, mekanisme difusi dan osmosis, serta proses pembelahan sel. Mahasiswa juga menunjukkan kebutuhan tinggi terhadap bahan ajar yang disusun secara sistematis, mudah dipahami, serta dilengkapi dengan ilustrasi visual yang jelas. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan buku teks biologi sel berbasis analisis kebutuhan sangat diperlukan untuk mengurangi miskonsepsi dan meningkatkan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa secara lebih terstruktur dan komprehensif.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penghasilan orang tua dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa PG-PAUD FKIP Universitas Lancang Kuning. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa PG-PAUD yang masih dibiayai oleh orang tua, dengan sampel sebanyak 36 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,804 > 0,05, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (H1) ditolak dan hipotesis nol (H0) diterima. Dengan demikian, tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penghasilan orang tua dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan psikologis dibandingkan faktor ekonomi keluarga.
