Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the CAPM method as the basis for the IDX-MES BUMN 17 share investment decision in January 2021-December 2022. The type of research in this study is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample in this research were 14 stocks on the IDX-MES BUMN 17 index with several criteria. To assess stock efficiency by comparing actual return (Ri) and expected return (Rj) and using the Security market Line (SML). The results of this study indicate there are 2 stocks including efficient stock, namely PGAS & PTPP. These shares have a value Ri>E(Rj), β>1 and based on Security market Line (SML) area. The investment decisions that investors make are to buy the stock.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation with a discussion of the BRIDA NTB business incubation program which focuses on empowering startups in West Nusa Tenggara through a holistic and integrated approach from pre-incubation to post-incubation stages. The BRIDA NTB business incubation program is a holistic and integrated initiative in empowering startups in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). With a comprehensive approach from pre-incubation to post-incubation stages, BRIDA NTB has succeeded in creating a conducive environment for the growth and success of startup businesses in the region. In the pre-incubation stage, BRIDA NTB carries out intensive and inclusive publications through online and offline outreach activities, which increase public awareness about the opportunities that exist to participate in business incubation programs. An easy registration process and strict selection ensures quality participant participation and has the potential to grow in the local economy. During the incubation process, participants receive various forms of assistance, including training in various aspects of business, mentoring by experienced business practitioners, access to finance, intellectual property protection, and free work space facilities. Abstract

The focus of this service is to build teachers' critical thinking in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 by strengthening the implementation of digital literacy at Asshiddiqiyah Middle School. The aim of the service is to find out the implementation, obstacles and solutions to the use of digital literacy by teachers in developing critical thinking in the era of revolution. The service method uses the following steps: (1) Preparation stage for literacy studies (field studies to find out the current conditions of Islamic boarding schools that have implemented modernization. Service team; (2) Implementation stage. There is assistance in implementing the digitalization of Islamic boarding schools by the service team by involving learning technology experts/experts.; (3) Evaluation Stage: In this stage, a final assessment is carried out in the evaluation and improvement of the mentoring that has been prepared. The population in this service is all 40 Asshiddiqiyah Middle School teachers, while the sampling used is the census technique, namely examining the research subjects thoroughly. The researcher did not carry out sampling, because the entire teacher population was used as respondents. The results of this service. The implementation of digital literacy at Asshiddiqiyah Middle School focuses on developing teachers' digital literacy skills, including wise use of the internet, information evaluation and online security. Teachers are encouraged to understand how to work with software, the internet and social media wisely, being able to evaluate the reliability of information found online. Become intelligent, critical and responsible users in facing an increasingly complex digital world.

Abstract

Using method studies library research with​​ approach qualitative descriptive research​ This synthesize literature latest and empirical data about Students' digital habits . Research results show existence fundamental shift in pattern behavior Study from method exploratory - manual towards method instant-instructive based prompting . Data shows that ChatGPT dominates usage (57.9%) with activity main look for reference assignment (86%). However , it was found gap ethical where 50.5% of respondents sometimes do copying answer in a way directly , which triggers phenomenon lethargy cognitive and digital dependency (56.1%). Research This conclude that integrity academics in the AI era need defined repeat No just as compliance administrative to tool detection plagiarism , but rather as moral commitment to the dialectical process intellectual and ethical validation . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi terhadap pengembangan buku teks biologi sel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan desain survei yang melibatkan 33 mahasiswa dari dua kelas. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket analisis kebutuhan dan tes diagnostik, kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep biologi sel, terutama pada materi yang bersifat abstrak dan kompleks seperti pembelahan sel (54% salah), metabolisme (52%), dan transport membran (50%). Sementara itu, konsep dasar sel relatif lebih mudah dipahami (67% benar). Hasil angket menunjukkan dominasi jawaban setuju (39%) dan sangat setuju (35%) yang mengindikasikan tingginya tingkat kesulitan sekaligus kebutuhan terhadap bahan ajar yang lebih efektif. Selain itu, ditemukan miskonsepsi pada beberapa konsep penting seperti fungsi organel, mekanisme difusi dan osmosis, serta proses pembelahan sel. Mahasiswa juga menunjukkan kebutuhan tinggi terhadap bahan ajar yang disusun secara sistematis, mudah dipahami, serta dilengkapi dengan ilustrasi visual yang jelas. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan buku teks biologi sel berbasis analisis kebutuhan sangat diperlukan untuk mengurangi miskonsepsi dan meningkatkan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa secara lebih terstruktur dan komprehensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penghasilan orang tua dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa PG-PAUD FKIP Universitas Lancang Kuning. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa PG-PAUD yang masih dibiayai oleh orang tua, dengan sampel sebanyak 36 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,804 > 0,05, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (H1) ditolak dan hipotesis nol (H0) diterima. Dengan demikian, tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penghasilan orang tua dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan psikologis dibandingkan faktor ekonomi keluarga.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dukungan edukatif bagi pengembangan karakter dan kesadaran generasi muda di Desa Panu’ut melalui program edukasi anti-bullying, pengelolaan sampah, dan pencegahan pernikahan dini. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam rangkaian Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Panu’ut dengan sasaran generasi muda pada jenjang sekolah dasar dan sekolah menengah pertama. Permasalahan yang menjadi perhatian meliputi perilaku bullying di lingkungan peserta didik, pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan sampah, serta pemahaman remaja mengenai risiko pernikahan dini dan pentingnya keberlanjutan pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif melalui penyampaian materi, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan refleksi. Edukasi anti-bullying dan pengelolaan sampah diberikan kepada 90 peserta didik SDN Panu’ut 1, sedangkan edukasi pencegahan pernikahan dini diberikan kepada 30 peserta didik SMPN 4 Murung Satu Atap. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui tanya jawab dan refleksi untuk melihat respons serta pemahaman awal peserta terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya partisipasi aktif peserta yang terlihat melalui pertanyaan, tanggapan, dan refleksi selama proses edukasi. Peserta menunjukkan pemahaman awal mengenai bentuk dan pencegahan bullying, pentingnya menjaga kebersihan dan pengelolaan sampah, serta risiko pernikahan dini dan pentingnya pendidikan untuk masa depan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan dapat menjadi salah satu bentuk dukungan edukatif bagi pengembangan karakter dan kesadaran generasi muda di Desa Panu’ut serta berkontribusi terhadap SDG 4, SDG 5, SDG 12, dan SDG 16. Namun, kegiatan ini belum dapat menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, perubahan karakter, atau perubahan perilaku secara kuantitatif maupun jangka panjang karena tidak dilakukan pengukuran sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Anti-Bullying Education, Waste Management, and Early Marriage Prevention for the Younger Generation in Panu’ut Village  This community service activity aimed to provide educational support for character and awareness development among the younger generation in Panu’ut Village through educational programs on anti-bullying, waste management, and early marriage prevention. The activity was conducted as part of the Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) in Panu’ut Village, targeting young people at the elementary and junior secondary school levels. The issues addressed included bullying among students, understanding of waste management, as well as adolescents’ understanding of the risks of early marriage and the importance of continuing education. The activity employed an educational-participatory approach through material delivery, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and reflection. Anti-bullying and waste management education was provided to 90 students at SDN Panu’ut 1, while early marriage prevention education was provided to 30 students at SMPN 4 Murung Satu Atap. The activity was evaluated through question-and-answer sessions and reflection to assess participants’ responses and initial understanding of the materials presented. The results indicated active participant involvement, as demonstrated through questions, responses, and reflections during the educational sessions. Participants demonstrated an initial understanding of the forms and prevention of bullying, the importance of maintaining cleanliness and managing waste, as well as the risks of early marriage and the importance of education for their future. These findings indicate that the activity can serve as a form of educational support for character and awareness development among the younger generation in Panu’ut Village and contribute to SDG 4, SDG 5, SDG 12, and SDG 16. However, the activity cannot demonstrate quantitative or long-term improvements in knowledge, character, or behavior because no pre- and post-activity measurements were conducted.
