Abstract

Abstract KTP is a population document that must be owned by every citizen. Population Documents are official documents issued by Implementing Agencies that have legal force as authentic evidence produced from the Population Registration and Civil Registration services.This study uses a type of normative legal research that is a legal research method carried out by examining mere literature or secondary data using the Law and Concept approach.The results of the study stated that the process of law enforcement against the owners of multiple ID cards according to law 24 of 2013 concerning population administration regarding changes to the law no. 23 of 2006 concerning population administration Every resident who intentionally registers as a family head or family member of more than one KK as referred to in Article 62 paragraph (1) or to have more than one KTP as referred to in Article 63 paragraph (6) is convicted of a maximum imprisonment of 2 (two) years and / or a maximum fine of Rp. 25,000,000.00 (twenty-five million rupiah). Efforts made by the Samarinda City Population and Civil Registry Office need to be appreciated, because in order to overcome these problems the agency maximizes the readiness of employees in serving residents with an average time of less than 10 minutes of registration for KTP-el registration can already be included in the data collection. Efforts to elucidate the KTP-el function are carried out on the community starting from PKK, RT, RW, Kelurahan, Kecamatan, and cooperation with other agencies in Samarinda city until cooperation with the Population and Civil Registry Office of Surabaya City is an activity to realize the optimal KTP-el function for the needs of the population Samarinda City.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Pola Ritme Rapa’i Hajat di sanggar Rapa’i Tuha desa Lamreung Aceh Besar. Mengangkat masalah tentang bagaimana pola ritme rapa’i pada rapa’i hajat di sanggar Rapa’i Tuha desa Lamreung Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola ritme rapa’i hajat di sanggar Rapa’i Tuha desa Lamreung Aceh Besar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Sulaiman sebagai syeh dan pemain Rapa’i. Sedangkan yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pola-pola ritme rapa’i hajat. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dengan mereduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk penulisan pola ritme rapa’i sampai saat ini belum memiliki notasi ritme baku yang dapat dijadikan pedoman dalam menentukan cara penulisan pola ritme atau pola pukulan dalam memainkan rapa’i dalam bentuk notasi. Para pemain rapa’i telah mengikuti notasi-notasi yang telah dibuat oleh penulis dalam memainkan rapa’i hajat. Oleh karena penulis masih mengikuti standar penulisan pola ritme pada umumnya serta dalam penentuan simbol ritme rapa’i peneliti akan menggunakan simbol-simbol yang peneliti ketahui. Pola irama rapa’i hajat ini berbeda dengan rapa’i lain pada umumnya, karena pola irama rapa’i yang digunakan oleh pemain rapa’i hanya menggunakan pukulan rapa’i sa, dua, dan rapa’i lhee. Kata Kunci: pola ritme, rapa’i hajat.

Abstract

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a major health problem worldwide, with increasing incidence and prevalence. While the incidence of CKD in children is relatively low, CKD contributes to major health problems and has many long-term effects.1 Chronic kidney disease is characterized by a gradual decline in kidney function over time. The Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) report defined CKD as an abnormality of renal structure or function with decreased glomerular filtration rate (GFR) that lasts more than three months. Chronic kidney disease is classified into 5 stages based on the GFR value.2 Patients with stage V CKD transition from progressive disease to irreversible, terminal, end-stage kidney disease (ESKD). To date, the standard of ESKD management has been kidney replacement therapy, consisting of hemodialysis (HD), peritoneal dialysis (PD), and/or kidney transplantation. Complexity and cost of kidney care have obvious consequences on the availability of kidney replacement therapy for children, especially in developing countries. Dialysis provides only partial replacement of renal functions, especially clearance and fluid balance, but does not cure the disease. Kidney transplantation is a curative management, but donor availability for pediatric patients remains challenging

Abstract

Principal communication is an important factor in directing teacher performance to be better. This research aims to measure how much influence the principal's communication has on the performance of elementary school teachers. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method. This method has nine stages, namely: literature review, identifying and limiting research problems, developing research hypotheses, making research designs, conducting pretests, conducting experiments, conducting posttests, processing and analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. The research sample consisted of 10 teachers, consisting of 5 teachers in the experimental class and 5 teachers in the control class. The data collection technique used is the observation of teacher performance. The research instrument used was the teacher's performance observation sheet. The research results showed that communication by the principal had a significant and positive effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in the experimental class. The communication carried out by the school principal must be carried out continuously and the quality improved so that the teacher's performance in other aspects can develop.

Abstract

Proses membangun sebuah perusahaan merupakan salah satu kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan dalam memenuhi salah satu target dan pencapaiannya. Oleh karenanya proses rekrutmen yang transparan, profesional dan objektif yang harus dilakukan untuk pemenuhan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode sebagai perbandingan yaitu SAW, WP dan TOPSIS dengan beberapa kriteria yang ada di dalam proses tersebut harus memenuhi syarat prioritas suatu perusahaan. Dalam Penelitian ini memberikan solusi bagi perusahaan untuk mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan secara tepat dengan tersedianya informasi data calon karyawan yang akurat agar memenuhi kriteria yang dibutuhkan perusahaan, serta dapat memudahkan proses rekrutmen. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa dengan perbandingan ketiga metode tersebut dapat membantu dalam proses seleksi pegawai secara objektif.

Abstract

Gay are identified as people who have an interest in psychological and emotional terms, especially towards men who are commonly called s. Besides that, Gay also have biological needs like humans in general. Factors that cause someone to be , namely the condition of an incomplete family will have a negative impact on personality development, social development, and emotional development. This also results in adolescents experiencing adjustment difficulties in the form of behavioral problems, learning difficulties, or withdrawal from the social environment and adolescents will feel less attention and affection or even experience stress and trauma from having a relationship with the opposite sex. The purpose of this study is to analyze the self-concept of actors in Pekanbaru City. This type of research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The subjects that became my research were 5 Gay. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation while data analysis techniques use qualitative methods. From the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the informant as a person has a positive self-concept and follows their conscience in acting. However, human attitudes and behavior are always looking for reasons to reject their existence and attitudes that cause the emergence of various diseases such as AIDS, venereal diseases, and so on. Abstract

Manual accounting systems are no longer possible to use in business processes. This is due to the increasing number of business transactions. Therefore, a computer accounting system needs to be implemented immediately. The implementation and use of computer accounting is not only limited to technical aspects but also requires an effective socialization process to ensure acceptance and proper use by users. Socialization can start with those who study accounting. The dedication of this article is the socialization of how to implement Asian Business Software Solution (ABSS) Accounting by applying it, which is v.27 at SMAN 4 Padang. This service activity explained the basic concepts of accounting computers and identified the benefits obtained from their use so that SMAN 4 Padang students can apply them. Of the 34 students who participated in this service activity, 60.6% said that this activity increased their knowledge and motivation to study, while another 39.4% said it was helpful. According to the participants, this service activity had quite an impact on them.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis data dan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap stres kerja karyawan di PT Pura Delta Lestari Tbk (Deltamas). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fisik lingkungan kerja, seperti kebersihan, pencahayaan, suhu, dan kebisingan, secara signifikan memengaruhi tingkat stres yang dialami oleh karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang kurang ideal dapat meningkatkan tekanan dan ketidaknyamanan, sehingga berkontribusi pada meningkatnya stres kerja. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk memperhatikan dan mengelola aspek fisik dari lingkungan kerja guna mengurangi stres dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh reward recognition terhadap employee engagement pada karyawan divisi Sales PT X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hal ini mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh signifikan reward recognition terhadap employee engagement. Temuan lainnya mengungkap bahwa pengaruh reward recognition terhadap employee engagement adalah sebesar 29%, sedangkan 71% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi reward recognition meliputi: (1) Kesesuaian reward dengan kebutuhan karyawan, (2) Konsistensi dalam pemberian reward dan recognition, (3) transparansi dan keterbukaan, serta (4) recognition atas kontribusi yang signifikan (Latham & Pinder, 2005). Karyawan di divisi Sales PT X umumnya memiliki tingkat employee engagement dan reward recognition yang tinggi, dimana karyawan dengan reward recognition lebih tinggi cenderung memiliki employee engagement yang lebih tinggi, dan sebaliknya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar penelitian selanjutnya mempertimbangkan faktor lain selain reward recognition, seperti variabel in role dan extra role behavior, serta menambahkan indikator dan referensi yang lebih beragam untuk memperluas cakupan penelitian, khususnya dalam konteks industri yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis data dan hasil pengujian terhadap gaya attachment dan kepemimpinan karyawan di PT.X. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 50,48% karyawan memiliki gaya attachment tipe Anxiety dalam kategori rendah, sedangkan 43,81% memiliki gaya attachment tipe Avoidant dalam kategori sedang. Kecenderungan gaya kepemimpinan Transformasional berada dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 78,10%, Transaksional dalam kategori sedang sebesar 61,90%, dan Laissez-faire dalam kategori rendah sebesar 61,90%. Gaya attachment dimensi Anxiety memiliki korelasi signifikan positif kuat dengan gaya kepemimpinan Transformasional, Transaksional, dan Laissez-faire. Gaya attachment dimensi Avoidant berkorelasi signifikan positif sangat kuat dengan gaya kepemimpinan Transaksional. Secara keseluruhan, gaya attachment dapat mempengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan dan mampu menjelaskan 78,4% variasi dalam gaya kepemimpinan.
