Abstract

Kota mataram adalah kota dari pulau wisata lombok yang sering didatangi oleh para pengunjung dikarenakan keindahan obyek wisata yang ada didalamnya begitu juga dengan kebutuhannya banyak pengunjung yang membutuhkan tempat tinggal sementara agar dapat berlibur selama yang mereka mau, maka dari itu pemerintah mendirikan sebuah motel dan resort untuk di datangi para pengunjung. Hotel merupakan tempat tinggal unutk para pendatang dari pulau berbeda atau negara berbeda yang datang untuk berwisata dan mencari tempat tinggal sementara yang di tempati. Perancangan Hotel ini juga sebagai upaya yang akan dibutuhkan untuk pengunjung kota Mataram dikarenakan adanya penyelenggaran ajang balapan motor yang besar yang ada di Lombok jadinya banyak pengunjung yang akan datang dan membutuhkan tempat untuk menginap sementara. Perancangan dari hotel ini dilakukan dengan melakukan berbagai tahapan yaitu melalui metode peneletian yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data rancangan dan juga melakukan survey lapangan langsung pada tapak yang akan di gunakan. Hasilnya dari rancangan tersebut dapat menciptakan bangunan hotel yang sesuai dengan rancangan dan penggunaan tema yang akan digunakan pada bangunan hotel.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan tentang HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript kepada para pelajar tingkat menengah pertama (SMP), dalam hal ini kita melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertempat di SMP Negeri 1 Pagedangan. Pada era digital seperti saat ini, pemahaman tentang teknologi web sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan para generasi muda menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Kita melakukan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode pemaparan secara langsung, di mana kita berada di sekolah tersebut untuk memaparkan kepada siswa tentang dasar-dasar HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript, tujuan penggunaannya, serta mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode ini dipilih supaya ada interaksi secara langsung antara rekan-rekan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan para pelajar sehingga mereka dapat lebih mudah memahami materi yang kita sampaikan. Para pelajar yang terlibat dalam kegiatan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mereka sangat bersemangat untuk belajar dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dasar mereka tentang teknologi web. Pengenalan seperti ini diyakini bermanfaat untuk para siswa supaya mereka lebih mudah beradaptasi dan oportunis dalam menggunakan teknologi di kehidupan sehari-hari serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk pendidikan teknologi di masa depan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan mereka mempunyai wawasan dasar dalam dunia teknologi web yang akan terus berkembang pesat di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Discovery Learning Model learning assisted by the CERMAT educational game on mathematical problem-solving skills on the concept of Trigonometry. This type of research is quasi-experimental research using Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, which is data collection using tests (essays) supported by N-gain data analysis with variance tests to determine the difference in character in each group (experimental and control). The CERMAT educational game media is the main learning media containing student worksheets, and quizzes (formative test questions). This type of educational game is categorised as RPG (Role Playing Game). The subjects of this study consisted of a sample of 59 class X students at SMKN 12 Bandung. The data collection technique used was a pretest-posttest problem-solving skills test in the form of 5 questions about trigonometry material; 2.) student response questionnaire with as many as 20 statements. In the experimental group, the learning used was the discovery learning model assisted by the CERMAT educational game, while the control group only used the discovery learning model without the CERMAT educational game. The results of data analysis show that the average N-Gain test results of 67.9511 or 67,95% are included in the moderately effective category, and the results of the Mann-Whitney Difference Test show that the Discovery Learning Model assisted by the CERMAT Educational Game Media has a significant effect on improving the mathematical problem-solving skills of students in Class X SMKN 12 Bandung which has an impact on improving learning outcomes, especially on the concept of Trigonometry.

Abstract

Generation Z, born between 1995-2012, has a high need for flexibility and balance between work and personal life. The resulting imbalance can cause stress and decreased productivity for employees. This research aims to analyze the role of work-life balance and productivity of Generation Z employees at the early career stage. The method used was quantitative with convenience sampling, involving 164 respondents aged 18-25 years with work experience of less than five years. The research results show that the majority of respondents have low work-life balance and moderate productivity. Linear regression analysis revealed that productivity had a positive and significant effect on work-life balance with an R Square value of 28% and a sig value (p <.001). These findings emphasize the importance of productivity in supporting work and personal life balance for Generation Z in the world of work.

Abstract

: The rapid development of information technology in the digital era has brought new challenges, particularly the widespread circulation of hoaxes among the public—especially among the younger generation who are active on social media but often lack adequate digital literacy skills. This community service initiative aims to strengthen the critical capacity of the youth in Gampong Lamblang Manyang through a participatory, educational approach. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving youth in the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of the program. The results show an increased understanding among participants regarding the characteristics of hoaxes and how to verify information. Behavioral changes were also observed in participants’ more thoughtful and responsible use of social media. They also demonstrated greater participation in critical discussions within the village and took the initiative to continue educational efforts independently through youth groups. This activity successfully fostered critical awareness, strengthened the role of youth as agents of information literacy, and encouraged collective concern for the importance of information filtering in the digital age.

Abstract

Lemon is one of the natural ingredients that has the potential to be applied as a marinade in processed meat products such as satay. This study aims to determine the optimal percentage of lemon solution producing the best sensory quality in chicken satay products. The materials used in the study were chicken meat and local lemons. The study was conducted experimentally with different percentage treatments of lime solution, then organoleptic tests were carried out by trained panelists. The treatments consisted of T0: without lemon solution marinade, T1: 6% lemon solution marinade, T2: 9% lemon solution marinade, and T3: 12% lemon solution marinade. The data from the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) were then analyzed using ANOVA and continued with the Duncan test if there was a difference. The results showed that lemon solution marinade had a significant effect (P <0.05) on the organoleptic color, aroma, taste, and texture. The average color value is 3.72-4.80, aroma 3.32-4.72, taste 3.60-4.84, and texture 3.32-4.80. This study can be concluded that the T3 treatment (12% lemon marinade) is the most optimal, with an average color score of 4.40, aroma 4.72, taste 4.84, and texture 4.80, because it can produce the best sensory quality by improving the taste, aroma, and texture of chicken satay. The results of the study are expected to be a reference for the culinary industry in improving the quality and competitiveness of processed meat products made from chicken

Employees play a crucial role in the workplace due to their direct contributions to organizational productivity and development. This study aims to examine the role of Person-Environment Fit (P-E Fit) in relation to Subjective Well-Being (SWB) among employees in the JABODETABEK area. P-E Fit encompasses four dimensions: Person-Job Fit, Person-Organization Fit, Person-Group Fit, and Person-Supervisor Fit. A mismatch between individuals and their work environment can lead to stress and decreased SWB. Based on a preliminary survey of 45 participants, it was found that most of them had low levels of SWB. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design and purposive sampling technique, involving 261 active employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS with reliability tests, validity tests, and simple linear regression. The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between P-E Fit and SWB (p < 0.019) with a contribution of 2% (R = 0.24). These findings suggest that the compatibility between individuals and their work environment has a meaningful, albeit limited, impact on employee well-being. Therefore, it is important for organizations to create work environments that align with individual characteristics in order to support well-being and performance.

Abstract

Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village is a village within the administrative area of Bandar Pasir Mandoge District, Asahan Regency. Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village does not have a website-based administration system. Due to this problem, the village government is hampered and less than optimal in running village administration. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the understanding of village officials and the community of Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village regarding the function and benefits of the village website as a modern administrative tool as well as a medium for promoting village potential. Through this activity, village officials are expected to be able to master the technical skills in managing and updating website content independently so that the information presented is always up-to-date and relevant. Administrative data will then be adjusted to the needs of the village. The results of the socialization of the village website with the link bandarpasirmandoge.com which was held on August 13, 2025 at the Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village Hall went smoothly and received a positive response from all participants. This activity was attended by village officials, community leaders, representatives of community organizations.

Abstract

Mahasiswa berada pada fase perkembangan dewasa awal yang ditandai dengan berbagai tuntutan akademik, emosional, dan sosial. Dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut, academic self-efficacy atau keyakinan terhadap kemampuan akademik menjadi aspek penting yang menentukan keberhasilan belajar. Salah satu faktor lingkungan yang diduga mempengaruhi academic self-efficacy adalah psychological safety, yaitu persepsi individu bahwa ia dapat mengekspresikan diri tanpa takut terhadap penilaian negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran antara psychological safety dan academic self-efficacy pada mahasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei cross-sectional. Partisipan berjumlah 323 mahasiswa program sarjana dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di DKI Jakarta, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner psychological safety dan academic self-efficacy yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peran positif yang signifikan antara psychological safety dan academic self-efficacy (R² = 0,497; p < 0,05). Semakin tinggi tingkat rasa aman psikologis yang dirasakan mahasiswa, semakin tinggi pula keyakinan mereka terhadap kemampuan akademiknya. Hasil ini menekankan pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung secara emosional agar dapat meningkatkan efikasi diri mahasiswa dalam konteks akademik.
