Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Describe and analyze the influence of memorization of the Qur'an on the emotional intelligence of students at the Integrated Islamic Private Middle School of Al-Furqan Tebas Islamic Boarding School, Sambas Regency, (2) Describe and analyze the influence of memorization of the Qur'an on the spiritual intelligence of students at the Integrated Islamic Private Middle School of Al-Furqan Tebas Islamic Boarding School, Sambas Regency. This study is a descriptive quantitative study with a causal associative research type (cause and effect). In this study, there are 3 variables, namely the first variable is memorization of the Qur'an, the second variable is emotional intelligence and the third variable is students' spiritual intelligence. The population with research subjects are 40 students of class VIII of the Integrated Islamic Private Middle School of Al-Furqan Tebas Islamic Boarding School. Data collection using the questionnaire method. Instrument validity test using the product moment analysis technique, while reliability test using the alpha coefficient. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. Prior to data analysis, a normality test was conducted. The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of Quran memorization on emotional intelligence, with a magnitude of 0.388 (38.8%), with the remainder influenced by other factors. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of Quran memorization on spiritual intelligence, with a magnitude of 0.376 (37.6%), with the remainder influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the number of reviews, online review ratings, and price on the purchasing decisions of Maybelline cosmetic products on the Lazada marketplace, using a case study of consumers in Wringinanom. The rapid development of digital technology has transformed consumer behavior in online shopping, where customer reviews and ratings have become essential considerations before making a purchase. Additionally, price plays a crucial role in influencing final purchase decisions. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents who had purchased Maybelline products on Lazada. The data analysis techniques used include validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination, processed with SPSS version 25. The results indicate that partially, the number of reviews, online review ratings, and price significantly influence purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant impact on purchasing decisions for Maybelline products on the Lazada marketplace. These findings provide important implications for online businesses to pay closer attention to customer reviews and pricing strategies to better influence consumer purchase behavior.

Abstract

Employee welfare is an important element in the success and sustainability of an organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, communication, and organizational culture on employee welfare at PT Bintang Teknik Nyata Sukodono, Sidoarjo. Leadership style emphasizes the leader's ability to create a clear and strategic vision of the future to empower employees. Communication in an organization includes the effectiveness of information delivery, openness, and two-way communication between leaders and employees. Meanwhile, organizational culture includes shared values, behavioral norms, and adaptation to change that shape interaction patterns within the organization. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving all employees of PT Bintang Teknik Nyata as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire designed to measure indicators of leadership style, communication, organizational culture, and employee welfare. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to identify the partial and simultaneous effects of independent variables on employee welfareThis study is expected to provide theoretical and practical insights. Theoretically, the results of this study contribute to the development of human resource management science, especially related to leadership style, communication, and organizational culture. Practically, this study can be a reference for PT Bintang Teknik Nyata in formulating strategies to improve employee welfare through leadership optimization, communication improvement, and the formation of a supportive organizational culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh variabel Online Customer Review dan Kepercayaan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk Wardah melalui platform Shopee di kalangan siswa SMK Prisma Kota Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Prisma Kota Depok yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk Wardah di Shopee, dengan sampel sebanyak 84 responden yang ditentukan melalui teknik Purposive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Secara hipotetik, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menunjukkan bahwa Online Customer Review dan Kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, baik secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama, dalam meningkatkan probabilitas Keputusan Pembelian produk kosmetik Wardah melalui platform perdagangan elektronik Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions among students of STIE Latifah Mubarokiyah. The research uses a quantitative approach with an associative method to analyze the relationship between variables. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active students using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used random sampling based on the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with the assistance of Orange Data Mining software. The results indicate that financial literacy has a significant effect on students’ investment decisions. These findings highlight the importance of improving financial literacy to support better and more rational investment decision-making among students

Abstract

Reading comprehension is one of the basic literacy skills that elementary school students need to master. However, in reality, many students still have difficulty understanding the content of reading texts in depth. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the reading comprehension ability of elementary school students. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The study population was all fourth-grade students of SDN 09 Pontianak Timur totaling 56 students, consisting of 28 students in the experimental class and 28 students in the control class selected using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a multiple-choice test that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using independent t-test and N-Gain score. The results showed that the average pretest score of the experimental class was 52.14 and the control class was 51.07, while the average posttest score of the experimental class increased to 80.36 and the control class to 65.71. The N-Gain value of the experimental class was 0.59 in the moderate category, while the control class was 0.30 in the low category. The t-test results showed a significant difference between the experimental and control classes (p < 0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model has a positive and significant effect on improving the reading comprehension ability of elementary school students.
