Abstract

Kelurahan Sumber Rejo memiliki varian potensi daya tarik wisata seperti lingkungan alam yang dijadikan wisata edukasi yang dikelola oleh masyarakat dengan julukan Kang Bejo yaitu kampung kangkung di Kelurahan Sumber Rejo kehidupan budaya masyarakat yang penuh dengan nilai, norma, dan adat istiadat, sehingga menjadikan Kelurahan Sumber Rejo layak menjadi bagian penting dalam kegiatan kepariwisataan khususnya di Kota Balikpapan. Wisatawan lebih menyukai kunjungannya yang bersahabat dengan alam dan masyarakat lokal seperti ikut bertani, bercocok tanam dan berkebun, dengan harapan adanya peningkatan kebersihan, akomodasi, keamanan, dan kenyamanan. Perubahan motivasi wisatawan yang lebih memperhatikan aspek kesehatan, lebih menyukai kebersihan, kualitas akomodasi, keamanan yang maksimal, dan peningkatan kenyamanan ini sangat bersesuaian dengan kondisi desa wisata. Desa wisata konsisten menawarkan pengalaman unik dan menarik, keindahan alam serta keluhuran budaya masyarakatnya yang digambarkan melalui keramahan, sikap santun, kebersihan, keamanan, dan kenyamanan.

Abstract

Factors causing the food crisis in Amboawang Darat Village include, many productive workers who choose to work in offices, lack of public knowledge in MSME management so that their potential cannot be maximized, and damage to agricultural land due to mining activities around the land area. Based on the conditions in the field and seeing the condition of MSMEs in the Ambowang Darat Village, the researchers carried out bazaar activities as a strategy to strengthen food security. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data in this study uses primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through the process of observation, interviews with MSME actors involved in implementing the MSME bazaar, and documentation. The approach used by researchers is a participatory approach because they are directly involved in MSME bazaar activities. The implementation of the MSME bazaar has had various positive impacts on the community in the Ambowang Darat Village, including; 1) increasing product sales through MSME bazaar stands, 2) MSME products are better known in the Ambowang Darat Village, 3) the public can carry out promotions so that the market share becomes wider.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to demonstrate to the community how yards can be used for strawberry cultivation. Ambarawang Darat is a community service project in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan. Due to the environmental conditions of Ambarawang Darat District which support the growth of strawberry plants, the Bugi District was chosen as the location for community service. The climate in Ambarawang Darat Village, which is at an altitude of more than 1,000 meters above sea level, is relatively cool. Here's what you need to grow strawberry plants. This community service is carried out in several stages, including the pilot demonstration plot stage, the preparation stage, and the site survey stage. Strawberry plants grow and produce optimally and show success in cultivating strawberry plants to harvest, indicating that the implementation of community service activities is going well. Cultivating strawberries in the yard is economically and environmentally profitable, and the service location is suitable for strawberry cultivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Equity on Company Value (Price to Book Value) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, the total population of 14 companies and a sample of 8 companies were taken using the criteria determined by the author. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the Current Ratio variable has a positive and significant relationship to Firm Value (PBV) while the Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and insignificant relationship to Firm Value (PBV) and Return On Equity has a positive relationship. positive and not significant to Firm Value (PBV)

Abstract

Public awareness of the environment caused by the industrial activities of large companies, makes the public need information about the extent to which companies are responsible for the damage. SDGS voiced by the UN to be carried out in all countries, including Indonesia, must declare SDGS. This study seeks to find how women's representation in the leadership of a company can be one of the drivers of companies to be more concerned with voluntary disclosure, managerial roles and profitability in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in companies that are reflected in Sustainability Reporting (SR). The results showed that the presence of women on the board of directors did not affect the disclosure of SDGs. While managerial roles and profitability had a significant effect on the disclosure of SDGs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the optimization of stock prices based on the company's financial performance, seen from the level of liquidity with measuring instruments used current ratio, solvency with measuring instruments used debt ro equity ratio, profitability with measuring instruments used return on assets, and market value with measuring instruments used partial earnings per share. The total population in this study is thirty companies, and a sample of eighteen food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange taken through criteria determined by the author. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the t test are that the Current Ratio has a negative relationship direction and has a significant effect on the Stock Price, the Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative relationship direction and has an insignificant effect on the Stock Price, Return on Assets and Earnings per Share has a positive relationship direction and has a significant effect on the Stock Price in the food and beverage subsector companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, Operational Costs, Operational Income, and Non-Performing Loans on Stock Prices. The data used are existing sources, both internal and external company data which can be accessed via the internet and information publications. The data used are the financial reports of state-owned banking companies for the period 2013 - 2022. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the Return On Assets and Operational Costs Operational Income variables have a significant negative effect on stock prices. The Capital Adequacy Ratio and Net Profit Margin variables have an insignificant negative effect on stock

Abstract

Due to its high economic value, chili (Capsicum annum L.) horticultural commodities are in great demand. As the population and industry increase, the need for chili as a raw material also increases, as does the need for chili every year. In Jember Regency, red chili productivity is also low, only 87.68 quintals hectare-1. Several factors cause fluctuations in red chili production in the Kutai Kartanegara region, including unfavorable environments such as low soil fertility, high pest attacks, and excessive use of pesticides. As a result, agricultural development is needed to meet food needs and expand export opportunities to neighboring countries. Secondary data derived from land unit maps provide the parameters observed in this study. Setting the spacing, applying organic matter, agricultural lime, fertilizing phosphorus (P), as well as cutting and backfilling the soil with a mound or bench terrace system to reduce soil erosion are corrective steps to increase the land suitability class. Secondary data includes soil drainage, soil depth in cm, slope associated with erosion, elevation, waterlogging, and soil cation exchange capacity.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture is a community service by going directly to the field carried out by lecturers and students. In carrying out service to Suko Mulyo Village, a strengthening of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Sales of Lettuce Chips Products was carried out. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding and knowledge to Mrs. PKK's partners about selling lettuce raw materials into lettuce chips. This devotion is carried out by selling lettuce chip products.

Abstract

Sumber Rejo Village has variants of potential tourist attractions such as the natural environment which is used as an educational tourism managed by the community with the nickname Kang Bejo, namely the kale village in Sumber Rejo Village, the cultural life of the community is full of values, norms, and customs, so that it makes Sumber Rejo Village worthy of being an important part of tourism activities, especially in the city of Balikpapan. Tourists prefer their friendly visits to nature and local people such as farming, farming and gardening, in the hope of improving cleanliness, accommodation, safety, and comfort. The change in the motivation of tourists who pay more attention to health aspects, prefer cleanliness, accommodation quality, maximum security, and increased comfort is very much in line with the conditions of tourist villages. Tourism villages consistently offer unique and interesting experiences, natural beauty and the nobility of the culture of their people which are depicted through hospitality, politeness, cleanliness, security, and comfort.
