Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Store Atmosphere seperti Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout dan Interior Display, secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada retailer Giant Ekstra Balikpapan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan Uji Simultan (Uji F) dan Uji R Square telah membuktikan hipotesis pertama dalam penelitian ini bahwa variabel bebas yang meliputi Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, dan Interior Display secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Giant Ekstra Balikpapan. Selain hipotesis pertama yang terbukti, hipotesis kelima pada penelitian ini adalah variabel Interior Display mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Giant Ekstra Balikpapan juga terbukti kebenarannya dengan menggunakan Uji Parsial (Uji t) dan nilai r partial yang ternyata memberikan kontribusi terbesar dibandingkan variabel lainnya seperti variabel General interior, Store Layout dan Exterior

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Price Earning Ratio, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity and Debt To Equity Ratio partially on Stock Prices. In this study, a population of eleven companies and a total sample of seven pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange were taken using the criteria determined by the author. The data analysis method uses is multiple linear regression. The results of the F test are Price Earning Ratio, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity and Debt To Equity Ratio have a significant effect on stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the t-test is Earning Per Share has a significant effect while Price Earning Ratio, Return On Equity and Debt To Equity Ratio have no significant effect on stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This research aims to test the influence of good corporate governance (independent commissioners, institutional ownership, board of directors, and audit committees) and profitability on the firm value. This research was conducted because of the low GCG implementation in Indonesia. This study used multiple linear regression to test the influence between variables and Sobel tests to determine the mediation effect of profitability. The research was conducted on companies registered in LQ45 for the years 2015-2019. The data used in the study was 245 data. The results showed that independent commissioners and audit committees had a negative effect, the board of directors had a positive effect, and institutional ownership did not affect profitability. Direct testing of GCG's influence on the firm values showed that independent commissioners had a negative effect, institutional ownership had a positive effect, and the board of directors and audit committee did not affect the firm value. The results also showed that profitability could mediate the influence of GCG on the firm value except for institutional ownership variables. Further research is expected to increase the number of samples and use different measurements of the firm. Companies need to improve GCG to increase management transparency so that investors and creditors can make appropriate decisions about the company.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze financial performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic based on Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return on Equity in Food And Beverage Sub-Sector companies. The data analysis method uses a normality test, namely Shapiro Wilk, and a hypothesis test, namely paired t-test samples. The results of the analysis show that there is no significant difference in terms of liquidity ratios, namely the current ratio, quick ratio, debt to assets ratio, solvency ratio, namely debt to equity ratio, and profitability ratio, namely net profit margin and return on equity. Keywords: Financial Performance, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return on Equity.

The purpose of this paper is to idendify the factors affecting consumers’ purchase decision making at Angkringan in Balikpapan. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 177Balikpapan consumes who were actively buying food of angkringan. The data were analyzed using the partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) and multi group analysis (MGA) in SMARTPLS software.. The results show that the product and location have an impact on purchasing decisions. This study illustrates that the determination of product and location are important factors that need to be considered to increase sales due to increased purchasing decisions by consumers. The purchase decision considers the convenience and location that is suitable for buyers to come to the place of business, ease of access and becomes a determinant for buyers and influences buyers' decisions. Suggestions from this study that paying attention to location and product quality will increase purchases.

Program pelatihan pemasaran produk usaha ibu-ibu PKK RT. 28 pada kelurahan damai bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu-ibu PKK RT 28 sehingga produk usaha ibu-ibu PKK memiliki nilai yang tinggi di mata konsumen. PKK RT 28 beranggota ibu-ibu yang mayoritas memiliki usaha sampingan seperti warung dan usaha online sehingga pelatihan ini sangat sesuai dilakukan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dileucine dengan penyampaian dan pemaparan poin-poin penting dan dengan materi yang diupayakan sesederhana mungkin sehingga mudah dipahami. Kesimpulan hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa antusiasme ibu-ibu sangat tinggi karena jumlah yang hadir sebanyak 50 orang lebih dan peserta menyimak dan aktif menyampaikan pertanyaan sehingga kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sukses dijalankan.

Beberapa tantangan dalam mewujudkan ketahanan pangan di Kota Balikpapan meliputi laju pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggi yang berimplikasi pada tingkat konsumsi, luas lahan pertanian yang semakin menurun akibat konversi lahan, pemenuhan kebutuhan beberapa komoditas pangan strategis juga masih bergantung dari daerah sekitar Balikpapan permasalahan adopsi teknologi dalam rangka meningkatkan produktivitas juga masih terhambat karena rendanya transfer teknologi dari lembaga penelitian formal kepada petani. Tantangan dan permasalahan seperti diatas agar dapat dicapai ketahanan pangan berkelanjutan, perlu ada penyesuaian atau perubahan arah kebijakan yang saat ini diimplementasikan. Perubahan pendekatan arah kebijakan yang disarankan meliputi tujuan, cara, dan sasaran pembangunan ketahanan pangan, dengan strategi dan potensi di daerah yang mengembangkan wisata alam merupakan strategi ketahan pangan yang berkelanjutan

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisa profit growth perusahaan sub sektor food and beverages. Populasi berjumlah dua puluh enam perusahaan, dan sampel berdasarkan kriteria berjumlah sembilan belas perusahaan, yang diambil dengan menggunakan prasyarat yang ditentukan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda, dengan uji partial (uji-t). Hasil analisis, profit growth dipengaruhi current ratio, debt to equity ratio dan net profit margin berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan total asset turnover berpengaruh tidak signifikan.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Company Size,on Tax Avoidance in Manufacturing Companies both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study is Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021, namely 193 companies. The study sample amounted to 55 or 220 data selected using the purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data derived from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. The analysis tool uses IBM SPSS statistical version 26. Regression analysis models are multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that the variables of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Company Size influenced Tax Avoidance.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the single index method would produce an optimal portfolio of JII 70 shares and continued with assessing its performance using the Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen methods to determine the best method for assessing the performance of the formed stock portfolio. The data used is data in the form of closing prices obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The number of samples used is 58 of the 70 stocks that are incorporated in JII 70. The sample selection is based on predetermined criteria. The data analysis tool used is Microsoft excel 2019. From the results of data processing, the results obtained are as many as 25 stocks that are included in the optimal portfolio using the single index method. After that, it is known that the best method for assessing portfolio performance is the Sharpe method.
