Abstract

Saat ini teknologi sangat berpengaruh terhadap seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia baik dalam bidang pendidikan, ekonomi, bisnis, maupun organisasi lainnya. Terkhusus dalam bidang pendidikan yang tidak bisa dijalankan dengan mengandalkan cara yang sangat manual sehingga pengetahuan manusia itu sendiri didukung oleh teknologi saat ini. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan komputer sebagai alat bantu untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan di bidang teknologi informasi. Teknologi informasi saat ini semakin berkembang di segala bidang, terutama dalam bidang pendidikan, khususnya pada Guru. Pemilihan guru teladan di SMA Negeri Insana Tengah saat ini masih dilakukan dengan sangat manual sehingga penilaiannya kurang tepat dan kurang baik. Sehingga hasil keputusan kurang berkualitas dan kurang adil bagi guru lain yang memenuhi standar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pemilihan guru teladan ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode AHP dan CPI, metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot dari setiap kriteria sedangkan metode CPI digunakan untuk menentukan perangkingan dari setiap alternatif atau dari setiap guru yang mendapatkan perangkingan. Oleh karena itu peneliti merancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan sehingga mempermudah kepala sekolah dalam memilih guru manakah yang merupakan guru teladan di sekolah SMAN Insana Tengah. Untuk mengantisipasi pemilihan Guru teladan yang kurang tepat dan akurat maka diperlukan suatu sistem pengambil keputusan yang berdasarkan pada 6 kriteria utama dengan nilai bobotnya masing-masing yaitu Dokumen portofolio 0.08%, Karya tulis 0.25%, Disiplin 0.11%, Kinerja Guru 0.14%, Guru pluss 024% dan Penampilan 0.18%.

Abstract

Industri peternakan merupakan suatu usaha yang berkembang sangat pesat dengan permintaan yang tinggi terutama pada peternakan unggas seperti ayam broiler. Salah satu metode yang umum digunakan oleh peternak unggas adalah melalui cara manual seperti pemantauan suhu serta penyediaan pakan dan minum. Kondisi fisik lingkungan yang dapat membuat ayam tidak nyaman, seperti suhu dan kelembaban udara. Bagi ayam skala unggas, hal ini dapat menyebabkan hasil panen yang buruk. Oleh karena itu, karena kondisi lingkungan yang sering berubah, pemilik ayam harus rajin memeriksa kandang ayamnya untuk memastikan kondisi ayamnya dalam keadaan baik. Saat pemilik ternak sedang bepergian, hal ini membuat kandang tidak dapat dipantau secara terus menerus. Perkembangan teknologi mikrokontroler saat ini merupakan bidang yang berkembang pesat yang melibatkan pengendalian sistem elektronik yang terkoneksi melalui internet atau biasa disebut Internet of Things (IoT) yang bisa dimonitoring melalui handphone atau laptop. Terdapat solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, peneliti bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem otomatisasi pakan minum dan monitoring kelembaban udara pada ayam berbasis IoT. Sistem ini yang mampu mempermudah peternak untuk memonitoring kelembaban pada kandang serta memberikan pakan minum secara otomatis dari jarak dekat maupun jauh yang dapat dikontrol melalui handphone. Sehingga efektivitas dan efisiensi produksi ayam broiler, baik kualitas maupun kuantitas dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Abstract:  The main objective of the research is to develop a digital-based Blood Donor Information System (SIDORA) with an Android platform for the Kefamenanu Regional General Hospital (RSUD). SIDORA can manage incoming and outgoing bloodstock information data, as well as donor data. The waterfall method was used to develop SIDORA. The development of this method starts with the analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance stages. SIDORA can provide information such as blood availability and manage monthly reports systematically. The results of implementing SIDORA have proven to resolve problems regarding bloodstock information at Kefamenanu Regional Hospital. Officers can easily see the process of distributing bloodstock in the blood warehouseAbstrak: Tujuan utama dari penelitian adalah mengembangakan Sistem Informasi Donor Darah (SIDORA) berbasis digital dengan platform android untuk Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kefamenanu. SIDORA dapat mengelola data informasi stok darah masuk dan keluar, serta data pendonor. Metode Waterfall atau Air Terjun digunakan dalam mengembangkan SIDORA. Urutan pengembagnan metode ini mulai dari analisis, desain, pengkodean, pengujian, dan tahap perawatan atau maintenance. SIDORA dapat menyediakan informasi seperti ketersedian darah dan kelola laporan setiap bulan secara tersistem. Hasil dari penerapan SIDORA terbukti dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan mengenai informasi stok darah yang ada di RSUD Kefamenanu. Petugas dengan mudah melihat proses penyaluran stok darah yang ada di gudang darah.

Abstract

. Suka Maju Farmer Group in Atmen Village, West Insana District, North Central Timor Regency. The products produced are kelor jehe herbs, moringa temulawak and kelor turmeric, in the process the Suka Maju farmer group always uses the manual method. The problems that often arise are bookkeeping procedures, ordering, entering and exiting goods which are still manual and still use paper for storage. The purpose of this study was to design a web (e-commerce) to provide convenience to consumers in obtaining information about products from the Suka Maju Farmer Group and for the Suka Maju Farmer Group to easily promote Moringa herbal products. The waterfall method is a sequential development model that is systematic and sequential when building software. The process follows the flow of analysis, design, code, testing and maintenance. This research produces an e- commerce website that assists farmer groups in promoting Moringa herbal products and buyers can easily make transactions anytime and anywhere. promote their wares. E-commerce sales of Moringa herbal medicine are built on a website to make it easier for farmer groups like advanced in promoting Moringa herbal products and buyers can easily make transactions anytime and anywhere. At the time of implementation of this system testing was carried out at the research site involving 4 users including as an admin who could process e-commerce selling Moringa herbs and as a buyer who made transactions and as an owner who could confirm transactions and could print reports and as a driver who made deliveries according to the address of the buyer.

Abstract

The Prima Mandiri Farmers Group is a business that operates in the field of selling local herbal medicine, including noni herbal medicine, ginger herbal medicine, soursop herbal medicine, white turmeric herbal medicine and ginger herbal medicine. However, based on the results of observations and interviews with business owners, it was stated that the marketing and sales system used by the Prima Mandiri Farmers Group is currently still done manually, that is, buyers must come directly to the business premises to see the various kinds of products available. Of course, with this sales system it will take up consumers' time to obtain information easily and accurately. So, an Android-based application will be designed to help sellers promote products and make it easier for customers to order local herbal medicine based on Android. This M-Commerce application is named Jamlok Shop (Local Jamu Shop). The method used in building this application is the waterfall method, the name of this model is actually "Linear Sequential Model" where this describes a systematic and sequential or gradual approach, which must start from the initial design stage to the final stage. software development.

Abstract

Insana Woven Fabric is a local craft originating from NTT whose manufacturing technique is by embroidering this woven fabric made in a maubesi village located in the TTU district area by the UMKM kube motif group. For the sales method, usually directly, namely from home, some are taken to traditional markets or there are several customers who are outside the NTT area who usually place orders through social media such as Facebook, this causes inefficient sales. The shortcomings of the sales method via social media are information about stock items that still have to be updated manually by the admin so that stock information is not necessarily valid due to human error, for the purchase history must also be recorded manually through the comment column or inbox on social media which results in the craft manager having difficulty in managing financial information.  Based on the existing conditions, it is necessary to engineer an Online Sales Application of Typical Local Crafts of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Maubesi Village Case Study. This application is made using android, so that it can be used as an alternative to help the Maubesi village community in selling local handicrafts of the NTT community so that this umkm group is more efficient in the sales process and reaches all buyers inside and outside the NTT area. the method used is waterfall where this implies that the community is more efficient in selling local handicrafts.

Abstract

One of the main tasks of a village office is the population administration handling and permit paperwork service. The village population administration handling at East Tuanbaun Village, the sub-district of North Biboki, the District of North Central Timor up to the current time, is still implemented conventionally. The data processing management, such as letter of recommendations, document filing are still conventionally recorded in books. Such conditions are considered very ineffective and undeniably very time consuming, particularly when someone is trying to find data. Apart from that it is very lackadaisical and results in long queue whenever people come to get their paper work done. We, in this research, develop website-based information system for population administration service named SIADES. This website platform is chosen as it can be easily and freely accessed from any place at anytime. This application is developed using prototype method, providing the system development method can give access to the interaction between the user and the developer. The existence of this application can help the village officers and the society in handling letters of permit. People don't have to come to the village office to get their permit/recommendation letter since they can do it using online website service. On top of that, all the digitally saved data will remain safe and long-lasting.

Abstract

The Indonesian Ministry of Religion, North Central Timor Regency is the Indonesian government ministry in charge of religious affairs. One of the things that employees of the North Central Timor Regency Ministry of Religion office often complain about is that the leave application system is still conventional, namely using a leave application form. With this conventional method, applying for leave is less effective in the work process and takes a long time. To overcome this problem, the right solution is to build an Android-based employee leave application information system application at the Ministry of Religion of North Central Timor Regency. The programming language used in this research is PHP and framework_laravel and the database used in building the SICUTI application is Mysql, the system development method uses the Mobile-D method. The tests used to test the capabilities of the SICUTI application are carried out in two ways, namely software testing using a black box and user testing by distributing questionnaires to 20 respondents who have used the SICUTI application. From the results of the user testing, the SICUTI application has reached the predetermined criteria, namely with a value of 87.67%, which means the SICUTI application is declared good for use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi pelayanan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) bagi pasien di Puskesmas Lurasik yang tepat sesuai prosedur pelayanan KIA. Sistem Informasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Pelayanan KIA di Puskesmas Lurasik saat ini meliputi pemberian informasi kegiatan Program KIA, proses pendaftaran pasien, pencatatan hasil pemeriksaan, pencatatan pemberian imunisasi atau vitamin kepada ibu dan anak, dan laporan harian maupun bulanan masih menggunakan pencatatan dalam buku. Pencatatan manual dalam buku ini, menyebabkan terjadinya duplikasi data dan pencatatan manual ini akan bertambah setiap harinya, begitu juga kertas yang dibutuhkan banyak, serta kertas yang digunakan akan rusak karena termakan usia, dan juga memerlukan banyak ruang penyimpanan. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pemantauan dan evaluasi program KIA di Puskesmas Lurasik. Dengan adanya sistem ini, membantu mempercepat proses pelayanan dan pembuatan laporan secara otomatis serta mengetahui hasil perkembangan pelaksanaan program KIA di Puskesmas Lurasik.Keyword: Sistem Informasi, Puskesmas, KIA, RAD

Abstract

The aim of the community partnership program is to improve the thinking skills or increase the skills of PKM participating teachers in mastering LaTeX applications. This service aims to introduce LaTeX applications for teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Insana, North Central Timor Regency (TTU Regency) to create documents other than using Ms.Word. LaTeX software is a word processor that has advantages in the availability of symbols and environmental settings for mathematical formulas and others. Therefore, LaTeX is starting to be frequently used by educators, more specifically in the field of mathematics, in preparing lesson materials, be it textbooks, articles, RPS, student worksheets (LKPD), or other documents. This service activity is carried out in the form of mentoring or training using demonstration, practice, and discussion methods, which is carried out offline in the presence of four accompanying lectures and six students. The results of the activity show that the participants (in this case, the teachers) can run LaTeX programs and can create simple teaching material templates that contain mathematical symbols and formulas quite well. Participants also believed that LaTeX was very necessary in preparing documents for learning in various fields, especially for educators today.
