Abstract

Smart city 4.0 is a development of the three previously published articles, namely smart city 1.0,2.0 and 3.0. The smart city article that we created is a long process in research, so we have to make it gradually and make it into several parts. Smart city 1.0 and 2.0 we designed a big picture of a smart city and how the maturity level understood. Next, in smart city 3.0, our focus is on how smart education can be applied in collaboration between each educational institution so that a high-quality level of education achieved in the area. In smart city 4.0, we focus on designing a concept that focuses on developing tourists and how to get investors interested in investing. Factors such as culture, infrastructure/facilities, human resource development in the community, safety and comfort, profit sharing, development of tourist attractions, innovation in improving people's lives and many other factors are our main concern in this article. The methods used in smart city 4.0 are PDCA & USEPDASA, which are both appropriate methods for developing a special framework for tourists and investors. The stages in smart city 4.0 are mapping in terms of culture, human resources, facilities, information technology, security and comfort. These divided into two parts: on the side of increasing tourists and the side of increasing investors. The result of smart city 4.0 is a framework to be able to connect all activities in a smart city to generate profits for the area.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce is growing very fast and cannot stop; it changes various sides of human life. This change is a big challenge for everyone, and this is a condition that must occur so that everyone can carry out activities more effectively and efficiently. This research produces a few kinds of Startup classification and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) classification. Furthermore, it provides C=R.S2 formula, a formula for developing CRM, and S=H.I2.M formula, a formula for developing a Startup. These two formulas were eventually evolving into the seven stages of Startup (the maturity level of Startup), where the seven steps are the stages in developing a Startup, starting from the local level to the international level. These seven stages work so that the Startup founder can gradually understand what needs and how to develop it by focusing more on CRM. The results of this study are a framework to be able to implement the seven stages. This research results from previous studies' development: The Development of Innovative CRM E-Commerce: The Case of Blibli. Com.

Abstract

Social media is a new life influenced by the development of information technology. This development raises problems in comments and criticism on social media and the rapid growth of hoax information that affects many sectors of life. This article is the development of two journals: The Development and Implementation of Wise Netizens (E-Commentary) In Indonesia & Social Media and Changing Communication Patterns. The method used is the Johari window, and this method is developed and combined with the concept of comments and criticism on social media. The result of this article is a formula N=K.C2, a unique formula made for netizens and the seven stages of wise netizens (The maturity level of netizens). Furthermore, this formula and framework will provide netizens with a solution to assess them. To what extent a netizen has become wise in making comments and criticisms on social media? Furthermore, these stages will be used to find out, analyze and assess the extent to which comments and critics made by netizens have reached a level that has a standard of communication quality, share their knowledge, and have a two-way discussion.

Abstract

Gamification is an extraordinary phenomenon of how we can engage users to understand our Business. Users can get many interesting things from gamification offered by business owners, ranging from games, bonuses, discounts, and many other things that can make users or consumers more loyal and have a close relationship with the Business. This research is developing the concept of innovation profiling, which describes seven types of innovation. Here, gamification is one of the innovations we will discuss. This study divides gamification into three important parts, units that should not be separated. The first part concerns the big picture of gamification profiling and the Formula GMF = P. B2. E2. Ps2.F2. In the second stage, there are four types of gamification- open Gamification (OP), specific Gamification (SG), innovative Gamification (IG), and undeveloped Gamification (UG). The third stage, the final stage, is Business Gamification profiling (BG), Education gamification profiling (EG), Psychology gamification profiling (PG), and Future gamification profiling (FG). This research results in the gamification profiling framework and its application in education as the main case study in implementing this. Furthermore, Smart city and social profiling are two things that cannot separate from each other. Therefore, in building a smart city & social profiling, several important things must be considered, including investors, people, culture, supervision, customers, data, mapping, mentors, capabilities, commercials and leadership. This article will develop Business Model Mapping 101 (Smart City Maturity Level Mapping), an innovation in shaping and producing social profiling. Problems such as implementing smart cities in human resources, technology, and other factors are the main concerns. Therefore, Smart City Maturity Level Mapping is a social profiling development concept that focuses on building something from what the area already has. It is to increase the level of a more stable economy but remain flexible in dealing with certain situations. Furthermore, this article complements the previous article, namely smart city 5.0 (Human resource, Technology, marketing). These three things then developed into Smart City Maturity Level Mapping, which later became social profiling, which is useful for measuring smart cities' performance and implementation in a more structured, systematic and detailed manner in terms of profiles. The final result is the maturity level to measure a smart city's performance, which also connected to the defender, extender, dodger, contender.

Abstract

AI faces many challenges in the future. Some people still say that AI is a threat to the future, but on the other hand, AI is a technology that will help many people live their lives. In this concept research, we will explain what we think about AI and what ethics should be involved in using AI. It will require a lot of analysis to produce a concept of AI ethics, which is not easy. Our focus will provide perspectives from the social, psychological, and cultural sides and what things might affect human life by quickly developing AI. The final result of this concept is a framework for the ethics of AI profiling, where this may be used as a guide or opinion that can be considered when we use AI in our daily lives. AI is something that must be supported, and its application must receive special attention so that it can help humans in solving various life problems.

Abstract

The development of information technology has reached its peak, where AI has transformed and influenced many things, one of which is the world of education, especially universities. In this concept research, we will describe in a big picture how smart gamification, metaverse, and AI will influence and how to build this so that it can gradually change our teaching and learning patterns. Of course, this has been resolved in the book we published on Amazon. Therefore, if readers want to know and understand more deeply, they can read the book we created to apply it. The results of this concept research are formulas, frameworks, and the maturity level to be able to develop hybrid learning systems, which may be used to the way we teach, the way we give assignments, and the way we test, as well as other things related to business processes at the university. Therefore, we need to change what already exists so that it can be adapted to the situation and conditions of information technology development and the current globalization competition

Abstract

Knowledge and experience are two things that cannot separate; they are connected and form an inseparable unity. Knowledge has two important things: invisible knowledge based on experience and visible knowledge based on competency development. This article is a complete concept of how we can gradually improve our performance, and at each stage, there will be steps to improve this. Furthermore, this article complements previous research published, namely Development of Mentoring Management in Producing High-Quality Human Resources at University Level in Facing the Asean Economic Community (MEA) Using the Concept of Kiyosaki - Blanchard Abcd Trust Methods-Hsova. This article will discuss improving seven indicators: Strategy, Structure; Systems; Culture; Staff; Style, and Global Goals. Of course, these seven indicators are very important to discuss because, at each level, a standard will give to improve performance and systematic steps so that performance can improve stably but flexibly. The other side is the seven levels: stage 1 Uncontrolled; stage 2 The fundamentals; stage 3 The development; stage 4 Integrated; stage 5 Good University; stage 6 The Best University; stage 7 Global University. The results of this article are the maturity level of e-learning and the maturity level of the university.
