Abstract

Background. 21st century education emphasizes the importance of developing high-level thinking skills (HOTS) for students, including analysis, evaluation and synthesis skills. Seamless learning, which integrates technology and media, becomes relevant in this context because it creates a dynamic and connected learning experience. Purpose. This research aims to measure the increase in students’ critical thinking abilities through seamless learning using quasi-experimental methods. By adopting this approach, the research seeks to provide empirical evidence about the effectiveness of seamless learning in improving students’ critical thinking abilities. Method. This research methodology takes a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental methods. Data was collected from a school in West Sumatra, with research subjects being grade 7 students. Data collection was carried out through critical thinking ability test instruments before and after the learning period. Analysis was carried out using the t-test in SPSS to compare the two groups. Results. The results of the analysis showed significant differences between the experimental and control groups, with a greater increase in critical thinking ability scores in the experimental group. The resulting t value was 0.05, with a p value of less than 0.05, indicating that the difference between the two groups did not occur by chance. This confirms that seamless learning has a positive impact in improving students’ critical thinking abilities.   Conclusion. These findings highlight the success of seamless learning in improving students’ critical thinking abilities. However, this study has limitations, such as the relatively small sample size and limited duration of the intervention. Further research with larger sample sizes is recommended to deepen this understanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the dynamics of parents in the learning process at SD Inpres Mantawa B. This study used a qualitative method, the primary data source was obtained from the fifth grade teacher and student guardians. The results of this study stated that the role of parents in the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic for grade V students at SD Inpres Mantawa B consisted of providing study guidance and providing motivation for children's learning. Obstacles faced by parents in helping the learning process of fifth grade students at SD Inpres Mantawa B include internet networks, learning facility constraints, parents' busyness constraints, parents' limited knowledge constraints and constraints regarding the lack of references or student learning resources. Efforts made by parents in helping the learning process of fifth grade students at SD Inpres Mantawa B are providing learning facilities and checking children's learning assignments.

Abstract

It is important to instill discipline in every person so that good character values ​​emerge. The importance of strengthening disciplined character is because currently there is a lot of deviant behavior occurring. This research aims to determine teachers' efforts to instill discipline character. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, primary data sources were obtained from 13 teachers consisting of 12 grade 1 principal teachers. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The research results obtained show that teachers use several efforts to instill discipline character, namely example, rules, habituation, praise and punishment. Supporting factors in instilling students' disciplined character are supervision or control from the school principal, teachers being directly involved with students, awareness within students. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the students' parents and the environment. The efforts made by teachers at SD Inpres 3 Tondo have achieved good results. With the efforts used by teachers in instilling a disciplined character in students, students can apply discipline to the environment and also to themselves. For example, students are orderly in their studies, come to school on time, and obey existing school rules, and respect teachers or respect their elders.

Abstract

KKN Terpadu Sekolah Tinggi Agama Hindu (STAH) Dharma Sentana Sulawesi Tengah di Desa Kotaraya Timur, Kecamatan Mepanga, Kabupaten Parigi Moutong, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pengaplikasian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata ini berlangsung dari tanggal 30 Agustus 2024 sampai dengan 30 November 2024. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari kegiatan inti, kegiatan desa, kegiatan kecamatan dan kegiatan tambahan. Artikel ini lebih fokus membahas kegiatan inti yang telah dilaksanakan terkait dengan aspek edukasi, teknologi dan budaya. Kegiatan KKN bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman dan sebagai proses pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa untuk menggali dan mengembangkan potensi masyarakat desa. Metode pelaksanaan KKN di lokasi terdiri dari kegiatan survei, perencanaan, dan pelaksanaan. Kegiatan inti mahasiswa KKN mendapat dukungan dari para tokoh masyarakat, pemerintah setempat dan masyarakat desa. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan meliputi pasraman (tari, yoga, upakara dan dharma gita), les aksara bali, les calistung (membaca, menulis, dan berhitung), pelatihan bidang IT, peduli wisata serta sharing lintas budaya antara mahasiswa KKN dengan masyarakat hindu jawa di Desa Sumber Agung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini tentunya memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat di Kecamatan Mepanga pada umumnya yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan kebersamaan, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan baik yang terkhusus maupun umum, pendekatan sosial dan pengembangan budaya.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara di SD BK Lekatu Kelurahan Tipo Kecamatan Ulujadi Palu Barat bersama dengan para guru dan kepala sekolah bahwa guru-guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas pembelajaran seiring dengan berkembangnya IPTEK. Tujuan PKM ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan tentang peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran kepada guru SD BK Lekatu dalam menghadapi era society 5.0. Alur pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM terbagi atas 3 tahapan yaitu: tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi yang dilakukan pada tanggal 03 mei 2024 antara lain: 1) persiapan dengan melakukan izin kepada pihak sekolah untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dalam menghadapi era society 5.0, 2) melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan dengan beberapa materi yaitu: pelatihan numerasi matematika tingkat guru Sekolah Dasar dalam menghadapi pembelajaran era society 5.0, pelatihan alat permainan edukatif (APE) sebagai media alternatif dalam pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar, dan desain pembelajaran berbasis games Sekolah Dasar, 3) melakukan evaluasi dengan membagikan angket kepuasan terhadap kegiatan PKM. Hasil respon dari peserta PKM menunjukkan rata-rata persentase jawaban dari pernyataan di atas 85%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa tingkat kepuasan dari peserta setelah mengikuti kegiatan PKM berada dalam kategori sangat puas.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk melaksanakan bimbingan belajar pada siswa sekolah dasar di Desa Balanti Kecamatan Baras Kabupaten Pasangkayu Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Sasaran dari bimbingan belajar ini adalah seluruh siswa sekolah dasar yang beragama Hindu mulai dari kelas I sampai kelas VI dengan jumlah 32 orang. . Metode pembimbingan  yang  diterapkan yaitu pembimbingan secara intensif. Pembimbingan dilaksanakan mulai dari pekerjaan rumah yang dituntut dari sekolah siswa masing-masing, sampai  pada  pembimbingan bagian materi yang kurang dipahami siswa disekolah mulai dari persiapan kegiatan sampai pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar ini yaitu siswa mampu memahami dan menyerap materi pelajaran, siswa menjadi lebih fokus  belajar,  siswa banyak belajar hal baru, dan siswa mendapatkan pengetahuan yang  lebih  baik  dari sekolah, sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, motivasi belajar siswa, pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran, fokus belajar siswa serta siswa memiliki pengetahuan yang lebih khususnya berkaitan dengan materi pelajaran. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa yang dapat dilihat dari beberapa nilai siswa yang mengikuti bimbingan belajar mengalami peningkatan setelah mengerjakan dan mengumpulkan tugas serta sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan.Berdasarkan hasil tes diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 82 dengan selisih rata-rata adalah 14,76%. Analisis t-hitung diperoleh 8,571, dan t-tabel = 2,086 dari hasil analisis data tersebut bahwa t-hitung > dari t-tabel Implementation of Tutoring for Elementary School Students in Balanti Village Baras District Pasangkayu Regency West Sulawesi Province Tensive mentoring. Guidance is carried out starting from homework that is required from each student's school, to mentoring the part of the material that is not understood by students at school starting from the preparation of activities to the implementation of activities. The results of the implementation of this tutoring are that students are able to understand and absorb subject matter, students become more focused on learning, students learn a lot of  new things,  and  students  get better knowledge from school, so as to improve student learning outcomes, student learning motivation, student understanding on the subject matter, the focus of student learning and students have more knowledge, especially related to the subject matter. This can be proven by the increase in student learning outcomes which can be seen from some of the scores of students who follow tutoring have increased after doing and collecting assignments and in accordance with the expected goals. Based on the test result obtained an average learning result of 82 with an average difference of 14,76%. T-count analysis obtained 8,571 and T-table = 2,086 from the results of the data analysis that t-count > from t-table.

Abstract

The study aims 1) to analyze the teacher's perception of the tree's media usage on Indonesian learning, 2) to analyze students' perceptions of the tree's media use to English study, 3) to analyze the underlying factors and the tree's media barrier to English learning. Sampling an informer with an impressive. sample. Methods used: observation, interview, documentation, and angket. The object of this study is the process of using the literacy tree media at class ii school at bk school Tipo Kelurahan. Research indicates that teachers are helped in increasing student involvement and understanding, and students state that this use of the literal literal literal tree makes learning more interesting and easier to understand the material. This is based on student response ratings, 64% of the lowest and 100% highest scores for an "yes" answer on the use of tree media in Indonesian studies. Contributing factors in the use of numeric tree media are the teacher's educational background and work experience that make teachers adept at using learning media, enthusiastic students, and comfortable classrooms. The inhibitors to the use of the literal literal tree media, the lack of sufficient time or hours of study, the cost limitations and parents who undersupport student educational needs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between teacher creativity in teaching and students' interest in learning at SD Inpres 6 Sausu, as well as students' responses to teacher creativity. The study employs a quantitative correlational approach, with sampling selected using Stratified Random Sampling technique. The instruments used include observation sheets, questionnaires, documentation, and validation sheets.The results of the study show that teacher creativity at SD Inpres 6 Sausu is categorized as excellent, with an average percentage of 89.2%. Hypothesis testing using Pearson's product-moment correlation reveals a significant relationship between teacher creativity and students' interest in learning, with a significance value of 0.000 (Sig. 2-tailed < 0.05) and a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.622, indicating a strong relationship. Furthermore, the overall average response percentage reached 89.01%, indicating that the higher the teacher's creativity in teaching, the better the responses given by the students. In conclusion, teacher creativity has a significant relationship with students' interest in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of home learning facilities on students' learning motivation in class V of SD Inpres Bumi Sagu. The research approach used by the researcher was a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis. The population was the total number of class V, which amounted to 31 students. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling so that in this study a total of 15 students were used. Based on the research that has been conducted, the results obtained were: 1) The level of home learning facilities for students of SD Inpres Bumi Sagu is high 13.33% (2 respondents), medium 73.33% (11 respondents) and low 13.33% (2 respondents). So it is included in the medium category. 2) The level of learning motivation at SD Inpres Bumi Sagu is high 13.33% (2 respondents), medium 73.33% (11 respondents) and low 13.33% (2 respondents) so it is included in the medium category. 3) From the results of the first hypothesis test, it is known that there is an influence between the variables of home learning facilities and learning motivation. The results of the SPSS test obtained a Sig. value. is 0.019 which is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant linear influence between the home learning facilities variable (X) and the learning motivation variable (Y).
