Abstract

Abstrak: Skripsi ini berjudul “Analisis Partisipasi Anggota pada Koperasi Karyawan PT. PLN (PERSERO) “MEKAR” Wilayah Kalimantan Barat. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui partisipasi anggota dalam menyimpan modal, partisipasi anggota dalam mengikuti rapat anggota tahunan, partisipasi anggota dalam memanfaatkan jasa usaha koperasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini  adalah  metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan bentuk survey. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua koperasi, satu orang pengurus koperasi dan tiga orang anggota. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik komunikasi langsung dan teknik studi dokumenter berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman wawancara dan lembar catatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggota dalam menyimpan modal dapat dikategorikan baik. Kemudian partisipasi anggota dalam mengikuti rapat anggota tahunan dapat dikategorikan sangat baik dan untuk partisipasi anggota dalam memanfaatkan jasa usaha koperasi dikategorikan baik.   Kata Kunci: Analisis, Partisipasi Anggota, Kopkar PLN Mekar Abstract: This thesis titled "Analysis the Participation of Members in the Employee Cooperative PT. PLN (Persero) "MEKAR" Areas of West Borneo. The focus of this research was to determine participation of members in saving saving capital, participation of members in following annual meeting of members, participation of members in utilizing the services a cooperative venture.The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative of survey shape. Sources of data in this study was cooperative chairmen, one of the managers of a cooperative and a three members a cooperative. This research uses data collecting technique with a direct communication technique and a technique of documentary studies in the form of interviews and a documentation. Whereas the data collection tools in the form of as interview guides and a record sheet. Research results show that the participation of members in saving capital can be categorized a good saving capital. Then participation of members in following the Annual Members Meeting can be category as very good and a for participation of members in utilizing the services cooperative effort category good. Abstract

This study aims to determine planning in the application of virtual communication, the economic learning process in virtual communication, the inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of virtual communication in economics class X SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. This research method uses a qualitative research type of case study research. The data sources for this research were an economics teacher and four. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the virtual communication media at SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak is using the smanpul e-learningapplication with teacher learning planning making online lesson plans, learning modules, student worksheets which are uploaded in the smanpul e-learning application. In the learning process the teacher starts from the opening activity by praying, being absent and conveying the learning objectives. The teacher's core activities direct to opening the material, studying the material and analyzing the material. closing activities the teacher concludes the material, evaluates the material. Inhibiting factors are lack of mastery of information technology, lack of internet network and no notifications in the smanpul e-learning application. The supporting factors are support from school principals, teachers, students and the school's need for educator- certified teachers.

Abstract

This study "the effect of learning motivation and family socio-economic conditions on learning outcomes of class XI IPS Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum Kubu Raya" This research was conducted using a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The research technique used is direct communication techniques and documentary study techniques with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and documentation. based on R Square shows that the learning motivation and social economic condition of the students' families affect the learning outcomes of class XI IPS at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum Kubu Raya by 1.31% with a t-count value of 6.125 and a significance value (sig). A total of 0,000. The value of t count (6.152)> t table (1.708) it can be stated that the hypothesis test Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.)

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to use Google Forms as a learning evaluation medium. The research location was conducted at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak. The research conducted is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing and documentation techniques. Data validity test was carried out using source triangulation. Data analysis techniques include domain, taxonomy, componential, and cultural theme analysis. The results of the study show (1) Planning to use Google Form as a learning evaluation medium is done by preparing a Gmail account, preparing questions, answer keys and scoring, inputting questions into Google Form and distributing question links to students. (2) The teacher gives instructions to students to prepare equipment such as an Android cellphone, a stable data network, student e-mail accounts and provides links to questions to work on. (3) excess is more efficient, effective, has a high level of objectivity, and is free to use. The drawback is that you have to have an Android cellphone, internet network, and a Gmail account. (4) The use of Google Forms is very effective, especially in conducting distance learning, and can reduce costs, time and effort in its implementation.

Abstract

Learning effectiveness is a standard for achieving learning objectives by taking into account the indicators assessed. In 2020, learning activities must be carried out online due to the current condition of the Covid-19 pandemic. This decision is a new challenge for all educational units. Constraints and obstacles faced by both teachers and students, and of course can affect the process of teaching and learning activities. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning outcomes in online economics subjects during the Covid-19 pandemic for class XII IIS at Bawari Islamic High School Pontianak. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach in finding research results. The results of the research were collected and concluded through interviews and documentation to the sample, namely economics education teachers in class XII and students in class XII IIS I. The results showed that the online economics learning process in class XII IIS I proved to be less effective in terms of delivering learning material and understanding of participants educate. So, this ineffective learning causes a decrease in the value of learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine teachers' efforts to foster students' interest in entrepreneurship, supporting factors and inhibiting factors to foster students' interest in entrepreneurship. This type of research uses descriptive methods and the approach used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The presence of researchers is the main tool in collecting data and the research participants in this research are entrepreneurship teachers and students. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews and documentation. The analysis technique in this research uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are the efforts of entrepreneurship subject teachers to foster interest in entrepreneurship in students at the Pontianak SUPM Vocational School, namely motivating students, giving students examples of inspiring and successful stories in entrepreneurship, and practical activities. The supporting factor in fostering students' interest in entrepreneurship at SMK SUPM KALBAR is the entrepreneurial practice activities carried out every semester. Factors inhibiting the obstacles faced in fostering students' interest in entrepreneurship at the SUPM KALBAR Vocational School, namely the presence of students during class hours, students at the Vocational School are required to live in a dormitory so their dormitory is still in the same area as the classroom, sometimes they are too lazy to go to class, participant response Students who are lacking in learning, adequate infrastructure but students who are less enthusiastic about receiving lessons are one of the obstacles in increasing interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) How well students perceived entrepreneurial self-efficacy in marketable skill competence of SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak. 2) What is the entrepreneurial motivation of Marketing Competence students at SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak, and 3) To what extent did entrepreneurial self-efficacy influence the entrepreneurial motivation of students participating in the Marketing Specialization Program at SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak. Methods used were quantitative and descriptive methods. A total of 36 populations were randomly sampled. Data analysis used was simple linear regression. The results showed that 1) the students' perceptions of the ability of marketing skills about self-efficacy in entrepreneurship were in the very high category, representing 84.12%; 3) Entrepreneurial self-efficacy perception affects entrepreneurial motivation. The effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on students' entrepreneurial motivation in SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak's marketable skill competence was 35.1% from the SPSS 26 calculated results. A significant value was obtained.0.000 < 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation of students in the market expertise competence of SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak.
