Abstract

The At-Taisir method is a memorization method of the Qur'an which was inaugurated in 2018. This method was initiated by Adi Hidayat and implemented a one-page one-day memorization system of the Qur'an. Usually, when memorizing the Qur'an, the memorizer is flexible in choosing the memorization schedule and memorization amount. But in this method, the memorizer has presented a schedule and amount of memorization so that the memorizer becomes more disciplined and bound. Currently, the activity of memorizing the Qur'an with the At-Taisir method is done manually. This study aims to display the At-Taisir method which was previously still in manual form into a mobile application using Android technology with the native application types. This is expected to make the process of memorizing using the At-Taisir method easier to do without having to wait to get the At-Taisir manuscript first. This application is designed with a dynamic display so that if one day the application wants to be developed again, then only need to add the required database. Based on the results of testing carried out the percentage of success of the application reached 85.9%.

Abstract

Based on the of tourist visits of West Nusa Tenggara from 2013 to 2017 obtained from Tourism Office of NTB Province the number of tourist visits changes every year. a prediction is needed to estimate the number of tourist visits in the upcoming year to help the government in making policy. The Tourism Office currently estimates the tourist visit based on the events that will be carried out. There are no mathematic calculations in estimations. This study uses Backpropagation to predict the number of tourist visits. Backpropagation is a good and accurate in predicting process involving fluctuating data. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the backpropagation in predicting the number of tourist visits based on the minimum value of the Mean Square Error (MSE). Using a maximum iteration of 1500, learning rate 0.3 and the number of hidden layers 21 produces the minimum MSE value of 0.003901 and the prediction of tourist visits in 2018 has the most tourist arrivals in July 2018 of 465.202 tourists and the lowest visit was in February 2018, which estimated to 236.864 tourists.

Abstract

The Mataram municipal government is currently collecting ASNs Data. ASNs is employees working in the municipal government, which reach about 5500 people. As a consequent, the municipal have to spend budget to pay the ASNs salary. This salary is calculated based on ASNs position as well as then grade and class. The class and grade of the ASNs are evaluated based on their performance in completing their task. This evaluation is represented in such form called SKP (Sasaran Kerja Pegawai) that describe ASN work target and completeness. Currently, these forms are presented in Microsoft Excel that susceptible to errors. In this research, we develop a web-based system for the SKP for easy assessing the ASNs performance. Using this system, the ASNs evaluation were recorded in a database the baseline for future evaluation.

Abstract

Emergencies can occur anywhere and anytime, where handling these emergencies must be done quickly. This research was conducted to design and build an emergency reporting system in the city of Mataram. The emergency reporting system that was built took the workflow from the emergency call number 112. The system will be used by 4 users namely the citizen as a emergency reporter, call taker emergency call number 112 from Diskominfo as an information processor, admin as a call taker information processor and units such as ambulances and firefighters as the action takers of the submitted report. The system runs in 2 platforms, namely the web pages used by call takers and Android, which are used by the public and action units. The system is tested using the mean opinion score and black box testing. The results obtained by using the mean opinion score test is 3.6 or the fair category.

Abstract

In Mataram city, finding places of worship is quite difficult for foreigners because they do not know the position/road around them. And currently, the data management of places of worship is still carried out using Ms. Excel by the Departemen Agama NTB which makes data collection ineffective and inefficient in searching and updating existing data. In this final project research, the researcher designed and built a Geographic Information System for Mapping the Location of Places of Worship in Mataram City to provide information and layout of places of worship in Mataram City, and can make it easier for the Ministry of Religion to collect data from the system that makes data management of existing places of worship more effective and efficient. This final project research uses the Extreme Programming (XP) system development method because one of the characteristics of XP itself involves the client during the system development process to minimize errors in the system and according to client needs.

Abstract

One of the indications of a UMKM's success is financial statements. UMKM can use SAK EMKM to prepare financial reports. Many UMKM, on the other hand, have yet to incorporate SAK EMKM. UMKM can use information technology to improve its financial records. With the quantity and scope of UMKM, as well as the demand for information technology, flexible systems must be established on a variety of platforms in order to be sustainable. As a result, SOA must be used in the financial recording system for UMKM. As a result of these issues, a SOA-based Financial Recording System was developed. SOA allows the system to be more adaptable and reusable. The system built consists of a service provider and a cloud consumer. Owners of UMKM can use the Android application to keep financial records and generate reports from service providers. According to the results of the Black Box approach, every service offered at the service provider, as well as the cloud consumer's function, has been performing as predicted. And, according to the proprietor of UMKM, the system has been performing admirably.

Abstract

Hampir 90% masyarakat sudah akrab dengan teknologi informasi di era arglobalisasi ini bahkan menjadikan bagian kehidupan masyarakat. Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika menyatakan, penggunainternet di Indonesia hingga saat ini telah mencapai 82 juta orang, dengan capaian tersebut Indonesia beradapada peringkat ke-8 di dunia dan untuk pengguna smartphone terbesar ke 5 dunia, Untuk pengguna facebook,Indonesia di peringkat ke-4 besar dunia. Dari 80 % pengguna internet tersebut di antaranya adalah remajaberusia 15-19 tahun yaitu hampir 18,4 %. Dalam upaya untuk membantu tambahan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dankomunikasi pada era globalisasi agar dapat menggunakannya secara benar dan bisa digunakan sebagai ajangkreativitas para remaja maka diperlukannya penyuluhan dan diskusi tentang pengaruh teknologi informasi dankomunikasi bagi remaja di sekolah – sekolah sehingga dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi secara benardan tepat, hal terebut diwujudkan dalam kegiatan penyuluhan. Untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan dan pengetahuan serta intensitas waktu penggunaan internet makadilakukan quisioner dengan mengambil responden sebanyak 25 orang murid, hasil quisioner menunjukanbahwa responden setuju media sosial digunakan untuk sharing pelajaran sebesar 100%, namun demikian tidakdibarengi dengan pemanfaatanya untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar, tugas guru, dan mencari materi pelajaranrata – rata hanya 0,4 %. Media yang digunakan dalam mengakses internet adalah smartphone sebesar 6 %,media social yang digunakan whatsapp sebesar 64%, dan waktu yang digunakan rata – rata kurang dari 1 jamsebesar 36%.

Abstract

The presence of service-oriented computing, through the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and the implementation of information technology through website applications provide opportunities for more appropriate system utilization for an organization by providing options for implementing functionalities in a modular manner, according to the needs of the organization following the evolution of service growth, without the need for large Information Technology infrastructure investments. In order to develop an Coaching Information System for Pondok Pesantren Alam Sayang Ibu (PAMSI) with a service functionality basis, it is necessary to define a prototype model of Coaching Information System with an SOA approach through understanding the process of coaching activities and must be relevant to the needs of each party involved. This study aims to create a SOA implementation design that can be used as a guideline to be used as the main foundation in the creation of a PAMSI Coaching Information System and can be used as a reference for the development of other Information Systems at PAMSI.

Abstract

Sign Language is a communication tool used by deaf students, apart from just using body language. Both sides shouldget the same knowledge of the language used, in this case, namely the Indonesian Sign Language System (SIBI). SIBI isstill very difficult for many deaf students to master, although SIBI has been applied to special schools throughoutIndonesia. The image is difficult to understand, and the SIBI structure tends to be more complicated. Augmented Reality(AR) is one of the technologies appropriate to realize the learning media. With AR technology, learning SIBI code is nolonger rigid and just an image; using 3D objects, you get features like a virtual instructor. This application was testedusing Blackbox and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methods. Blackbox testing states that target image detection can beperformed optimally at a minimum distance of 10 cm to 80 cm. optimal detection can be achieved if only the targetimage is 1/4 block. UAT testing method shows 88% of users agree the application has met the system aspect, 87% agreethe application has met the user aspect, and 88% agree the application has met the interaction aspect.

Abstract

Pulau Lombok merupakan salah satu tujuan wisata dimana pada tahun 2016meraih penghargaan World’s Best Halal Tourism Destination dalam ajang The World Halal Travel Summit Exhibition. Selain itu, pada tahun 2019 Lombok juga mendapatkan gelar sebagai “Destinasi Wisata Halal” terbaik di Indonesia oleh Indonesia Muslim Travel Index (IMTI). Berdasarkan survei yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis, kendala dari pihak Dinas Pariwisata NTB yaitu masih belum adanya aplikasi terkait dengan wisata alam di pulau Lombok. Narasumber dari pihak Dinas Pariwisata NTB membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat menginformasikan terkait dengan wisata alam di pulau Lombok untuk mempermudah wisatawan dalam mencari lokasi wisata yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan hasil survey terhadap 47 responden didapatkan hasil 88,2% mengenal pulau Lombok karena wisata alamnya, dan 70.2% responden sering menggunakan aplikasi google maps untuk mencari lokasi yang diinginkan dan 100% responden setuju dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini.  Maka dalam penelitian ini akan dibuat suatu Sistem Informasi Geografis untuk Pemetaan Lokasi Wisata Alam Dengan Menggunakan Metode Prototyping Berbasis Mobile. Aplikasi dapat mencari dan menemukan lokasi wisata alam dengan mudah, sertadapat mengetahui sebuah kabupaten dan kecamatan memiliki berapa banyak destinasi wisataalamnya. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah prototyping. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin, serta framework CodeIgniter sebagai pengaksesan API yang memanggil query pada database.Sedangkan metode pengujiannya adalah Black Box, dan Mean Opinion Score (MOS).
