Abstract

Laporan Tuberkulosis (TB) dunia oleh WHO (2013) menempatkan Indonesia sebagai penyumbang TB terbesar ke-4 di dunia, dan untuk provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) TB menjadi penyakit menular langsung yang dilaporkan Dinas Kesehatan memiliki penderita 7.025 orang di tahun 2012. Sementara itu, penemuan teknologi mobile memicu timbulnya suatu pendekatan baru dalam sistem informasi kesehatan yaitu mobile health yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknologi mobile health memungkinkan untuk memproses informasi melalui perangkat bergerak sehingga berdampak bagi peningkatan efisiensi waktu masyarakat (pasien) dan petugas kesehatan dalam mengakses informasi, serta sesuai dengan kondisi geografis NTB yang memiliki beberapa pulau besar dan kecil. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibuat sistem informasi bergerak pengobatan TB sehingga perlu disiapkan sebuah arsitektur yang bersifat fleksibel dan juga pengintegrasian terhadap sistem lain yang terkait dapat dilakukan. Untuk keperluan tersebut maka dibahas bagaimana mengimplementasikan Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) dalam merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi pengobatan TB di NTB, dimana data sistem dapat dimanfaatkan melalui internet dan menjangkau seluruh stakeholder (petugas kesehatan dan pasien) melalui perangkat mobile mereka. Langkah dalam Implementasi SOA pada SI bergerak pengobatan TB yang dilakukan melalui tahap – tahap yaitu service analysis, service design, dan service implementation. Melalui pengimplementasian SOA akan dihasilkan sistem informasi bergerak pengobatan TB di NTB yang fleksibel dengan serangkaian service yang reuseable dan dapat digunakan pada berbagai platform perangkat bergerak. Kata kunci: Service Oriented Architecture,Tuberkulosis, Sistem Informasi bergerak.

Abstract

Secara geografis, Desa Masbagik Selatan termasuk wilayah yang sebagian besar dataran sedang. Letak Desa Masbagik Selatan berada diantara 4 desa lain yang juga masih termasuk dalam wilayah Kecamatan dan satu desa yang termasuk wilayah Kecamatan Sukamulia. Pemerintahan Desa masbagik Selatan dimulai sejak tahun 1913, dengan kepala desa pemerintahan desa pertama yaitu H.M.SAID yang memerintah hingga tahun 1940 hingga dari tahun 2018 sampai sekarang dipimpin oleh kepala desa H.Wiriyawan. dilihat dari segi pembangunan yang terjadi di Desa Masbagik Selatan , dari tahun ke tahun mengalami banyak peningkatan baik di bidang ekonomi, sosial, maupun lingkungan. Berkaitan dengan manajemen birokrasi dan transparansi keuangan yang telah dilaksanakan di Desa Masbagik Selatan masih bersifat manual, yang menjadi masalah saat ini di masa pandemic Coronavirus dimana segala kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan birokrasi Desa Masbagik Selatan mengalami hambatan. Banyak korban khususnya di wilayah desa masbagik selatan mengalami kejatuhan. Oleh sebab itu pada laporan pengabdian ini adalah menampilkan fitur Manajemen Coronavirus dan Transparansi Keuangan Desa Masbagik Selatan.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi sangat berkembang dan mampu mendukung perkembangan berbagai sector, salah satunya bidang pendidikan. Teknologi informasi pada bidang pendidikan mampu menjadi salah satu media pengetahuan dan pengelolaan informasi manajemen. SMPN 4 Gunungsari merupakan sekolah menengah pertama negeri yang melayani pengajaran dan pendidikan menengah di Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Tentunya SMPN 4 Gunungsari memiliki perpustakaan sebagai penunjang terlaksananya pendidikan. Namun perpustakaan di SMPN 4 Gunungsari saat ini belum terkomputerisasi. Data-data buku, anggota, peminjaman dan pengembalian masih tercatat secara manual. Pengelolaan data dengan cara seperti ini masih kurang tepat untuk digunakan. Oleh karena itu dengan berkembangnya kemajuan teknologi ini, dibuatlah Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Sekolah dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL dan framework Codeigniter 3 agar mampu memberikan kemudahaan dalam pengolahan data dan manajemen perpustakaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah waterfall dengan beberapa tahapan yang runtut dari analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, coding dan testing, penerapan program, serta pemeliharaan. Pengujian menggunakan user acceptance testing yang di dalamnya terdapat pengujian black box dan kuesioner. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa responden yang merupakan operator, pegawai perpustakaan, tenaga pendidik dan staf di SMPN 4 Gunungsari setuju dengan sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat mendukung dalam perkembangan berbagai sector, salah satunya bidang pendidikan. Teknologi informasi pada bidang Pendidikan sebagai media pengetahuan dan promosi. Sekolah Relawan Sangkareang merupakan yayasan sekolah yang melayani pengajaran dan pendidikan edukasi kerelawanan di kota Mataram. Sekolah Relawan Sangkareang memiliki banyak kelebihan sebagai penunjang untuk peduli dengan sosial sekitar. Namun perlu adanya platform guna mempromosikan yayasan tersebut agar dapat memperlihatkan kelebihan sekolah di masyarakat luas. Selain itu, informasi mengenai yayasan menjadi kebutuhan umum bagi masyarakat saat ini, banyak orang yang bingung dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat, dikarenakan minimnya informasi mengenai yayasan. Oleh karena itu dengan berkembangnya kemajuan teknologi ini, dibuatlah Sistem Informasi Company Profile Berbasis Website dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL dan framework Codeigniter 3 agar masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengakses dan mengetahui segala sesuatu mengenai sekolah dengan jelas dan tanpa memerlukan banyak waktu. Metode yang digunakan adalah waterfall dengan beberapa tahapan yang runtut dari analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, coding dan testing, penerapan program, serta pemeliharaan. Pengujian menggunakan user acceptance testing yang di dalamnya terdapat pengujian black box dan kuesioner. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa responden yang merupakan seluruh member dan staff di Sekolah Relawan Sangkareang setuju dengan sistem informasi yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

Abstract - Searching for boarding house become harder because of the little number of media provide information about it. So that, this research is presented in order to provide information about boarding house . This research is about system that use to search the best boarding house around university of mataram using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) as deciding support system. SAW is a method that count up based on a certain integrity. The accounting system that SAW does based on criteria that already decided. Based on data collection had done, it is found that the criteria to search a boarding house such as facility, cost, and distance with criteria based on value of priority from the most important are cost, distance and facility. Web-based implementation of fuzzy logic with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for searching best boarding house around Mataram University had done, it can give 10 best boarding house alternative Which has adjusted with criteria that users wanted. Each function in Website has already run with Black Box as examining system method. Moreover, to examine the user’s satisfaction MOS is used, and it is gained value higher that 4 with good value indicates that respondent agree with application which already made. Abstract

Digital home assistant is one part of smart home technology. The smart home is one of technology research that focuses on home automation, so the interaction between human and home becomes easier and more practical. One of the interactions that can be done is using voice commands. Currently, digital home assistant technology can be implemented with a variety of concepts and various tools. One of the tools that can be used is the smartphone. A smartphone is a communication tool that has a variety of tools to meet the needs of users, one of which is a tool offered by the Android operating system that is Google speech API. With google speech API we can build applications that can understand human speech. In order for home electronics devices to communicate with smartphones, use a microcontroller that is attached to the home electronics. Some microcontrollers that can be used are Raspberry Pi and Arduino. In this study, built a digital home assistant with voice commands using Raspberry Pi and smartphone. The built-in digital home assistant is used for lamp, TV and AC control. The Google speech API is used on smartphones for the process of translation of voice commands provided by users of the system. The results obtained for the control of lights, TV and air conditioning with voice commands using smartphones and Raspberry Pi is a system can run with 90% success and the average time of command execution reaches is 5.32 seconds.

Abstract

The West Nusa Tenggara Department of Manpower and Transmigration (DISNAKERTRANS NTB) is one of the government organizations that assists the Governor of West Nusa Tenggara on labor and transmigration issues. IT governance in a company or organization is very necessary to harmonize organizational goals and strategies. With the problems found regarding to the resources both human resources and IT resources at DISNAKERTRANS NTB. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the capability level of IT governance at DISNAKERTRANS NTB using the COBIT 5 framework by focusing on APO01 subdomains: Manage IT management frameworks, and APO07: Manage human resources. From the research results, the average capability level for the current conditions shows that APO01 and APO07 are at level 2. While the average capability level of the expected condition, shows that APO01 and APO07 are at level 4.to increase the current level, some recommendations are given to be considered by DISNAKERTRANS NTB in drafting the policies relating to the APO01 and APO07 processes. Abstract

The At-Taisir method is a memorization method of the Qur'an which was inaugurated in 2018. This method was initiated by Adi Hidayat and implemented a one-page one-day memorization system of the Qur'an. Usually, when memorizing the Qur'an, the memorizer is flexible in choosing the memorization schedule and memorization amount. But in this method, the memorizer has presented a schedule and amount of memorization so that the memorizer becomes more disciplined and bound. Currently, the activity of memorizing the Qur'an with the At-Taisir method is done manually. This study aims to display the At-Taisir method which was previously still in manual form into a mobile application using Android technology with the native application types. This is expected to make the process of memorizing using the At-Taisir method easier to do without having to wait to get the At-Taisir manuscript first. This application is designed with a dynamic display so that if one day the application wants to be developed again, then only need to add the required database. Based on the results of testing carried out the percentage of success of the application reached 85.9%.

Abstract

Based on the of tourist visits of West Nusa Tenggara from 2013 to 2017 obtained from Tourism Office of NTB Province the number of tourist visits changes every year. a prediction is needed to estimate the number of tourist visits in the upcoming year to help the government in making policy. The Tourism Office currently estimates the tourist visit based on the events that will be carried out. There are no mathematic calculations in estimations. This study uses Backpropagation to predict the number of tourist visits. Backpropagation is a good and accurate in predicting process involving fluctuating data. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the backpropagation in predicting the number of tourist visits based on the minimum value of the Mean Square Error (MSE). Using a maximum iteration of 1500, learning rate 0.3 and the number of hidden layers 21 produces the minimum MSE value of 0.003901 and the prediction of tourist visits in 2018 has the most tourist arrivals in July 2018 of 465.202 tourists and the lowest visit was in February 2018, which estimated to 236.864 tourists.

Abstract

The Mataram municipal government is currently collecting ASNs Data. ASNs is employees working in the municipal government, which reach about 5500 people. As a consequent, the municipal have to spend budget to pay the ASNs salary. This salary is calculated based on ASNs position as well as then grade and class. The class and grade of the ASNs are evaluated based on their performance in completing their task. This evaluation is represented in such form called SKP (Sasaran Kerja Pegawai) that describe ASN work target and completeness. Currently, these forms are presented in Microsoft Excel that susceptible to errors. In this research, we develop a web-based system for the SKP for easy assessing the ASNs performance. Using this system, the ASNs evaluation were recorded in a database the baseline for future evaluation.
