East Java is a metropolitan city that is densely populated and will increase from year to year. In here, a lot of land that is used as malls, offices, settlements, and so on which rarely has no trees and far from the greening. Unfortunately, the other least land has not optimally utilized. One way to maximize the space for Dupak residents is to cultivate catfish which is very effective because it does not require large areas of land as good land utilization for feed's needs. The first job activity is explain about the plan to the dupak's people, providing modules, tools and materials including fish seeds, vegetable seeds and fish pellets, and introducing the technique of cultivating fish in buckets (BUDIKDAMBER). Through the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) UPN Veteran East Java, the target to be achieved is that partner can ultilize the least land maximally with farm and vegetable's plant using the BUDIKDAMBER technique. This KKN activity is expected to produce articles in online media about the BUDIKDAMBER technique. The results felt by partners later were catfish harvests starting from 2-4 months of maintenance. Vegetable harvest starts from 2 weeks-4th month of maintenance. Therefore, the organic fish and vegetables hopefully can fulfill dupak's people daily needs, even for their new income later.

The KKNT activities for Defending the State UPN Veteran East Java are a challenge for students who are still experiencing restrictions on movement due to the Covid19 pandemic in 2022. One of the areas targeted by the MBKM KKNT is Bulak Village with entrepreneurship and creative economy schemes. The results of the survey and field observations found partner problems, such as how to sell products that were felt to be monotonous, product designs that were of less value and less extensive marketing coverage, as well as some UMKM that did not have business legality, namely NIB. So the KKN student team from UPN formulated a work program that was expected to solve the existing problems. The target audience in this case is UMKM owners who can increase their potential through various UMKM development strategies. The results of the socialization & training activities generally went according to plan. The potential generated from service activities is that the UMKM in Bulak Village can compete, especially in controlling the local market and even exporting with digitalized and structured marketing methods with the use of social media and emphasis on product branding value.

The small and medium-sized business sector plays a very important role in building the community's economy. In addition to having a strategic meaning for development, small and medium enterprises also function as a means to equalize the results of development that have been achieved. Performance issues are an important issue. Therefore, additional efforts are needed to disseminate it and one of the potential obstacles that will be faced is the fact that there are still many employees who lack the ability in accordance with the fields they are engaged in. In this day and age, with the rapid development of increasingly sophisticated technology, every individual is required to be able to explore all the human resources they have to support our performance so that it will greatly affect the implementation of tasks every day.

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has a very positive impact on the development of technology and information. Modernization and technological advances have developed a lot in various sectors, one of which is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which also take advantage of moving through various innovations to stay afloat along with the rapid changes of the times. The use and utilization of technology is also one of the efforts of MSMEs in Tambak Wedi Village to increase the number of consumers through digital-based marketing. Through KKN activities in the Tambak Wedi Village community, Kenjeran District, Surabaya City as a form of student service to the community to provide assistance to MSME actors in optimizing digital-based product marketing. The method used in this activity is a qualitative approach through socialization, implementation and mentoring. The results of this activity are product content creation, logo rebranding and social media management that can be used by MSMEs in marketing their products on social media. This activity affected the local population, people began to sell in the digital market and in a gradual way became financially independent

Perkembangan industri pariwisata saat ini sangat dinamis seiring dengan kemajuan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat, sehingga sektor pariwisata memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh sektor pariwisata terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di kabupaten Lombok tengah. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistis (BPS) pada kurun waktu 2011-2021. Sedangkan hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) jumlah wisatawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dikarenakan sebagian besar wisatawan di Lombok Tengah merupakan wisatawan lokal, 2) jumlah hotel, inflastruktur, jumlah objek wisata berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi karena seiring di nobatkannya kabupaten Lombok tengah menjadi tujuan wisata baru bagi wisatawan lokal maupun wisatawan mancanegara.

One of the welfare factors is to have a decent residence. One of the government's programs to help the community, especially low-income people, is the self-help housing stimulant assistance program (BSPS) which aims to improve the quality of livable houses for MBR independently. In this BSPS program, researcher as a companion for empowerment facilitators is tasked with assisting the implementation of BSPS in Temon village, Ponorogo regency, which includes the stages of organizing aid recipients, socialization and counseling, identifying self-help, determining work plans, and construction assistance. The purpose of this assistance is to encourage and assist to society so that self-help arises from the government in improving the quality of houses. The result of this dedication, namely the BSPS program, was welcomed by the people of Temon village, Ponorogo Regency, as evidenced by the high value of self-help and mutual cooperation arising from the beneficiary group.

The extent to which wage levels affect labor supply is an important topic in labor economics. Empirical research is conducted to prove how the elasticity of labor supply in response to changes in the wage rate is whether the neoclassical hypothesis or the reference dependent-preference hypothesis applies. This study reviews the growth of empirical literature of the reference-dependent preference hypothesis in the 2017-2022 period to enhance the critical review that was presented in the literature review section based on early journals in 1997 - 2011. The results of this review found that it rejects the neoclassical labor supply elasticity hypothesis and states that it is the reference-dependent preference hypothesis ABSTRAKSejauh mana tingkat upah mempengaruhi penawaran tenaga kerja merupakan topik penting dalam ekonomi ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian - penelitan empiris dilakukan untuk membuktikan bagaimana elastisitas penawaran tenaga kerja sebagai respon atas perubahan tingkat upah apakah yang berlaku adalah hipotesis neoklasik atau hipotesis reference dependent-preference. Penelitian ini mereview perkembangan referensi empiris pada hipotesis reference dependent preference pada periode 2017 – 2022 dari review kritik yang sudah disajikan pada bagian Kajian literatur berdasarkan jurnal awal mengenai pengujian reference dependent prefererence tahun 1997 - 2013. Hasil review ini menemukan bahwa dalam perkembangan kajian menemukan bahwa menolak hipotesis elastisitas penawaran tenaga kerja neoklasik dan menyatakan yang berlaku adalah hipotesis reference dependent preference.

With the rapid development of technology and the ease in distributing foreign workers, there are fewer and fewer jobs. These conditions encourage the importance of an entrepreneurial spirit for every Indonesian to be able to create jobs. The cultivation of an entrepreneurial spirit can be applied to school students because later students who are the next generation will later enter the world of work. Thus, before entering the world of work students need to be equipped with several skills including entrepreneurship skills. Therefore it is necessary to provide basic education about the importance of instilling an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age to students at SD Negeri Kauman 2. The method used in this service is qualitative by looking at the programs implemented. The results achieved from these activities are awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship in students, increased student creativity, inspiration for students to carry out entrepreneurial activities.

Marketing strategy is a form of a company's plan in the field of marketing to obtain optimal results. Information technology becomes an integral part of all fields, profit or non-profit. Education, banking, government, the arts, telecommunications, law, and tourism all use information technology in some capacity. MSMEs in the Blitar Village have problems in implementing digital marketing and financial optimization, so there is a need for solutions to these problems. The methods used are observation, interviews, focus group discussions, and demonstrations. The results of this activity are assistance in creating social media accounts, websites and market places and the delivery of material on the application of digital marketing such as the meaning of digital marketing, examples of digital marketing, the impact of digital marketing, and giving tutorial sessions on using e-commerce. And socialization was also held to optimize business finances. The response from the MSME players in the Blitar Village who were also the audience was very positive and they intend to learn to apply digital marketing and make business financial cash as soon as possible.
