Abstract

“UMKM” are one of the indicators that influence domestic economic growth. The increase in “UMKM” has a very positive impact on the domestic or national economy. In the process of increasing “UMKM”, it can be done in various ways, one of which is by providing empowerment and outreach. However, in carrying out these activities it is also required to see and study current economic aspects such as digitalization. Therefore this empowerment and socialization carries the theme of digitalization. The method used in this journal is an initial survey, data collection, analysis, and evaluation of results. From these results it can be seen that “UMKM” get input about the digitization of the economy including product marketing, business logos, product photos, social media platforms and banners.

Abstract

The development of MSMEs in the Medokan Ayu sub-district can have a positive impact on the MSME economy in the Medokan Ayu sub-district. it is necessary to develop relevant businesses so that the existence of MSMEs is able to survive in this competitive modern era MSMEs must provide innovation in their business activities in order to compete with other business actors. However, the development of MSMEs in the Medokan Ayu sub-district, Surabaya is not easy to do because of several obstacles faced, such as product promotion strategies that are not optimal, financial management, and there are still MSMEs that are constrained by NIB even though their business has been running. Keywords: The role of the medokan ayu village in helping the development of medokan ayu SMEs.

Abstract

To improve the quality of life of the community, of course, it can be through various aspects. One aspect that can improve the quality of life of the community is to have decent housing. The government's role in efforts to improve the quality of decent housing to help the community, especially low-income people, is the Self-Help Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS). In this BSPS Program, the author as a companion to the empowerment facilitator is tasked with assisting the implementation of the BSPS program in the Jeruk sub-district of Surabaya City. Which includes the stages of Field Verification, Socialization and Counseling, Self-Help Identification, Group Workshop, Determination of Work Schedules and Material Requests, Construction Assistance. The purpose of this service is to ignore the quality of a livable house and provide knowledge of the importance of decent housing through the role of the community in issuing its self-reliance. The service carried out in the Orange Village of Surabaya through the BSPS program has borne fruit, with the proof that the community is open to the existence of this BSPS program and people who want to spend their self-help in the form of cash, and the existence of mutual assistance between communities to provide assistance in the form of energy in the process of working on the BSPS program house.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan melakukan analisis terkait upaya dari Program Bantuan Stimulan Perubahan Swadaya (BSPS) untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan terhadap masyarakat Kota Surabaya. Program ini dirancang untuk membantu kelompok masyarakat yang membutuhkan dalam memperoleh akses terhadap layanan dasar, memperkuat pemberdayaan ekonomi, dan mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan. Penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif yaitu wawancara mendalam atau observasi langsung terhadap peserta program BSPS, staf pelaksana, dan pemangku kepentingan terkait. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi dampak program BSPS pada kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program BSPS telah memberi kontribusi secara signifikan pada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kota Surabaya. Program ini telah berhasil memberikan bantuan finansial kepada kelompok masyarakat yang kurang mampu, memfasilitasi akses terhadap layanan kesehatan dan pendidikan, serta mendorong pengembangan keterampilan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini imelakukan identifikasi terhadap tantangan-tantangan yang dihadapi pada pelaksanaan program BSPS, termasuk koordinasi yang kompleks antara berbagai pihak terkait, penyaluran bantuan yang efektif, dan pemantauan yang memadai terhadap penggunaan dana bantuan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas program BSPS, disarankan adanya peningkatan koordinasi antara pemerintah daerah, lembaga swadaya masyarakat, dan penerima manfaat. Selain itu, butuh untuk dilaksanakan evaluasi berkala guna memastikan bahwasanya program ini tetap relevan berdasarkan keperluan masyarakat serta memberi dampak cukup signifikan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka.

Abstract

The high population growth rate is in line with the increasing poverty rate in Indonesia which results in the inability to meet the needs of the community for habitable housing. Pacitan Regency is one of the areas with a high poverty rate and also a lot of data on Uninhabitable Houses (RTLH). Therefore, it is necessary to have government assistance in meeting the needs of Livable Houses (RLH) for the community, especially in Kalikuning Village, which is located in Tulakan District. The government through the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) program aims to be able to realize RLH for the people in Kalikuning Village, the implementation of this program is maximized by the role of self-help which is issued personally from the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of self-sufficiency in the effort to realize Livable Houses (RLH) in the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) in Kalikuning Village, Tulakan District, Pacitan Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting analysis with various research methods. The results of the study show that community self-help plays a very important role in encouraging stimulants provided by the government in an effort to create Livable Houses (RLH) for the people in Kalikuning Village so that the process of building houses can be carried out and maximum results.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pelaksanaan kebijakan Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya di Kelurahan Manukan Kulon, Kecamatan Tandes. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang menggambarkan data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian mengenai implementasi program bantuan stimulan perumahan swadaya dalam menyediakan rumah yang layak huni bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR) Penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis data, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, pencatatan lapangan, dokumentasi, dan wawancara, kemudian data tersebut dianalisis. Penelitian ini mengambil enam variabel sebagai fokus analisis yaitu (1) standar dan sasaran, (2) sumber daya, (3) hubungan antar organisasi, (4) karakteristik para pelaksana, (5) kondisi sosial, politik dan ekonomi, dan (6) disposisi implementor. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa implementasi program bantuan stimulan perumahan swadaya di Kelurahan Manukan Kulon belum mencapai tingkat optimal karena menemukan beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya komunikasi dengan para penerima bantuan, adanya keterlambatan dalam proses pendataan, dana yang tidak mencukupi dan adanya penerima bantuan menggunakan meterial tidak sesuai standart. Dengan adanya kendala tersebut maka diperlukannya koordinasi secara menyeluruh agar masyarakat paham dengan program BSPS, dilakukan penjadwalan agar tidak terjadi keterlambatan dalam proses pelaksanaan, adanya sosialisasi kembali terkait program BSPS bahwa program ini membutuhkan tambahan swadaya dari penerima bantuan dan selalu memonitoring pelaksanaan pembangunan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of contribution and effectiveness of PBB-P2 tax, hotel tax and restaurant tax in an effort to increase local revenue (PAD) in Bojonegoro Regency through a quantitative approach. The analytical method used in this study is a statistical method to analyze the target and realization of taxes and local revenue. The data used in this research is secondary data from the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Bojonegoro Regency. The results of this study found that: 1) the overall effectiveness of the PBB-P2 tax during the study period was categorized as very effective. This is in line with the contribution value of PBB-P2 tax which gives the largest contribution to Bojonegoro Regency's original revenue; 2) the same value also occurs in the effectiveness of hotel taxes during the research period which is categorized as very effective. However, this result is inversely proportional tothe value of the contribution from hotel taxes to Bojonegoro Regency's original revenue which is in the very small category; and 3) the level of effectiveness of the restaurant tax during the study period is also categorized as very effective. However, although the target and realization of the restaurant tax is very effective, this tax contributes very little to Bojonegoro Regency's original revenue.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic potential in order to increase employment in the city of Surabaya. Compilation of mapping analysis of economic potential in employment in Surabaya will use two basic research designs, namely Exploratory and Descriptive Research which is carried out in stages. From the results of the calculation of the Location Quotient index (base and non basis), the Differential Shift component (internal growth component), and the Proportional Shift component (external growth component) as well as the sectoral typology of economic sectors explains that there are three potential sectors in the Surabaya City area namely: Transportation Sector, Accommodation Provision Sector, and Information Sector. While the economic sector according to the business field, the highest economic growth was achieved by the business of the Provision of Accommodation and Food and Drink followed by the growing Information and Communication business field and finally the Construction business field

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze what economic sectors are potential to be used as development priorities and patterns of economic growth in the economy of Mojokerto Regency. The method used is: Location Quotient, Shift Share, and Williamson Index. From the analysis of the location quotient that falls into the category of the base sector are Agriculture, Clean Water & Water Sector, Building Sector, Transportation & Communication Sector, Financial Sector, Corporate Leasing & Services, and Services Sector. And the results of the shift share analysis show that the sectors with the fastest growth are the agricultural sector, mining & quarrying sector, manufacturing industry sector, and the trade sector, and the services sector. While the results from Williamson study show that the sub-districts that have the highest level of inequality are in Mojosari sub-district, Pungging subdistrict, and Kemlagi sub-district.

Abstract

In developing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) it is necessary to have a strategy in marketing its products that aims to increase competitiveness and increase in business development, one of which is through branding so that it has its own distinctive characteristics when compared to MSMEs whose businesses are the same and can also be recognized wider by society. This service aims to provide reinforcement to the community's creative industries (MSMEs) in the Sentul area, Kepanjenkidul District, Blitar City regarding marketing strategies through product branding and design. The methods used in this service activity are direct presentations, discussions, and mentoring. Strengthening this marketing strategy was carried out for three days which coincided at the D&D Handycraft UMKM Shop which was witnessed by the shop owner. For the smooth running of this community service activity, the East Java "Veteran" UPN KKN team made a presentation of material in the form of a PowerPoint which discussed general product branding and design using the Canva application and prepared a tool, namely a camera to take product photos.
