Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of efficiency in Islamic banks using the data envelopment analysis method. This type of research is quantitative research. The research method used in this study is to use data envelopment analyis (DEA). Data analysis techniques using DEAP version 2.1 software. The results of the study, Islamic banks are said to be efficient if they reach level 1 or 100%. The inputs used are assets, total deposits, operating costs and output are operating income and financing. This study uses 5 Sharia Commercial Banks namely Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank BNI Syariah, BCA Syariah Bank, Bank Syariah Mandiri and BRI Syariah Bank during the 2014-2016 period, there are only two banks that experience efficiency each year, namely Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Bank Syariah Mandiri. Conclusion, of the five Islamic banks there are only two banks that experience efficiency each year, namely Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Bank Syariah Mandiri. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of work motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The population in this study were employees at PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The research method used is descriptive and associative methods. The sample used in this study is using Simple Random Sampling which is included in probability sampling by distributing 100 questionnaires to employees of PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficients and hypothesis testing using a stimulating test (F test). The results of the study, the test coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.822 can be interpreted that the influence of Work Motivation and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance is 82.2%. The remaining 17.8% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.909, it shows that there is a very strong relationship between work motivation and self-efficacy with employee performance. Based on the F test, get the probability value sig. 0,00 <0,05 which means that together the Work Motivation (X1) and Self-Efficacy (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Conclusions, work motivation and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on employee performance Keywords: Work Motivation, Self-Efficacy, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh servicescape dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada CV. Maju Ungu Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis sampel probability sampling yang termasuk ke dalam simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai adjusted R2 adalah sebesar 0,625. Adapun uji koefisien korelasi ganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai R adalah sebesar 0,795. Berdasarkan uji simultan, nilai Fhitung adalah sebesar 83,438 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Simpulan, pengaruh servicescape dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 6,25%, sedangkan sisanya 37,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Selanjutnya terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara servicescape dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan (bersama-sama) kualitas makanan dan perceived value berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Konsumen, Kualitas Pelayanan, Servicescape

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of work selection and placement processes on employee performance. The method used in this study uses descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in the study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique starts from compiling data, tabulating data until the testing phase. The results of the study, based on the calculation of the categorization of data found that the value of the selection process is 571 between the criteria of medium and high. This shows that the selection process that occurred at PT. West Java and Banten Tbk Development Bank. Sukabumi Branch is already high. This means that the selection process has an effect on the company. Based on the calculation of categorization of data obtained that the value of work placements of 359 is between the criteria of low and medium. This shows that work placements that occur at PT. West Java and Banten Tbk Development Bank. Sukabumi Branch is classified as medium. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the zmijewski method can be used in analyzing financial distress at PT. Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk, PT. Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk, and PT. Mitra Pemuda Tbk. The data analysis method used is to use the zmijewski method. The results of the study, PT. Mitra Pemuda Tbk in 2015 obtained an X-Score of -0.6868 so that the company was categorized as healthy or non-distress. In 2016 PT. Mitra Pemuda obtains an X-Score value of -1,5004 and is categorized as non-distress. And in 2017 PT. Mitra Pemuda Tbk obtained the X-Score value of -1.6922 so that it was in the category of healthy or non-distress. Conclusion, PT. Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk, PT. Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk, and PT. Mitra Pemuda Tbk based on the zmijewski method to analyze the company's third financial distress is in a healthy or non-distress condition. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of employee relations (variable X1) and Work Discipline (variable X2) on Employee Performance (variable Y). The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.531 can be interpreted that the impact of employee relations and working discipline on employee performance is equal to 53.1%. The remaining 46.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Conclusion, there is a moderate relationship between employee relations and work discipline with employee performance. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap turnover intention ( niat berpindah) karyawan pada perusahaan industri rambut palsu (wig). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis simple random sampling yang termasuk dalam propotional sampling dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 100 kepada karyawan bagian produksi PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung adalah sebesar 17,350 (>ftabel = 2,36) dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Simpulan, lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (niat berpindah). Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Turnover Intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to implement preventive maintenance activities to run in the company, to reduce the number of product failures that often occur in the prosperous food company in the Tauco city of Sukabumi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using the fishbone method or often referred to as a causal diagram by conducting unstructured interviews with employees who work in companies, especially in the production department. The results of the analysis conducted by the author using the Fishbone method to describe any abnormalities that occur in the company, especially in the engine for production by entering the dimensions of Preventive maintenance into the fishbone column and found several errors that were made in these dimensions in the field. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze raw material inventory control with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method on CV. BJT with 47 Embroidery Sukabumi City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative to describe and describe the data. The data is processed using the EOQ method using the EOQ method to determine the total cost of inventory. The results show that there is a large difference if using the EOQ method, the savings are more efficient. The conclusion is that by applying the EOQ method, we can optimize raw material inventory by minimizing raw materials with increased inventory. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of collateral and perceived quality on consumer satisfaction at AHASS 0501. Workshop This research method uses the type of sampling included in the random sampling sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for testing the hypothesis is a simultaneous test (f test). Based on the coefficient of determination test of 0.868 can be interpreted that the effect of service assurance and perceived quality on customer satisfaction is 75.3%. The remaining 24.7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the f test, a probability value of sig is obtained. 0,000 <0.05 and the F test calculation shows that the F count is greater than the F table which is 129,777> 2.37. Conclusions, Service Guarantee (X1) and Perceived Quality (X2) have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Keywords: Guarantee, Quality Perception, Consumer Satisfaction
