Abstract

This study explores the urgency of integrating humanistic principles into the development of technology-based Arabic language curricula in the digital era. Using a qualitative library research approach, the study examines the relevance, challenges, and implications of balancing human-centered education with digital transformation. The findings reveal that humanistic principles—emphasizing empathy, self-actualization, and interpersonal connection—complement the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor goals of the curriculum. In the cognitive domain, humanistic learning fosters critical thinking and reflective understanding through supportive digital environments. In the affective domain, it sustains emotional well-being and moral sensitivity amid reduced face-to-face interaction. Meanwhile, in the psychomotor aspect, digital tools such as virtual laboratories and project-based learning promote creativity, independence, and practical engagement. The synthesis between humanistic values and digital competence creates meaningful learning experiences, ensuring that technology enhances rather than replaces humanity in education. The study concludes that digital-based education must be ethically grounded in humanistic philosophy to produce not only digitally skilled learners but also empathetic, adaptive, and morally responsible individuals.

Abstract

As a country with six officially recognized religions, Indonesia faces significant challenges in fostering interfaith harmony amidst its diversity. One factor influencing this dynamic is the role of social media, which can be used to promote religious tolerance and create spaces for interfaith dialogue. As a popular social media platform, YouTube has become an important medium for presenting interfaith dialogue content that encourages diversity awareness. One YouTube channel offering such content is Daniel Mananta’s channel, with his program “Daniel Tetangga Kamu” (Daniel, Your Neighbour), which features interfaith dialogue. This study aims to analyze how religion and interfaith dialogue are represented in the program, using Stuart Hall’s theory of representation. This study examines five video podcasts containing interfaith dialogue with guests from various religious backgrounds, selected based on the highest number of viewers during the 2021-2022 period. The results indicate that Daniel Mananta presents four typologies in depicting religion: inclusivism, pluralism, eclecticism, and universalism, reflecting a tolerant attitude toward religious differences within Indonesian society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of education digitalization policy through the Jogja Madrasah Digital (JMD) program initiated by the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Using a quantitative dan qualitative approach, the research involved 84 teachers from eight madrasahs as respondents. Correlation and reliability analyses using SPSS revealed that all variables were positively and significantly correlated (p < 0.01), with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.967 indicating very high instrument reliability. The findings show that most teachers have positive perceptions of the usefulness, ease of use, and attitude toward JMD and intend to continue using it. Despite technical issues such as server stability and infrastructure limitations, JMD has proven to enhance efficiency, transparency, and learning quality. The study recommends strengthening server capacity, improving system security, adding collaborative features among madrasahs, providing an offline mode, and ensuring accessibility for visually impaired students to support sustainable digital education transformation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam mengoptimalkan capaian perkembangan anak di RA Sumur Jero, Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan orang tua siswa, serta studi dokumentasi seperti RPPH, catatan perkembangan anak, dan dokumentasi kegiatan harian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RA Sumur Jero telah melakukan berbagai strategi untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, antara lain melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, supervisi edukatif secara rutin, dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan kolaboratif. Hasil observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan, terutama dalam aspek sosial emosional, kemandirian, dan kepercayaan diri. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kapasitas guru berdampak langsung terhadap kualitas pembelajaran dan perkembangan anak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa peningkatan profesionalisme guru berkontribusi secara langsung terhadap optimalisasi capaian perkembangan anak. Meskipun demikian, diperlukan penguatan kebijakan internal, penataan manajemen kelembagaan, serta peningkatan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan agar seluruh guru dapat mencapai kompetensi profesional secara merata dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis estimasi biaya dalam penyusunan keuangan sekolah di MTs Negeri 6 Bungo Tahun Anggaran 2025 dengan total alokasi Rp314.749.000. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui analisis dokumen Rincian Kertas Kerja Satker (RKK), dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan triangulasi teori untuk memastikan validitas temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komposisi anggaran terbagi dalam Program PAUD dan Wajib Belajar 12 Tahun (46,4%) serta Program Dukungan Manajemen (53,6%), dengan biaya personalia mencapai 25,4% total anggaran. Madrasah telah menerapkan prinsip efisiensi dan akuntabilitas melalui sistem kompensasi berbasis kinerja, pemanfaatan aplikasi SAKTI dan SIMBA, serta pelibatan komite dalam penganggaran. Estimasi biaya yang akurat berkontribusi langsung pada kualitas layanan pendidikan, kelancaran pembelajaran, dan pemerataan program ekstrakurikuler, menjadikannya instrumen strategis untuk tata kelola pendidikan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of learning facilities through electronic device restriction policies in supporting dual education at Pondok Pesantren Mannallah. Dual education that integrates diniyah and formal curricula creates complexity in facility needs, especially when pesantren implements strict restrictions on the use of electronic devices. This qualitative research with a case study design involves 29 santri and 5 administrators as research subjects selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman & Saldana model. The research results show: (1) the condition of learning facilities is still conventionally oriented with significant limitations in digital facilities there are no shared computers for santri, internet access is very limited, and the management system is manual-based; (2) the implementation of electronic device restriction policy creates a pedagogical paradox that is effective in maintaining the focus of diniyah learning but hinders the fulfillment of formal education needs; (3) optimization strategies require a controlled digital access model that provides controlled technology facilities without sacrificing pesantren values. The practical implications of this research recommend the provision of digital learning spaces with scheduled access, monitoring systems based on direct supervision, and integration of digital literacy into the pesantren curriculum as solutions to balance value preservation with 21st-century learning technology adaptation.
