Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of training in accomplishment motivation, religiosity on learning achievement for Indonesian Muslim University students. Quantitative research is the method employed. Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business made up the study's population. at the Indonesian Muslim University and the sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis methods, the traditional assumption test, the R2 test, and the t test were employed in the data analysis. The findings of this study demonstrate that religiousness has a big impact on learning performance and that achievement motivation training has a large impact on both student success in the Faculty of Economics, Muslim University of Indonesia. Abstract

Pengembangan Kapasitas Kewirausahaan Berbasis digital marketing bagi Pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Maros merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang yang bertujuan memberi manfaat bagi para UMKM dalam menambah pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam menggunakan sosial media sebagai sarana promosi yang dapat meningkatkan visibilitas online dan menjangkau masyarakat luas dalam pemasaran produknya. Melalui pelatihan ini diberikan materi utama mengenai  konsep digital marketing dan urgensinya bagi UMKM serta aplikasi mulai dari praktek penggunaan Whatsapp business, penggunaan Instagram, Facebook serta Tiktok untuk mendukung jalannya usaha para pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Maros. Selain itu, diberikan pula materi pendukung yang dipandang sangat relevan dan penguat terwujudnya target penjualan yang diharapkan, sepert strategi bauran pemasaran. Penyajian materi dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi, dan praktek pemanfaatan berbagai bentuk media sosial untuk produk-produk UMKM mereka. Dengan cara ini, para peserta pelatihan dapat menyerap dan memahami materi dengan lebih mudah dan dapat mempraktekkannya secara mandiri penggunaan media sosial tersebut sebagai sarana pendukung kesuksesan bisnisnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Relationship Marketing and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty at ATHIFAH Kendari SouvenirStore. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study is the consumers of ATHIFAH Kendari SouvenirStore whose number is unknown (infinite). The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is by using purposive sampling. The method of data collection in this study was using an online questionnaire, namely through the google form. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) relationship marketing and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty simultaneously (2) relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty partially (3) brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty partially.

Abstract

The objective study this, ie to describe the implementation of the PWMP program in Polbangtan Gowa and to analyze the competence PWMP program group. Sample research is the chairman of the PWMP Polbangtan Gowa and the PWMP group that has carried out three PWMP program stages. The method used,ie descriptive qualitative. Research results showthat the implementation of the PWMP program in Polbangtan Gowa has run with Enough GoodBecause stage awareness and growth, as well as stage development businessman, has been carried out.Whereas stage independence entrepreneurial activity includesthe development of network business and assistance not yet applied in a manner maximum. The cause because constrained by the distance between location effort and guidance. The competenceof the PWMP group was assessed as not enough Good in the operating effort. This is because there is a number of effort that is not sustainable and lack work The same for developingthe business so that needed assistance and mentoring periodically.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (IKM), khususnya dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), hal tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan proses identifikasi dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang dilakukan kelompok kepala sekolah di Korwil Kecamatan Kuningan. Sehingga pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada guru-guru Korwil Kecamatan Kuningan dalam memahami dan menyusun modul Projek Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode Diklat selama 3 hari. Peserta pengabdian adalah guru kelas 2 dan kelas 5 pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang akan menggunakan Kurikulum Merdeka. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan yaitu: 1) indentifikasi masalah, 2) Focus Group Discussion (FGD), 3) pelatihan, tugas mandiri, evaluasi. Bentuk luaran dari pengabdian ini berupa modul P5 sebagai rancangan kegiatan kokurikuler. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan guru sebagian besar memahami tahapan penyusunan modul P5 dan dalam kelompoknya guru dapat menyusun modul P5.

Abstract

Organizational ethics influence the formation of a good environmental atmosphere for all members of the organization. The application of ethics in the organization will be able to increase employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between organizational ethics and job satisfaction in small and medium enterprises(SMEs) in South Sulawesi. This study was analyzed using the multiple regression method by taking research objects from 350 SME actors in three districts, namely East Luwu, Bone, and Tana Toraja in South Sulawesi. This research is built from three ethical concepts on typology,namely the climate of egoistic ethics, the climate of kindness ethics, and the climate of principled ethics. The results of the study found that there was no effect of top management support for ethical behaviour on job satisfaction. Individual efforts in finding suitability with the work environment create space so that the relationship does not show significant value. Theethical climate with job satisfaction shows a significant and positive value, but the egoistic ethical climate gets the lowest score. Conversely, a climate of benevolence (kind), gives effect employee awareness which creates a sense of satisfaction. Ethics of company behaviour in career success has a significant and negative effect on job satisfaction. Career ethics that are valued or not appreciated, have the opposite effect on the level of job satisfaction. The researchimplies that the results of mapping ethical values and satisfaction can be in the form of a codeof ethics in business that reflects employees' ideas and organizational cultural values which canbe taught in Business Ethics courses at all levels of higher education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan tenaga kependidikan dan kualitas tenaga pendidik terhadap kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa. Metode Penelitian yaitu survey, subjek penelitian sebanyak 100 orang mahasiswa diambil secara acak di Uiniversitas Indraprasta PGRI Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen angket menggunakan skala likert. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, semua data memiliki distribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pendidik memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa. Begitu juga kualitas tenaga kependidikan memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa. Koefisien determinasi (R)2 adalah kualitas pendidik dan kualitas tenaga kependidikan mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadap kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa . Kata Kunci : Tenaga kependidikan, Pendidik, Kepuasan pelayanan.

Abstract

Abstract:Thestudy investigatesand evaluates impactsof performance evaluation and company’s culture on job satisfaction and employees’ performance. Methodof data collection is using questionnaire. Data was analyzed by path analysis with decomposition model of causal influence between variables. The resultsindicate thatthe influence of two variables -performance evaluation and Company’s culture have direct and indirect effect to employees’ performance. The other variable (job satisfaction) has direct effect to employees’performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the education gap between urban and rural areas in Indonesia, especially at the primary school level. This difference is significant in various aspects, such as infrastructure availability, teacher quality, access to technology, and learning environment. Using a literature study method with a qualitative descriptive approach, this research collected data from various scientific journals and relevant books. The results show that schools in urban areas are generally more advanced with complete facilities and adequate teaching staff, while rural areas are still faced with infrastructure challenges, limited technology and a shortage of professional teachers. The findings emphasize the need for more inclusive and equitable policies in education development in order to create equitable access and quality of education for all the nation's children, both in cities and villages

Abstract

The prosperity and enduring sustainability of a company are intrinsically connected to the role and efficacy of its employees, as evaluated by the caliber of their work. In addition, the extent of tasks achieved and the timeliness of task completion can enhance performance and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. The aim of this study is to assess the influence of workload on the performance of air traffic control (ATC), with work stress and job satisfaction acting as mediating factors. This study utilizes a quantitative methodology to investigate the cause-and-effect relationship between variables and assess the concept of their interconnectedness. A survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 participants, and the gathered data was analyzed using the SmartPLS 4 software. The data analysis indicates that work stress is positively and significantly correlated with ATC officer workload, although workload negatively impacts ATC performance and job satisfaction, but this influence is not statistically significant. More tasks mean weaker ATC performance. The path coefficient and p-value of this investigation are -0.004. With a path coefficient of -0.114 and a p-value larger than 0.05, work stress has a small effect on performance. A favorable and substantial link exists between job happiness and ATC officer performance (path coefficient = 0.841, p-value < 0.05). Work stress still mediates little structurally. This is compared to job happiness, which is high and strongly mediates workload on ATC performance. Keywords : workload; work stress; work satisfaction; air traffic controller; performance
