<![CDATA[The success of an enterprise is seen from its productivity. The productivity of the tofu factory in Tangkit Lama Village has decreased. From the work process, it shows that the part that causes work productivity is boiling, this is because during the boiling process using a large fire so that the work environment becomes hot, the hot environment causes fatigue so that it has an impact on work productivity. The purpose of the study was to find out the factors related to work productivity in tofu factory employees in Tangkit Lama Village. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The study sample was 35 tofu factory. The research instruments are questionnaires and WBGT Heat Stress Meter. The data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. From the results of the study, it is known that 37.1% of respondents have poor work productivity, 100% of respondents work in at-risk work environment, 40.0% of respondents experienced moderate work fatigue, 68.6% of respondents had moderate length of service. Bivariate results showed that there was a relationship between fatigue and work productivity (p<0.05) and there was no relationship between length of work and productivity work (p>0,05).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and explain the effect of competence and incentives on teacher work performance at SMK Sinar Pancasila Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all 36 teachers of SMK Sinar Pancasila Balikpapan. The entire population was used as the research sample or respondents because there were less than 100 people. The results of the study show that teacher competence has a significant effect on teacher work performance at SMK Sinar Pancasila Balikpapan. Then teacher incentives have a significant effect on the work performance of SMK Sinar Pancasila Balikpapan teachers and stimulant competencies and incentives have a significant effect on teacher work performance at SMK Sinar Pancasila Balikpapan.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on data from the International Labor Organization of the ILO, 1 worker dies every 15 seconds due to workplace accidents and 160 workers suffering from work-related illness. The mortality rate due to occupational accidents and occupational diseases in Indonesia is still high. Occupational disease consists of a causative agent in the workplace. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to find out the description of wood dust and physical activity exposure to health at worker Furniture in CV Semoga Jaya Jambi City in 2017. Population in this research is all labor in furniture CV Semoga Jaya Jambi City 2016 which amount 31 people. Samples in total sampling that amounted to 31 people. The research process conducted on May 15 to June 10 Year 2017 in furniture CV Semoga Jaya Jambi City. Data were analyzed univariat. The result of univariate research showed that most of the respondents (74,2%) had bad exposure (> NAB), most of them (51,6%) had fatigue and most (58,1%) did not suffer from respiratory problems. It is expected that workers use PPE in the form of masks to prevent exposure to dust from wood dust during work. In addition, stretching the muscles during fatigue due to monotonous work attitude. In addition, business owners need to create a special space in each room of production roses that produce wood powder to make the resulting powder not directly exposed or slightly reduce the direct exposure to wood dust dust with workers.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of this essay is As a brand-new form of digital journalism, immersive journalism will be discussed in this article. The media industry uses the hierarchy of influence theory to better understand the context of in-depth journalism. An overview of the state of digital journalism globally and in Indonesia is given in this article. The idea of immersive journalism employs the literary analysis method. The analysis's findings show that the organization's internal and external communications have an impact on the processes of information production, distribution, and consumption. The space for audience engagement that emerges in digital media has the potential to continue for a very long period in immersive journalism, where audiences may actively participate and direct story development. Establishing immersive journalism has been hampered by a number of issues, including the possibility of financial gain, tool adaptation, story development, susceptibility, and manipulation. Media industry players will be compelled to rethink the parameters of engagement, narrative framework, objectivity, and sensitive information with the public if they adopt an in-depth journalistic approach.]]>

<![CDATA[Latar Belakang Masalah: Usia tua merupakan suatu peristiwa yang pasti dialami oleh semua manusia. Lanjut usia adalah orang yang telah mengalami perubahan fisik, psikis, dan sosial karena usianya yang lanjut. Layanan keperawatan di panti merupakan pemberian pelayanan yang disesuaikan dengan Permenkes No 67 Tahun 2015 (Kemenkes RI, 2015).Tujuan: Mengetahui pengalaman perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan pada lansia di PSTW Budi Mulia 2 Jakarta.Metode: Studi fenomenologi ini melibatkan lima orang perawat yang bertugas di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 2 Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. Partisipan direkrut menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada Oktober tahun 2021.Hasil Penelitian: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang pengalaman perawat dalam pemberian layanan keperawatan pada lansia di panti. Enam tema terindentifikasi dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: pelayanan lansia, upaya meningkatkan kemampuan diri dalam pelayanan keperawatan, faktor penghambat dalam pelayanan keperawatan, latar belakang pendukung pelayanan keperawatan, harapan pelayanan di panti, loyalitas dalam merawat lansia.Simpulan: Perawat memiliki peran dan fungsi penting dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada lansia. Diharapkan perawat yang memberikan pelayanan pada lansia mendapatkan dukungan dari pimpinan maupun kerjasama tim yang baik agar dapat memberikan pelayanan secara optimal.]]>

<![CDATA[It is important to pay attention to the calculation of the cost of production, due to increasing competition between businesses, creating quality products at fairly competitive prices. This research aims to determine the calculation of the cost of production in determining the selling price of Boba Brown Sugar beverage products under the "Meenum" brand. The Full Costing method is a method of determining the cost of a product that takes into account all elements of production costs consisting of raw materials, direct labor costs and factory overhead costs, both fixed and variable. The selling price is obtained from the cost of production plus expected profit. With secondary data from the "Meenum" Brand beverage business. The results of the research state that the calculation of the cost of production produces a difference that influences the determination of the selling price.]]>

<![CDATA[This study analyzes the budget and the realization of revenue and expenditure at Kramat Jati Regional General Hospital (RSUD) during 2022-2023. The aim is to evaluate revenue growth, expenditure, and the causes of discrepancies between the budget and realization. The findings indicate fluctuations in the growth ratio of revenue and expenditure. Discrepancies between the budget and realization are influenced by internal factors, such as operational management, and external factors, such as policy changes and economic conditions. This study provides recommendations for improving budget management efficiency at RSUD Kramat Jati.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was motivated by the low performance of students’ drop shot skills in elementary school badminton extracurricular activities, where the success rate of shots remained low despite regular training. The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of drop shot training using two methods—fixed targets and variable targets—on improving students’ shot accuracy. The study employed an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 30 students selected through purposive sampling, with the requirement of having participated in badminton extracurricular activities for at least one year. The participants were divided into two groups: 15 students underwent fixed-target training, and 15 students underwent variable-target training. The training program was implemented over six weeks with a frequency of three sessions per week. The results indicated that both training methods significantly improved students’ drop shot accuracy. However, the variable-target training group showed greater improvement compared to the fixed-target group. This was due to the training variation, which required better concentration, adaptability, and decision-making, making it more similar to real game conditions. These findings highlight the importance of applying varied training methods in developing students’ basic badminton skills. Therefore, this study provides practical implications for coaches to prioritize variable-target training methods in coaching programs to enhance the effectiveness of technical skills, particularly the drop shot.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Karawang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. Using a quantitative approach, the sample used was a purposive sampling technique, as many as 100 employees of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Karawang Regency and analyzed by multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results showed that leadership has a significant positive influence on employee performance with a t-count of 4,687> 1,966 t-table and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, while the work environment does not have a significant influence on employee performance with a t-count of 1.859 <1.966 t-table and a significance value of 0.66> 0.05. Simultaneously, leadership and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance with an f-count of 28.953> 2.627 f-table. Leadership is the main factor in appreciating and encouraging employees to work according to their responsibilities. For further research, it is suggested to expand the scope of government as a whole to provide a deeper influence on employee performance]]>
