Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh modal psikologis dan kreativitas individu terhadap perilaku inovasi individu pada dosen wanita di salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Tangerang. Dalam penelitian ini, kreativitas individu merupakan variabel mediasi. Data dikumpulkan dari 89 kuesioner yang dikembalikan dari sampel yang diambil secara random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kreativitas individu, modal psikologis dan kreativitas individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovasi individu, kreativitas individu memdiasi hubungan antara modal psikologis dan perilaku inovasi individu. Kreativitas individu berfungsi sebagai mediator parsial. Penelitian baru ini mengusulkan suatu model untuk mengelola perilaku inovasi individu pada dosen perempuan pada unit analisis perguruan tinggi swasta di Tangerang melalui pengembangan modal psikologis dengan kreativitas individu sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan dosen dalam menghadapi era education 4.0.

Abstract

The digital era presents challenges as well as opportunities for business actors, especially Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Accelerating the adoption of digital technology-based payment systems is an urgent need so that MSMEs are able to compete and improve transaction efficiency. This Community Service (PKM) activity was carried out in Cendoro Village, Tuban Regency, with the aim of providing assistance to MSME actors through the implementation of a QRIS-based digital payment system. The method of implementing PKM consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. In the preparation stage, needs are identified and socialization of QRIS benefits are carried out. The implementation stage includes technical training on the use of QRIS as well as direct assistance in the implementation of non-cash transactions. The evaluation stage was carried out to measure the level of understanding and application of QRIS by participants. The results of the activity showed that participants understood the concept of digital payment and were able to apply QRIS in daily transactions. In addition, this activity encourages an increase in the adoption of QRIS which has an impact on efficiency, transaction security, expansion of market access, and local economic growth. The main obstacles faced include limited technological knowledge, uneven internet access, and operational costs. Thus, this PKM contributes to strengthening digital literacy and supporting technology-based economic transformation in Cendoro Village, Tuban Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the human resource management (HRM) strategies in improving employee performance at the PT JVC Kenwood Cooperative. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive exploratory method to describe actual conditions in the field. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation involving cooperative management and employees. The results indicate that the implemented HRM strategies include systematic workforce planning, internal-based recruitment, training and competency development, provision of both intrinsic and extrinsic work motivation, and the application of a continuous performance evaluation system. The implementation of these strategies has proven effective in improving employee productivity, discipline, and work quality. In addition, these strategies contribute to creating a conducive work environment, increasing job satisfaction, and strengthening employee loyalty to the cooperative. Therefore, effective human resource management plays a crucial role in supporting the success of cooperative organizations in achieving their goals optimally.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the important factors in supporting the achievement of company goals. Employees at PT Canvas Industry Indonesia are required to be able to meet the targets set by the company. However, in practice, there are still employees who have not shown optimal performance. Therefore, this study aims to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of Employee Engagement and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Canvas Industry Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative verification. The population in this study is all employees of PT Canvas Industry Indonesia, with a sample size of 81 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. The results show that Employee Engagement has a positive and significant partial effect on Employee Performance, and Work Discipline also has a positive and significant partial effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, simultaneous testing results show that Employee Engagement and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The higher the level of employee engagement with their work and company and the better the implementation of work discipline, the higher the employee performance will be. Employee Engagement and Work Discipline play an important role.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa puas peserta pelatihan LPK Dwi Karya Prima terhadap kualitas program dan layanan yang diberikan. Teknik kuantitatif berbasis metodologi survei digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Lima puluh orang yang terlibat dalam proses pelatihan dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Meskipun kualitas program memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap kepuasan peserta, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas layanan sebagian tidak berpengaruh. Pada saat yang sama, kepuasan peserta sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas program dan layanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas program pelatihan memiliki dampak yang lebih besar terhadap kepuasan peserta. Lembaga pelatihan dapat menggunakan penelitian ini sebagai tolok ukur untuk meningkatkan kualitas program mereka dan sebagai landasan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.
