Abstract

Preparedness is the key to safety. This shows that there is a need for an earthquake and tsunami disaster preparedness plan so that losses can be minimized. Earthquake and Tsunami Disaster Preparedness education was provided on November 18 2021 at Bawakaraeng High School. The aim of this service is to provide education on earthquake and tsunami disaster preparedness provided by Lecturers and Students of the D3 Nursing Study Program, Makassar College of Health Sciences, which can provide benefits and refresh the knowledge of Bawakaraeng High School children in dealing with earthquake and tsunami disasters. The method used was lecture and question and answer with 50 participants (i) level II (Class XI). The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in knowledge after the education was carried out, namely 96%, so it is hoped that when an emergency disaster occurs students will be ready and understand the things that must be done.

Abstract

.The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of the image media is to improve the learning outcomes of elementary school students. This study is a descriptive quantitative study. The study time was in April 2023 and took approximately 2 weeks. The subject of this study is elementary school teachers in Bukittinggi. Research is conducted by formulating research problems, tracing the research results of relevant and similar journals for analysis of their data. The benefits of image media are the explanation and delivery of various information, messages, ideas, and so on by giving the impression of being visible using verbal language. Based on the results, studies have shown teachers agree that the use of image media in the learning process can improve students' learning outcomes. Because more than 50% to 60% of respondents agreed to this.

Abstract

Character education based on Islamic values is an effective approach in forming a golden generation that is academically intelligent, has strong moral and spiritual character, and is able to face the challenges of the times with a religious attitude and character. The integrity of Islamic values in character education can strengthen students' moral, ethical and noble values. This research uses qualitative methods and literature study to understand the role of Islamic religious education in shaping the character of the younger generation. The research results show that education based on Islamic values can be a strategic foundation in creating a golden generation with noble character, toughness, and ready to face the dynamics of life in the future. Synergy between schools, families and communities is very important in supporting this effort. Thus, character education based on Islamic values can be a solution to forming a superior Islamic generation with noble morals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi soal Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) yang terintegrasi dengan konsep Green Industry pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) kelas 4 di SDN Kedaung Wetan 7, Kota Tangerang. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menganalisis perancangan, penerapan, dan evaluasi soal HOTS Green Industry oleh guru, serta persepsi siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi konsep Green Industry telah dilakukan, namun tingkat kedalaman dan kompleksitasnya bervariasi. Guru menyadari pentingnya HOTS dan keberlanjutan, tetapi menghadapi tantangan dalam merumuskan soal yang secara konsisten memicu kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa, terutama karena keterbatasan waktu dan referensi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan dukungan pengembangan profesional guru dan penyediaan sumber daya pembelajaran inovatif untuk mendukung integrasi kurikulum.

Abstract

Bank credit is a key financial instrument serving as an intermediary channel to allocate funds to productive sectors. However, its effectiveness in stimulating economic growth varies significantly depending on geographic, temporal, and institutional contexts. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach using the PRISMA 2020 protocol. A total of 15 qualified articles from accredited national journals published between 2020 and 2024 were analyzed through a rigorous process of identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and data extraction. The findings reveal heterogeneous effects of bank credit on economic growth. Microcredit for SMEs and fintech lending demonstrated significant positive impacts, while investment credit and conventional credit showed mixed outcomes. The effectiveness of credit is influenced by inflation, interest rates, human development index, and technological adoption. Credit transmission mechanisms operate through SMEs, consumption, payment systems, and income distribution. The study highlights the need for adaptive and context-specific policy frameworks. Policymakers are advised to strengthen Islamic banking, support fintech innovation, and develop inclusive regulatory frameworks. Credit policies must consider threshold effects and regional heterogeneity to effectively promote sustainable economic growth

Abstract

Pengelolaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) pada lingkungan industri. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di Divisi Rekayasa Umum PT PAL Indonesia, proses pencatatan distribusi APD masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan media kertas, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan pembaruan data, human error, dan kesulitan pelacakan stok secara real-time. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya sistem digital yang mampu meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi APD. Pengabdian ini bertujuan menciptakan Website SI-APD sebagai media informasi dan administrasi pendistribusian APD yang terintegrasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, pengembangan sistem, sosialisasi, pengumpulan data, input data, serta evaluasi sistem. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa Website SI-APD mampu memfasilitasi pengajuan, distribusi, dan rekapitulasi APD secara digital serta mengurangi penggunaan kertas dalam proses administrasi. Implementasi sistem ini dinilai efektif meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi pencatatan, serta pemantauan stok APD secara real-time. Secara keseluruhan, pengembangan Website SI-APD berkontribusi pada optimalisasi penerapan K3 dan penguatan budaya keselamatan kerja di PT PAL Indonesia.

Abstract

Neonatal pneumonia is an acute lung infection affecting newborn infants, characterized by respiratory distress such as tachypnea, chest wall retractions, and additional breath sounds, and may be accompanied by elevated body temperature and difficulty breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to describe pediatric nursing care for patients with neonatal pneumonia in the Perinatology Ward of Aisyiyah Pariaman Hospital in 2026. This study used a case study method with a nursing care approach, including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, with data collection through interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation. The study was conducted from March 11 to March 15, 2026, with the research subject being Baby of Mrs. S, diagnosed with neonatal pneumonia and hospitalized in the Perinatology Ward of the hospital. The results of the study identified several nursing problems, namely ineffective airway clearance, ineffective breathing pattern, neonatal jaundice, and knowledge deficit. After nursing interventions were provided, including airway management, ventilation support, and phototherapy, the patient’s condition improved, as evidenced by decreased respiratory rate, disappearance of additional breath sounds, absence of retractions, reduced bilirubin levels, and increased parental knowledge. All nursing problems showed improvement and were resolved, indicating that the nursing care provided was effective in improving the patient’s condition. It is recommended that the family improve infant care, maintain environmental hygiene, and monitor the baby’s condition regularly to prevent complications. It is recommended that families, especially mothers, improve infant care, maintain environmental and vaginal hygiene, wash hands before caring for the baby, and routinely monitor the baby’s condition to prevent complications.

Abstract

This study explores the teacher's difficulties in teaching reading skills in exposition texts at SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan. The research focuses on identifying the challenges faced by the teacher in teaching students' reading skills. Through a qualitative analysis, the studies identifies that the teacher encountered several difficulties is related to the students' limited vocabulary, lack of students' reading comprehension, pronunciation, students' reading interest, and provide the variety of reading materials. The students' ability to read aloud the text clearly is still low. Mispronunciation words and their interest in reading exposition text were reflected in their unenthusiastic participation during classroom reading activities and their lack of initiative in answering the teacher's question while reading the text. Furthermore, the findings highlight that these difficulties affected to the teaching and learning process into stiff and less enjoyable classroom atmosphere. It make the teacher often repeatedly explain the text and guide the students just to read it properly. Despite of that difficulties, the overall result emphasize that the importance ability of the teacher to manage on how the exposition text is understandable and suitable for the students' english level is important to adapt for the effective teaching reading skills. The study concludes that the difficulties are interconnected and influenced by students' ability, motivation and classroom engagement.

Abstract

The rapid digitalization of the financial sector in Indonesia has significantly improved access to financial services but also raised serious concerns regarding the security and privacy of user data. Low levels of digital awareness among the public, coupled with uneven adoption of protective technologies such as encryption and blockchain, have intensified these vulnerabilities. This study aims to identify cybersecurity threats and risks in digital financial systems, evaluate the effectiveness of data protection technologies, and analyze the role of regulations and user education in strengthening data protection mechanisms. A systematic literature review was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach, drawing on 20 national academic sources published between 2018 and 2025. The findings are grouped into four key themes: (1) technical and human-related security risks, (2) variation in the application of protective technologies, (3) institutional disparities in readiness for compliance with the 2022 Personal Data Protection Law, and (4) low privacy literacy among younger users. The study concludes that effective data protection requires synergy between regulation, technology, and digital literacy education. This research highlights the need for strict digital security audits and integrated privacy awareness campaigns within formal education and small business training programs.
