Abstract

Latar Belakang: Meningkatnya usia harapan hidup dari tahun ke tahun menimbulkan semakin banyak jumlah lanjut usia tahun, sedangkan kondisi lanjut usia perlu penanganan khusus. Proses penanganan pada lanjut usia harus bersifat holistik baik penanganan pada kondisi fisik, psikologis, serta sosial. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon psikologis Terapi Musik Klasik Mozart pada Manula dengan hipertensi. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh manula dengan hipertensi di PMB Nuraeni Purnawati sebanyak 37 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, lembar observasi dan SOP. Analisis datanya menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian: lebih dari setengah (59,5%) manula dengan hipertensi mendapatkan terapi musik sesuai SOP. Sebagian besar (48,6%) psikologis manula berdasarkan depresi mengalami depresi ringan, sebagian besar (48,6%) psikologis manula berdasarkan cemas mengalami cemas sedang dan sebagian besar (37,8%) psikologis manula berdasarkan stress mengalami ringan dan normal. Terdapat respon psikologis yang positif dari Terapi Musik Klasik Mozart pada Manula dengan hipertensi di PMB Nuraeni Purnawati berdasarkan depresi (ρ value = 0,020), kecemasan (ρ value = 0,004), dan stress (ρ value = 0,003). Kesimpulan: Penggunaan Terapi Musik Klasik Mozart pada Manula dengan hipertensi dapat meningkatkan respon psikologis berdasarkan tingkat depresi, cemas dan stress.

Abstract

: Breast cancer is a malignant disease in the world and is the main cause of death from breast cancer among women. Breast cancer can be detected at an early stage which can be done by BSE. Even though the examination is based on existing guidelines and tutorials, with BSE more early stage breast cancer can be detected. However, teenagers feel afraid and feel that they lack knowledge regarding BSE.This community service aims to increase students' knowledge about the BSE method, increase the ability and skills to apply the BSE method independently, provide information boards in the UKS room. This activity involved 23 female students from SMAN 13 Maros. This activity involved 23 female students from SMAN 13 Maros. The approach method used is counseling and training on the BSE method. The results of the outreach activities showed that students' knowledge and abilities changed from negative to positive by 68.2% through pretest and posttest questionnaires. It is hoped that schools can initiate the formation of student health groups and routinely carry out activities that increase students' knowledge about adolescent health.

The research results show that seblak MSME entrepreneurs are generally individuals or families with relatively small This research aims to analyze the profile of seblak MSME entrepreneurs, the marketing strategies implemented, the challenges faced, and the contribution of this business to the local economy. This study also aims to identify the key factors that influence the success and sustainability of seblak MSMEs. The research method used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with seblak business owners in several regions and surveys of seblak consumers. Secondary data were collected from related business capital. Effective marketing strategies include the use of social media, product innovation, and word-of-mouth promotion. The main challenges faced are intense competition, fluctuations in raw material prices, and limited access to capital. Nevertheless, seblak MSMEs make a positive contribution to the local economy, especially in creating jobs and increasing community income. The key factors influencing the success of seblak MSMEs include product quality, customer service, business location, and the ability to adapt to market changes. This research suggests the need for support from the government and related parties in the form of training, access to capital, and marketing facilitation to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of seblak MSMEs. Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation/application of character building in Brigjend Katamso Medan PAUD students while at school. The results of the research show that the process of implementing or implementing children's character education begins as early as possible with habits such as (1) inviting students to pray diligently, (2) 3S, namely smile, greet, salute, (3) form independent character, (4) Obedience in the rules, (5) Healthy living behavior implemented by teachers at school so that students also practice it in their daily lives both at school, home and in the community.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the existence of the Ammatoa indigenous community within the Kajang society and to identify the factors influencing the existence of the Ammatoa indigenous community within Kajang. The method employed in this research is descriptive method involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that in the life of the Ammatoa indigenous community in Tana Toa Village, there are several aspects demonstrating the existence of the Ammatoa indigenous community, namely economic, legal, educational, and cultural aspects within the community. Furthermore, the factors influencing the existence of the Ammatoa indigenous community within Kajang include adaptation factors, goal achievement factors, integration factors, and norm/value factors. The presence of the Ammatoa indigenous community is inseparable from their beliefs, as evidenced by the principle of tallasa kamase-masea (simple living) embodied in the pasang ri kajang. The Ammatoa indigenous community upholds all forms of tradition that have existed since ancient times.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to study how digital literacy impacts the ability to read and write Indonesian from various literary sources. The ability to access, understand, use and create information through the use of digital technology is known as digital literacy. The ability to read and write in Indonesian is the ability to understand and create texts in that language, both online and offline. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature or literature study design. Data sources for this research come from various articles, books, journals and reports related to the research topic. Content analysis techniques were used to analyze the data. The research results show that digital literacy can increase students' motivation, interest and skills in reading and writing Indonesian texts.

Abstract

Even though there has been a lot of research on the relationship between working capital and company performance on profitability in Indonesia, the majority of research findings still show the phenomenon of recognizing working capital as an important variable in managing company profitability. This research aims to review, analyze, summarize and present the results of empirical research in Indonesia to help future researchers in making decisions regarding working capital management and capital structure related to company profitability. This literature review examines research that focuses on company performance in terms of profitability, working capital management, and capital structure. The results show that there are varying relationships between working capital and capital structure on profitability so that no agreement can be reached. This study also provides a more in-depth picture to explain this phenomenon and assists research that uses working capital and capital structure in determining its impact on company profitability.

Abstract

The implementation of KKN is contained in the third point of the Tri Dharma of higher education. This is intended so that students can gain knowledge that is not available on campus. Apart from that, students also carry out community empowerment and service in their work areas from the knowledge they have gained on campus. The aim of this "MSME Palm Sugar Documentary Video" is to help palm sugar craftsmen promote their products using documentary videos which are made and then posted on social media so they can be seen by the public. Apart from that, this palm sugar product can also be known to many people through documentary videos that have been made, so that not only the local village community knows about this palm sugar product but also the entire Indonesian people. The work program "Video Documentary of Palm Sugar UMKM" is very influential in improving the creative economy of palm sugar UMKM to expand the marketing of their products. To be recognized by the general public.

Abstract

Early complementary food is food or drink given to babies aged 6 months. The research objective was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers and the provision of complementary feeding at PMB Irma Suryani, Prabumulih City in 2023. The research method is analytic in nature, using a cross sectional approach. The population of this study were all mothers who had babies aged ≥ 6 – 24 months at PMB Irma Suryani Prabumulih City in 2023. Sampling in this study used the Accidental Sampling method, namely 45 respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire. From the bivariate analysis it was found that of the 33 respondents who had good knowledge, there were 30 respondents (66.7%) who gave complementary foods and from 12 respondents who had less knowledge, there were 5 respondents (11.1%) who gave complementary foods. From 37 respondents who had a good attitude, there were 33 respondents (73.3%) who gave complementary foods and of the 8 respondents who had a poor attitude, there were 2 respondents (4.4%) who gave complementary foods. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and the provision of complementary foods with a P value 0.000 < α 0.05, there is a significant relationship between the mother's attitude and the provision of complementary foods with a P value 0.000 < α 0.05.
