Abstract

Transaksi penjualan barang pada sebuah perusahaan terjadi setiap hari mengakibatkan semakin bertambah banyaknya catatan transaksi penjualan. Tidak banyak dari perusahaan menjadikan transaksi penjualan itu hanya sebagai arsip belaka. Yang pada akhirnya mengakibatkan sebuah perusahaan mengalami kekurangan stok barang. Tentunya hal demikian terjadi karena transaksi penjualan barang tidak dianalisa dan dipelajari polanya. Ada beberapa banyak metode data mining yang digunakan untuk menganalisa pola pembelian barang secara bersamaan oleh pembeli. Diantara metode yang sering sekali digunakan adalah Apriori dan FP-Growth. Pada penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk menemukan pola pembelian barang secara bersamaan berdasarkan bulan selama satu tahun. Untuk menemukan pola pembelian tersebut digunakan Algoritma Apriori dan FP-Growth kemudian membandingkan hasil dalam menemukan pola kombinasi yang dihasilkan dalam dataset. Hasil dari penelitian ini algoritma Apriori membutuhkan waktu yang lebih sedikit dalam memperoses dan menampilkan hasil tapi rules yang didapatkan lebih sedikit dibandinkan algoritma FP-Growth. Sedangkan algoritma FP- Growth membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama dbandingkan algoritma Apriori tapi menghasilkan rules yang lebih banyak dibandingkan algoritma Apriori.

Abstract

Utilization / use of data innovation in the scope of government is the answer with the aim of accelerating development in the region. For this reason, the focus of the government, especially the central government, namely the Directorate General of Regional Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs, takes an approach to the utilization of SIPD, namely the local government information system to be implemented in all regions or regions of the Province, Regency, City in a work to synchronize programs and activities that are being developed in preparation. This research plans to examine the level of readiness (readiness) for the implementation of SIPD, the feasibility of implementing the SIPD data framework and the capabilities of human resources within the Bogor City Government as users of SIPD and then formulate the strategy of the Bogor City Government in implementing SIPD. The information used is primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through meetings and polls using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method using smartpls 3.3.3. while secondary data is generated through scientific writing and related reports. This review uses a measurement scale and a SWOT examination. The SWOT investigation is shown from the research results which show that the SWOT investigation distinguishes internal and external elements so that the results are 4 Strengths, 5 Weaknesses, 3 Opportunities and 4 Threats. The highest weight in the definition of the procedure, namely the Weakness-Opportunity (WO) methodology, is to increase the readiness of regional apparatus, provide information technology infrastructure facilities, an adequate number of human resources, especially placing human resources for clients of information system data frameworks with an innovation-based learning foundation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Total Quality Management merupakan suatu pendekatan untuk manajemen struktural penampilan keseluruhan peserta termasuk untuk merencanakan dan menerapkan proses perbaikan terus-menerus yang diperlukan bagi pelanggan. Total Quality Management (TQM) merupakan faktor pusat dari kepuasan pelanggan, dari informasi kemudian dianalisis, dari faktor perencanaan, dan dari sumber daya manusia. Kebanyakan orang merasakan ketidakpuasan layanan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan untuk kepuasan pelanggan.Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Populasi adalah pasien dan perawat yang bekerja di Paviliun Rumah Sakit Semen Gresik. Jumlah sampel TQM dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah 29 responden, diambil sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Variabel bebas adalah Total Quality Management (TQM) dan variabel terikat adalah kepuasan pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dengan uji analisis korelasi rank Spearman.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan Total Quality Management (TQM) yang merupakan faktor pusat dengan kepuasan pelanggan (ρ = 0,013), dari informasi dan analisa (ρ = 0,026), dari faktor perencanaan (ρ = 0,023) , dari sumber daya manusia (ρ = 0,000).Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dipengaruhi oleh implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) oleh faktor kepemimpinan dengan diri, informasi dan analisa, perencanaan dan sumber daya manusia. Kata kunci: Total Quality Management, Kepuasan Pelanggan. ABSTRACT Total Quality Management is an approach to structural management to appearance total participant include to plan and applied improvement process to be continous for customer needed. The population was patient and nurses working in Paviliun Semen Gresik Hospital. Total sample TQM and customer satisfaction was 29 respondent, taken according to inclusion criteria. The independent variable were Total Quality Management (TQM) and the dependent variable was customer satisfaction. Data were collected using structured questionere with spearman rank correlation analize.The result showed that there was significant correlation between implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) from the head office factor with customer satisfaction (ρ=0,013), from information and analize (ρ=0,026), from the planning factor (ρ=0,023), from the human resources (ρ=0,000).From this result, the customer satisfaction to health services influenced by implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) by leadership factor by self, information and analize, planning and human resources.Keywords : Total Quality Management, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Sistem pemasyarakatan diselenggarakan dalam rangka membentuk Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan agar menjadi manusia seutuhnya, menyadari kesalahan, memperbaiki diri dan tidak mengulangi tindak pidana sehingga dapat diterima kembali oleh lingkungan masyarakat, dapat aktif berperan dalam pembangunan dan hidup wajar sebagai warga yang baik dan bertanggung jawab salah satunya Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIB Muara Bungo  khususnya terhadap pembinaan narapidana narkotika focus penelitian ini diperoleh bawha program pembinaan yang telah dilakukan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIB Muara Bungo terdiri dari program rehabilitasi medis, program rehabiltasi sosial, program pembinaan mental, program pembinaan fisik, program pembinaan keterampilan dan program pembinaan social dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa efektivitas pembinaan terhadap narapidana narkotika, di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIB Muara Bungo sudah berjalan sesuai denga kondisi yang ada. Pembinaan narapidana narkotika, ditemui beberapa kendala yaitu kendala yang dilihat dari aspek interenitas Lembaga Pemasyarakatan itu sendiri maupun kendala dari aspek ekterenitas Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Dengan kedua kendala ini lah yang menyebabkan tidak berjalan optimalnya program pembinaan bagi narapidana narkotika di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIB Muara Bungo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the performance cooperative of the organizationalaspects,financial aspects and business aspects. The approach used in this research is descriptive analysis. The measurement oforganizational performance and businessincludes the number of cooperative members, amount and characteristicsof the board and the employees, capital,business volume, SHU,and premium fee cooperative.Measurement of financial performance include the ratio of liquidity, solvabilitas and profitability based on the reports Annual Members Meeting (RAT) in 2014. The result showed that the human resources owned by cooperatives was quite good, the potential members and employees can be developed and improved both the quantity and quality.The financial condition of the cooperative has been able to generate profits from the management of capital, but still the cooperatives has not been able to guarantee its debts. The results also show that the cooperative has been able to manage its business activities are visible from the volume of business, SHU, and high premium fee. Cooperatives in Central Aceh and Bener Meriah regencies have been able to manage all the potentials for their business activities

Abstract

Informasi dalam bencana tidak saja dibutuhkan dalam kondisi darurat bencana saja, tapi juga penting pada saat pra bencana.Mempersiapkan masyarakat di daerah rawan bencana tentu harus senantiasa dilakukan.Selain informasi yang memenuhi tentang potensi bencana di suatu daerah, pelatihan dan proses kebiasaan menghadapi situasi bencana juga harus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan.Tapi harus diingat, informasi berlimpah saja tidak cukup untuk menyadarkan masyarakat  mengenai  bahayanya bencana yang mengancam. Cara menyampaikan informasi juga harus dilakukan dengan tepat.Kekeliruan dalam mengkomunikasikan sebuah informasi, bisa menimbulkan ketidak pastian yang memperburuk situasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIt is known that the implementation of land registration includes the measuremen, perpetuation, and accounting of land, as well as the granting of documents as proof of land right 1. How is the application of Clause 17 of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 at the Kayong Utara District land Office? 2. What factors are obstacles to th implementation of Clause 17 of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 at the Kayong Utara Disrtict land Office? 3. What legal consequences arise if Clause 17 of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 is not imlemented according to the rules? The research used is empirical juridical research or field research. Abstract

Distance learning with an online format is one of the channels that are widely practiced by educational institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Inevitably, the practice of distance education has attracted the attention of many researchers to examine it from various perspectives, considering that the change in the format of learning from face-to-face to distance learning occurs rapidly and massively affects all educational institutions around the world, including them. Indonesia. This rapid change in learning formats presents both challenges and opportunities in integrating technology with distance formats. This study investigates the online teaching practice of English teachers in presenting English lessons at SMP Muhammadiyah Serui during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses the lens of the teaching attendance framework to analyze online teaching practices, considering that a strong teaching presence element is needed in learning that only relies on written language in online learning. This study uses a qualitative design. The data set, consisting of transcripts of online discussion posts and interviews with an English teacher, principal, and 13 deliberately selected students, was analyzed deductively. The findings of this study are that English teachers have not presented teaching attendance based on indicators in the three components of teaching attendance, including the categories of design & organization, facilitation discourse, and direct teaching.

Abstract

Vaccination and quarantine are effective ways to control the spread of disease. Vaccination helps susceptible individuals to boost immunity. Additionally, quarantine helps reduce interactions which will reduce the infection rate. This study proposed the SEIR mathematical model to describe the dynamics of the spread of COVID-19 by providing control in the form of vaccination and quarantine. Based on Pontryagin's minimum principle, the optimal system for optimal control problems is derived and solved numerically using the Fourth Order Runge-Kutta scheme with the Forward-Backward Sweep approach. A numerical simulation of the optimal problem showed that the spread of disease is eradicated more quickly by vaccination and quarantine. Vaccination in large numbers is needed earlier if the rate of contact transmission is high enough. The provision of quarantine control is required from the beginning until no longer to be applied. A large proportion of quarantine at the beginning of time can suppress the spread of disease in the population.
