Systematic review ini disusun mengikuti pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Pencarian artikel melalui database Google Scholar, ProQuest, PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan SpringerLink dalam rentang tahun 2018 hingga 2025. Kata kunci yang digunakan antara lain: "nurse caring behavior" AND "factors" OR "interventions" OR "training" OR "Watson's theory". Abstract Caring behavior plays a direct role in improving the quality of care and patient satisfaction. Nurses’ caring behavior is influenced by various internal and external factors and can be enhanced through theory-based training. Therefore, a systematic review is needed to evaluate the factors that influence caring behavior and identify effective interventions. This systematic review was conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Article searches were performed through the databases Google Scholar, ProQuest, PubMed, ScienceDirect, and SpringerLink, covering the years 2018 to 2025. Keywords used included: "nurse caring behavior" AND "factors" OR "interventions" OR "training" OR "Watson's theory". A total of 11 articles met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed. The review findings indicate that nurses’ caring behavior is influenced by demographic factors (age, gender, work experience), personal characteristics (spirituality, ethical sensitivity), and environmental factors (work environment, workload, organizational support, and job satisfaction). Effective interventions include training based on Watson’s Theory of Human Caring, nursing ethics programs, emotional intelligence-based leadership training, and mentoring programs. In conclusion, these interventions have a significant positive impact on improving nurses’ caring behavior scores. Abstract

Nurse performance in inpatient wards is a key factor in determining the quality of hospital services. Effective motivation and employee engagement are crucial strategies for improving employee morale and loyalty. The objective of the research is to analyze the influence of work motivation and employee engagement levels on nurse performance in the inpatient wards of a Regional Public Hospital (RSUD). This research used the quasi-experimental pre-post test with a control group design, where the intervention group was given motivation training for 2 days, modules, and mentoring, while the control group was only given modules, with a total sample of 160, 80 nurse respondents in the intervention group, and 80 nurse respondents in the control group. Data analysis using paired sample T-tests and independent sample T-tests. There is a difference in the average increase in nurse performance before and after being given employee engagement motivation (p-value = 0.000). There is a difference in the increase in nurse performance after being given training, modules, and motivational mentoring in the intervention group of 35.36 compared to the control group given the motivation module of 11.1 (p-value = 0.000). meaning there is a significant influence after being given employee engagement motivation training on improving nurse performance in the intervention group. Nurse motivation and employee engagement in providing nursing care are effective in improving the performance of inpatient ward nurses in hospitals.

Abstract

The research examined the perspectives of ESP learners and lecturers regarding the implementation of technology-enhanced task-based language teaching (TBLT) integrated into content language integrated learning (CLIL) in ESP instruction, and it identified key factors affecting its effective integration. A qualitative research design was employed, involving 95 nursing students and 10 ESP lecturers, who completed an open-ended questionnaire. Moreover, participants took part in focus group discussions (FGDs), including ESP students, heads of the nursing program, ESP lecturers, nursing lecturers, stakeholders, and professional nurses. Thematic data analysis of the open-ended questionnaire and FGDs results revealed that students and lecturers viewed the implementation of technology-enhanced TBLT integrated into CLIL as beneficial for integrating nursing theory with English language proficiency, thereby significantly improving content knowledge and language competence. Nonetheless, substantial obstacles arose, encompassing technology limitations, insufficient instructor preparation, and limited interdisciplinary collaboration. The results indicate that successful implementation necessitates a robust technology infrastructure, continuous professional development for educators, and enhanced collaboration between language teachers and nursing departments. The results of this study also show that technology-enhanced TBLT integrated into CLIL can relate theoretical lessons to real-world applications. These results create a complete learning environment that gives nursing students the skills they need to meet the high standards of the medical field.
