Abstract

Tulisan ini menuturkan beberapa metode sintesis nanopartikel perak yang sudah dilakukan. Salah satu metode sintesa nanopartikel perak yang dilakukan  adalah dengan metode reduksi kimia dari larutan perak nitrat potensi aplikasi nanopartikel perak antara lain sebagai katalis, detektor sensor optik dan agen antimikroba. Salahsatu apalikasi nanopartikel perak yang sudah banyak di pasarkan adalah produk dengan antimikroba. Karena produk komersial yang mengunakan nanopartikel perak sudahcukup beredar di pasaran , maka dilakukan kajian menyeluruh terhadap sisi keamanan terhadap kesehatan dan likungankata kunci :  nanopartikel perak, metode sintesa, aplikasi, agen antimikroba

Abstract

Polyurethane  is  polymer  synthetic  which  is  formed  by  reaction  between  polyols  and  polyisocyanates.polyols  are  compounds  which  contain  two or  more  hydroxyl  groups.  Polyurethane  can  be  applied  in  various forms,  such  as  foam,  elastomeric,  coating  and  adhesive.  In  this  work,  we  developed  pol yurethane  foams  by using polyols  based  on  palm  oil.  Palm  oil  based  polyols  as  soft  segments  in  the  polyurethane  backbone accelerate biodegradable process of the polyurethane. Biodegradability is the ability of material to be utilized as a carbon source by  microorganisms and converted safely into carbon dioxide, biomass and water. Commercially available  polyurethane  foams  are  usually  produced  from  petrochemical  based  polyols  that  they  are  not biodegradable. The biodegradability study was conducted by using  Aspergillus niger  (fungi) and  Pseudomonas aeruginosa(bacteria),  with  variation  of  method  and  media  for  biodegradation.  Rigid  polyurethane  foam  was synthesized by  using  one  shoot  process  method,  which  is  reaction  between  palm based polyol  mixture  and methylene diphenly diisocyanate (MDI) at room temperature. The effect of variation of ratio of polyisocyanates (NCO) as hard segment and polyols (OH) as soft segment to the properties of polyurethane foams were studied in detail. Study of the effect NCO/OH ratio   was conducted with variation ratio of 0.8,  1.0  and  1.2. Increasing hard segment (NCO) ratio to the soft segment (OH) affected in the decreasing of hydrophilicity of foam. Thus,the penetration of water into bulk of polymer decreased. The biodegradability  of foam was also affected by the soft segment ratio on the polymer backbone.   Keywords: biodegradable, polyurethane, palm oil, polyols, soft segment

Abstract

Residential Building is a part of the basic need for humans to carry out their activities. The developments in each region are rapidly growing. The problems that arise from construction activities are when they are not in accordance with their functions and spatial plans. Accordingly, the Tanjungpinang city government issued a regulation of the Tanjungpinang City Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2010 concerning Building. The objectives of the study is to evaluate whether the buildings in Tanjungpinang City have met the requirements and they are in accordance with the functions and spatial planning. It also analizes the legal certainty in the implementation of the building permit in this city.

Abstract

The development of electronic learning materials is very necessary for the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic which requires lecture activities to be carried out online. This was carried out to support physical distancing to break the chain of transmission of COVID-19. Currently, there are not many electronic learning materials available that lead to student-centered learning (SCL) and can be implemented amid the COVID- 19 pandemics. The purpose of this research is to develop an eLEMA (Electronic Learning Material) application, an Android-based electronic learning material with content or material that can be accessed online and offline, and with features that make it easier for users to operate. This research is a research development (Research and Development; R & D) to develop Android-based ELEMA-SCL Protozoa (Electronic Learning Material-Student Centered Learning) for Zoology courses. This development model consists of 3 phases of approach, namely: (1) Phase 1: Needs Assessment; (2) Phase 2: Design; and (3) Phase 3: Develop / Implement. The product developed in the form of an Android-based eLEMA application made using the MIT App Inventor is feasible to implement. The implementation results show: (1) the effectiveness of online and offline lectures with a gain value of 0.52 in the Medium category; (2) student response to the implementation of eLEMA is positive. Thus, the eLEMA application can be used for online and offline lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Materi Animalia di kelas X semester 2 lebih tepat dan sesuai diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing yang berpola dengan sintak pembelajaran yang lebih mengaktifkan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dengan memberikan kesempatan berpikir, bekerjasama, berdiskusi untuk bersama-sama memecahkan masalah dengan mengeluarkan ide-ide atau pengalaman mereka terkait konsep Animalia yang banyak terdapat masalah-masalah menarik untuk dibahas sehingga dampak dari pembelajaran akan lebih bermakna bagi siswa dan memotivasi siswa untuk lebih meningkatkan kerjasama dan hasil belajar.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk melihat kemampuan kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing pada materi Animalia kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Banama Tingang, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi Animalia kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Banama Tingang. Penelitian dengan rancangan eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) yang melibatkan 22 orang siswa kelas X MIA-1 dan 22 orang siswa kelas X MIA-2 SMA Negeri 2 Banama Tingang. Sampel diperoleh dengan total sampling yang ditetapkan sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi kemampuan kerjasama siswa dan soal test hasil belajar berbentuk pilihan ganda berjumlah 25 soal. Data hasil belajar siswa kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan uji-t. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, yaitu rata-rata nilai kerjasama siswa kelas eksperimen X MIA-2 adalah 75,28% dan Nilai kerjasama siswa kelas kontrol X MIA-1 adalah 55,96%; rata-rata nilai pretest kedua kelompok sampel adalah 42,00 (kelas X MIA-1) dan 42,36 (kelas X MIA-2); rata-rata nilai posttest kedua kelompok sampel adalah 68,36 (X MIA-1) dan 77,45 (X MIA-2). Berdasarkan analisis statistik uji t diperoleh dengan taraf signifikansi 5% berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing pada materi Animalia terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Banama Tingang.

Abstract

Sintesis superabsorben hidrogel CMC-g-PAA yang berikatan silang telah dibuat dengan kopolimerisasi cangkok (grafting) radikal bebas menggunakan karboksi metil selulosa (CMC), asam akrilat (AA), kalium persulfat (KPS) sebagai inisiator dan N, N’-metilen bisakrilamid (MBA) sebagai crosslinker. Pengaruh konsentrasi crosslinker terhadap asam akrilik (3,13 ; 3,75 dan 4,38 %w/w) telah dipelajari berdasarkan sifat mengembang (swelling properties). Struktur kimia yang terjadi dianalisa menggunakan spektroskopi Fourier Trasform Infra-red (FTIR). Hasil dari spektrum FTIR memperlihatkan bahwa CMC dalam polimerisasi cangkok bereaksi dengan asam akrilat. Pada jumlah crosslinker 3,75% w/w diperoleh kamampuan menyerap air (equilibrium swelling) maksimum 49,62 g/g dalam air distilat dan 20,42 g/g dalam larutan NaCl 0,9 %.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKS) based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) to improve students' critical thinking skills based on the characteristics of LKS as well as student responses and teacher responses to PBL-based LKS products developed. The research site at SMAS PGRI 2 in Sampit class X with a sample of 45 students, trial I as many as 15 students and trial II as many as 30 students.Research method of ADDIE model development ( analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). One group pretest-posttest design. The results showed that the characteristics of the LKS product developed were composed of the syntax of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with indicators of critical thinking skills able to increase students' critical thinking on viral material. PBL-based student worksheets can improve students' critical thinking skills with an average N-gain of trial I of 0.58 and trial II of average N-gain of 0.67 with moderate categories. The teacher's response to PBL-based LKS in trial I percentage value above 61% category was quite good and trial II percentage value above 90% category was very good. The students' response after using LKS in trial I was quite good with a percentage value above 67% and in the phase II trial the response was very good with a percentage value above 82%.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine whether there is an influence between perceptions of tax corruption and the quality of tax services on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study were individual taxpayers registered with Kpp Pratama Ruteng, totaling 97,903 people. The sample in this research was 50 individual taxpayers. Sampling used a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling approach. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data. Secondary data was obtained directly from Kpp Pratama Ruteng regarding the number of taxpayer populations and taxpayer compliance data for the last 5 years. Meanwhile, primary data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research results show that the test results for variable X1 have a significance value of t of 0.390, which means that the significance value is greater than 0.05. So the perception of tax corruption is stated to have no significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Ruteng. Meanwhile, variable X2 shows the test results for a t significance value of 0.019, which means that the significance value is smaller than 0.05. So the quality of tax authorities' services is stated to have a significant influence on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Ruteng. Keywords—Perception of Tax Corruption, Service Quality, Taxpayer Compliance Abstraksi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara persepsi korupsi pajak dan kualitas pelayanan fiskus terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar di Kpp Pratama Ruteng yang berjumlah 97.903 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak orang pribadi sejumlah 50 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan pendekatan simple random sampling. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan dan sekunder. Data sekunder di dapatkan langsung dari Kpp Pratama Ruteng mengenai jumlah populasi wajib pajak dan data kepatuhan wajib pajak 5 tahun terakhir. Sedangkan data primer di dapat dari kuisioner yang di sebarkan kepada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil pengujian pada variable X1 nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0,390 yang berarti bahwa nilai signifikansinya lebih besar dari 0,05. Sehingga persepsi korupsi pajak dinyatakan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di KPP Pratama Ruteng. Sedangkan variable X2 menunjukan hasil pengujian nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0,019 yang berarti bahwa nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sehingga kualitas pelayanan fiskus dinyatakan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di KPP Pratama Ruteng. Abstract

Currently, technology has become an inseparable part of education and learning. Various digital learning tools have been developed and widely used in the classroom. eLEMA (electronic learning materials) was developed as a mobile application that supports learning in the Invertebrate Zoology courses at the Biology Education Program, University of Palangka Raya. At that time, eLEMA was developed to meet the need for electronic learning materials for online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Along with the rapid development of technology in recent years, eLEMA needs to be developed further for updates. This research aims to develop eLEMA 2.0 for the Invertebrate Zoology course. This study is a research and development (R & D) using Hannafin & Peck development model to develop eLEMA 2.0 for the Invertebrate Zoology course on the Phylum Arthropoda topic. The development product is the eLEMA 2.0 application for lectures on the Phylum Arthropoda topic in the Invertebrate Zoology course with improvements to the user interface and additional features that support participatory learning and student-centered learning. The results of trials and validation show that all pages and content in this application were successfully opened without any disturbing errors. These results indicate that the development product is feasible to be implemented in the classroom.
