Abstract

Wedding gifts, which used to be personal and called seserahan, are now commonplace in Indonesian society and must be present at a number of wedding events. In Javanese traditional ceremonies (for example in Central Java and East Java), seserahan are usually given the night before the wedding. These wedding gifts have a very promising opportunity if made into a business. This wedding gift making training from all kinds of gifts is open to women in Lebosari Village. The delivery method is by directly providing and making materials to match the desired quality. The trainer first provides the shape of the gift, then the participants are invited to make additional shapes. Participants will also learn about statue making techniques and the tools needed to make wedding gifts. In addition, training participants also get information about the cost of making wedding gifts. The result of this training is that it can make the community more enthusiastic in filling their free time by taking advantage of existing business opportunities such as making wedding gifts.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is one of the main priorities in the world of education, especially at Sekolah Rendah Islam Integrasi (SRII) Al-Qudwah, Selangor. Facilities and infrastructure play an important role in supporting the effectiveness of learning, but their management still faces various challenges, such as limited facilities, suboptimal use of technology, and the need for more effective management strategies. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of facility and infrastructure management in improving the quality of education at SRII Al-Qudwah. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed to understand the strategies implemented in the management of facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of education. The research results show that the management strategy of facilities and infrastructure at SRII Al-Qudwah significantly influences the improvement of integrated Islamic education quality. The strategies implemented include the development of a curriculum based on Islamic values, the enhancement of teacher competencies, and the optimization of learning facilities. This optimization is primarily focused on the utilization of modern technology to support more interactive and effective learning. With this strategy, the quality of learning at SRII Al-Qudwah has significantly improved. Good management of facilities and infrastructure plays a significant role in improving the quality of education in Islamic schools. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed in the management of facilities and resources to consistently support a quality learning process.

Abstract

This research study investigates the pivotal function of strategy, operational management, and human resource management in the context of Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard Pendamar Indah 2, Malaysia.The objective of this research is to ascertain the interrelationships among these components and their practical ramifications for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in business.Utilising a qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews and document analysis to ensure a comprehensive understanding of prevailing management practices. The findings indicate that an integrated strategy that aligns operational and human resource management enhances the resilience of institutions and fosters competitive advantage. These results suggest that organisations should prioritise strategic alignment to ensure dynamic survival and facilitate further research in developing adaptive management frameworks.

Abstract

The researcher found the problems in the learning process that the students are lack of self-confidence, it makes them are unable to memorize, and difficult in pronouncing the words. Therefore, the researcher interest to research this repetition technique on students vocabulary mastery to strengthen their memory in mastering the vocabularies they learn without memorizing in the class. Vocabulary mastery is a complete skill to understand the stock of words and their meanings of a particular language. Repetition technique is repeated encounter of the words, the learners are enabled to retrieve the meaning or the form of the words to use them creatively. This research aims to know the effect of repetition technique on students vocabulary mastery. This research was conducted by using Classroom Action Research (CAR). In this study researcher made VII A students of SMP Insan Terpadu as the research target, which consist of 13 male students in academic year 2022/2023.The data were gathered through qualitative data and quantitative data. The qualitative data were gained by observation. Then, quantitative data were obtained from the student’s vocabulary score of pre-test and post-test. In this research, the researcher used 1 cycle, because based on the results, it showed that there was a development on students vocabulary mastery. It can be seen from the mean score of pre-test which was 58, while the mean score of post-test was 82. Hence, the criteria of success were achieved. Furthermore, the results of the observation showed that the students were interested in the lesson and they able to master the vocabulary with four criteria success in the teaching learning process during the implementation of repetition technique.
