Abstract

Indonesian traditional culinary businesses must face a competitive environment due to the influx of imported food products and the change of culinary taste of the younger generation. Therefore, it is necessary for small scale culinary businesses to enhance their capacity to be able to compete in the business by taking autonomous, proactive, innovative and risk-taking steps that leads to better Marketing Capability. In this research Entrepreneurship Orientation is observed through seven dimensions namely: product capability, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence. This research involved 200 culinary SMEs in the area of Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) that were randomly selected as respondents and this research concluded that there is a positive effect from autonomous, innovative and risk-taking efforts towards the Marketing Capability. Meanwhile proactive effort has a negative effect towards the Marketing Capability of the Culinary SMEs in Jabodetabek. The Marketing Capability is indicated by the promotion capability, human resources capability, process capability, and the capability of the chosen place or venue for the culinary business.

Abstract

PROGRAM OF MAPPING AND URGENCY OF HANDLING SOCIAL PROBLEMS IN NON-COASTAL AREAS IN GRESIK REGENCY, EAST JAVA. This program aims to determine the geography, demography, psychography, economic, and socio-cultural conditions, as well as the urgency of handling social problems. The study used 100 respondents consisted of 20 respondents for 5 villages. Analysis used Descriptive and SWOT. The results of the study include land altitude between 3-4 meters from sea level, rarely rain, lowland, and hot weather; densely populated with nearly equal female population with men; the community is actively learning and carrying out the religious activities that are followed and the means of worship are good and complete; most of the conditions of the region have not supported the welfare of the population and regional development; village heads have a big influence and high role for society. Each region has the urgency of handling different problems but the main problem to be addressed is inadequate facilities and infrastructure, environment, lack of development of SME.

Abstract

Considering that the SME entrepreneurs of Gresik Regency are mostly young, educated and experienced, however their businesses are not yet in legal entities. This research situates the SME business development strategy model through SWOT and EFE-EFI analysis, aiming to identify the conditions and models of SME business development strategies to improve their performances. This research has interviewed 40 respondents who were selected in multi stage, and analyzed through SWOT and EFE-IFE analysis. The result of this research explains that the ability of SME entrepreneurs in managing business and the achievement level of marketing performance is good, except the ability to manage finances. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak rasio keuangan terhadap harga saham sepuluh bank terkemuka di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk sepuluh bank yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2014 dengan kriteria berikut : (1) memiliki aset dengan jumlah terbesar pada tahun 2013-2014 (2) memiliki informasi rasio keuangan pada tahun 2013-2014 (3) tidak terjadi pemecahan saham pada tahun 2013-2014 (4) hasil pengolahan data statistiknya memenuhi uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan kriteria itu, maka jumlah bank yang terpilih adalah Bank Central Asia Tbk, Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Permata Tbk, Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk, Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk dan Bank International Indonesia Tbk. Variabel tidak bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah harga saham, sementara variabel terikat adalah Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Return on Equity (ROE). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas (LDR, NPL, CAR, and ROE) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial, LDR, CAR dan ROE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sementara, NPL tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.This research is to determine the impact of financial ratios on the stock price of ten leading banks in Indonesia. This research using a purposive sampling method for the ten banks that listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the years 2013-2014 with the following criteria : (1) has assets with the largest number in the years 2013-2014 (2) has information about financial ratios in the years 2013-2014 (3) a stock split does not occur in the years 2013-2014 (4) the results of the processing of statistical data meets classical assumption. Based on the criteria, the then banks selected are Bank Central Asia Tbk, Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Permata Tbk, Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk, Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and Bank International Indonesia Tbk. The dependent variable in this research is the stock price, while the dependent variable are Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Return on Equity (ROE). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the independent variables (LDR, NPL, CAR, and ROE) simultaneously significant effect on the stock price. Partially, LDR, CAR and ROE have a significant effect on the stock price. Meanwhile, NPL has no effect on the stock price.

Abstract

Insurance and reinsurance companies are required, to maintain a soundfinancial standing and comply with the provisions on the companies equity as stipulated by the government. To achieve such equity, the companies must retain their profitability. Under a supervision system supported by the audit committee, internal auditor and external auditor, it is expected that the insurance companies shall be able to fulfill their obligation in complying with all the prevailing regulations. If these companies fail to do so, the companies shall be subject to the supervision by the government. This study was conducted on insurance and reinsurance companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2012 (11 companies). Thirty eight high officials of the top management of the companies were interviewed as respondents. By applying the SPSS program the results showed that there are significant relations among the audit committee, the internal and external auditor in supervising the operations of the insurance companies. There is a positive correlation between the audit committee and the internal auditor; and there is a positive correlation between the audit committee and the external auditor whereas there is also a positive correlation between the internal auditor and the external auditor. Simultaneous influence of the audit committee, the internal audit and the external audit shows a positive effect on the financial soundness. However, external audit has only partial influence on the financial soundness. The simultaneous influence of audit committee, audit internal, audit external and financial soundness shows a significant effect on the profitability. The partial influence on each independent variabel (mentioned above) has a significant effect on the profitability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Avrist Assurance, dengan menggunakan 211 karyawan sebagai responden.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara acak sederhana. Analisis dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan Lisrel 8.5. Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antarabudaya organisasi dan insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta pengaruh yang signifikan antarakepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh total budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan lebih dominan daripada pengaruh total insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja dankinerja karyawan.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and incentive on job satisfaction and employees’ performance. The study was conducted in PT Avrist Assurance, using 211 employees as respondents. The sampling technique in this research is simple random. The analysis was performed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Lisrel 8.5. The study found that organizational culture and incentives significantly affect job satisfaction and employees’ performance. Moreover, job satisfaction significantly affect employees’ performance. The total effect of organizational culture on Job Satisfaction and employee performance is more dominant than the total effect of incentives on Job Satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

Pengembangan industri bahan baku obat perlu melihat berbagai aspek penting dalam rangka mendapatkan pembelajaran penting untuk mengembangankan industri didalam negeri. Kunci keberhasilan dibeberapa negara dapat menjadi contoh berharga dan tahapan yang harus dipelajari untuk diterapkan dalam negara-negara berkembang. Metode yang diterapkan deskriptif komparatif, hal ini ditujukan untuk memberikan gambaran secara lengkap dan komprehensif dari setiap negara yang melakukan pengembangan industri bahan baku obat. Hasil akhirnya memberikan suatu gambaran bahwa terdapat empat komponen penting yang berperan dan perlu menjadi perhatian dalam proses pengembangan industri bahan baku obat yaitu 1) Pemerintah, 2) Pasar, 3) Lembaga riset dan 4) Investasi.

Abstract

Kontribusi loyalitas pelanggan akan mempercepat pertumbuhan pesat bagi suatu industri kecantikan. Karena itu diperlukan penelitian tentang faktor-faktor kepuasan, dan loyalitas pelanggan industri kecantikan di Indonesia dengan tujuan ingin mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan citra merek secara parsial terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, serta pengaruh kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi penelitian adalah pelanggan Klinik Hedtutu Skin Solution. Sampel sebanyak 143 secara purposive sampling. Analisis data secara SEM dengan program Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara variabel kualitas pelayanan, dan citra merek secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, tetapi harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Harga, dan kepuasan pelanggan secara parsial berpengaruhi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, tetapi kualitas pelayanan, dan citra merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi dan daya tarik produk kuliner Cilegon, mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi para pelaku UMKM kuliner dan mengembangkan strategi bisnis kuliner kota cilegon di tengah pandemi covid-19. Urgensi penelitian ini dibuat untuk membantu pelaku UMKM kuliner untuk bangkit dan produktif kembali. Sehingga usaha kuliner yang dijalankan bisa berkembang dan memaksimalkan potensi yang ada. Hasil temuan penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan strategi bisnis kuliner kota Cilegon pada masa pandemi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan konsep manajemen strategis dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Sedangkan data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan menggunakan alat analisis IFE, EFE, IE dan SWOT. Analisis ini digunakan untuk memperoleh gambaran secara mendalam mengenai objek penelitian. Informasi disajikan dalam bentuk tabulasi angka, gambar, dan matriks sesuai dengan hasil yang diperoleh. Luaran penelitian yang ditargetkan adalah membantu pelaku UMKM kuliner untuk bangkit dan produktif kembali melalui strategi pengembangan bisnis. Sehingga usaha kuliner yang dijalankan bisa berkembang dan memaksimalkan potensi yang ada. Hasil temuan penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan strategi bisnis kuliner kota Cilegon pada masa pandemi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions and consumer loyalty in simpati prepaid internet card services for students in Jakarta. The research design used in this research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis. The type of data used in this study is primary data using a questionnaire. The sample used in this study were 200 respondents. The results showed that price has a negative effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, purchasing decisions have a positive effect on consumer loyalty, prices have a negative effect on consumer loyalty, product quality has a positive effect on consumer loyalty. not significant to consumer loyalty, product quality through purchasing decisions has a significant effect on consumer loyalty.
