Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and work environment on organizational commitment and employee performance at PT Bank Mega, Tbk Regional Makassar during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at Bank Mega Regional Makassar by taking information from permanent employees who have worked for more than 3 (three) years using a questionnaire, with a total sample of 158 employees. The data were analyzed using a quantitative approach and processed using the SPSS version 22 application. The results of this study indicate that leadership has no significant effect on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic, in contrast to the work environment and organizational commitment which have a significant effect on employee performance during the Covid pandemic. -19. This shows that during the Covid-19 pandemic, companies should pay more attention to the quality of the employee's work environment and focus on the process of increasing employee organizational commitment to the company.

Abstract

Abstract— The focus on logistics and supply chain management in most industries is as means for improving the competitiveness of the industry or companies. It is require developing a project supply chain management that reduces its cost, process and product development time, to stand in the market also not lose the benefits in the global market. To achieve a process and product that have low cost and improved quality there is requirement of combining project management techniques with current engineering resources. A good product team always works on the improvement of product quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness. They know that there are always new and innovative ideas are implemented. It is require setting the priorities of these ideas. This paper studies the different approaches of project supply chain management to developing a good product. There are many challenges faced by the developer to grow and expanding the products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of management, the workplace, and compensation on the performance and work ethics of South Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office employees. Additionally, this study seeks to understand how employee performance is impacted by workplace discipline. The moderating impact of work discipline on executive relationships, the workplace, compensation, and nurse performance is another goal of this study. The 97 employees of the South Sulawesi High Court are the subjects of this quantitative study, which is conducted on a group of people. A structured questionnaire or questionnaire was used for data collection, and Partial Least square (PLS) was used for data analysis. The findings of this study suggest that leadership, the workplace, and compensation all significantly and favorably affect work discipline. It was discovered that the work discipline variable significantly and favorably affected employee performance. This study also demonstrates that leadership, work environment, and pay have negligible or no positive effects on employee performance. According to the research, work discipline does not act as a moderator in the relationship between leadership, work environment, and compensation for employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether information technology and the work environment affect employee performance at Yus Corp Makassar. Data collection used primary data obtained from a questionnaire administered to a sample of 60 employees at Yus Corp Makassar. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression. Sampling technique used is saturated samples. The results revealed the following findings: 1) Information technology has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. 2) The work environment does not have a positive direct effect on employee performance. 3.) There is a Simultaneous Influence of Information Technology and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Yus Corp Makassar

Abstract

In a company, there is an interpersonal relationship. Interpersonal relations can be interpreted as relationships between a person and other people. From the psychology of communication, the better the interpersonal relations, the more open people are to express themselves, and the more accurate their perceptions of other people and their self-perceptions are, the more effective the communication between communicants. This study aimed to determine the effect of interpersonal relationships and motivation on contextual performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Main Branch Office Mattoangin Makassar. The analytical methods used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, and partial test (t). The results of the study using various regression analyses obtained an identifiable coefficient of 0.540 which indicates that the magnitude of the contribution given by the independent variable, namely the interpersonal relationship variable (X1) and motivation (X2), to the dependent variable, i.e. contextual performance (Y), is equal to 54%. This means that the level of change in the independent variable, namely contextual performance (Y), can be explained by changes in the independent variables, namely interpersonal relations (X1) and motivation (X2) of 54%. In comparison, the remaining 46% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based on the analysis results, interpersonal relations and motivation have a significant effect on contextual performance, meaning that if good interpersonal relationships and motivation exist between employees, contextual performance can improve

Abstract

This examine objectives to determine the reaction of working ladies to the implementation of do business from home as a shape of adaptation during the pandemic at PT. Bina Artha Ventura, knowing the impact of work from home, job pride, and work life balance on the overall performance of lady employees at PT. Bina Artha Ventura throughout the Covid 19 pandemic duration and knowing the impact of the work from home variable as a moderator on the connection between activity satisfaction and paintings existence balance on performance among girl people at PT. Bina Artha Ventura in the course of the Covid 19 pandemic length. The facts used consisted of primary and secondary facts and changed into analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results confirmed that PT. Bina Artha Ventura had made adaptations to running hours earlier than, all through and after the Covid-19 pandemic but this edition method acquired a poor reaction from operating girls due to excessive working hours and running days at some point of the post-pandemic duration. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that job satisfaction, work life balance, and flexible working arrangements have a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of female workers at PT. Bina Artha Ventura during the Covid-19 pandemic period. The results of the moderation regression analysis show that the Flexible Working Arrangement is able to moderate the relationship between Work Life Balance and Performance in female workers at PT Bina Artha Ventura during the Covid-19 pandemic period but does not significantly moderate Job Satisfaction with Performance.

Abstract

The Influence of Human Relations Against Spirit Work Employees of PT Victory International Futures Makassar Branch Study This aim is to know how to influence human relations through spirit work for employee PT. Victory International Futures Makassar Branch. Human relations (human-to-human relationships) are a necessary condition for success. Good communication between individuals and communication in companies Harmonious relations between employees make working situations and conditions conducive; this is a manifestation of the implementation of human relations, which will ultimately lead to morale for all parties. Type of research used: This is done through descriptive and quantitative research. Data collection was carried out with a share questionnaire distributed to 33 respondents at PT. Victory International Futures Makassar Branch, with the testing of hypotheses using simple linear regression. Based on the results of the simple regression analysis, the mark coefficient for human relations is -1019 to show that Human Relations (X) has a negative and significant effect on spirit work (Y) at the PT. Victory International Futures Makassar branch because that hypothesis was declared "rejected ".

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai DISDUKCAPIL (Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil) Kabupaten Majene dipengaruhi oleh tipe kepribadian dan sikap. Data primer dan sekunder digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi untuk penelitian ini. Pekerja Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Majene berjumlah lima puluh pegawai yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini. Proses pengumpulan data melibatkan pengisian kuesioner. Analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis, dan analisis data menggunakan software SPSS yang merupakan pendekatan analisis data yang digunakan. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kinerja pegawai tidak banyak dipengaruhi oleh tipe kepribadian; dan (2) kinerja pegawai tidak dipengaruhi oleh sikap. (3) tidak terdapat hubungan antara tipe kepribadian dan sikap terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Batik is a characteristic of Indonesian culture that has great economic potential for Indonesia. However, the large number of Batik business actors in Pekalongan City shows competition. To be able to survive and thrive, proper analysis is needed to find out the right strategy to face competitors. The determination of the strategy of Agifa Batik MSMEs using SWOT Analysis which is classified with IFE and EFE matrices to find out the internal factor score is 2.7 and the external factor is 2.4 which means that the position of Agifa Batik MSMEs is in a developing position. From the SWOT analysis, Agifa Batik MSMEs can take advantage of their strengths and opportunities into a stronger strategy and existing weaknesses and threats can be overcome by looking at the opportunities they have.
