Abstract

Biology learning is generally still less active and mostly uses conventional learning, which has an effect on the decline of students' critical thinking skills and absorption or student mastery of the material being taught. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) methods on students' critical thinking skills in the biology class of viii mts. mu'allimin Nw pancor 2013/2014 learning year.        This type of research is experimental research with experimental design design (pretest-posttest control group) population of this study were all students of class VIII MTs. Mualimin NW Pancor. The sample in this study was simple random sampling. Data collection techniques use tests, in the form of 5 questions. Data analysis techniques look at critical thinking skills using prerequisite tests (normality, homogeneity test) and hypothesis testing that is by t-test (t-test)       The results of the research obtained are the posttest average values in the 77.53 experimental class and the 70.92 control class and the results of the normality test are the experimental class and the normally distributed controls. To test the hypothesis used the t-test formula. obtained by tcount t table (4,166 1,874). Then it can be concluded that the use of integrated cooperative reading and composition (CIRC) learning methods has an effect on students' critical thinking skills in the biology class viii mts.mu’allimin Nw pancor learning year 2013/2014.

Abstract

For the experimental class the value of X2 count (-27.93) X2 Table (11,070) and control class X2 count (-56,23) X2 Table (11,070). While the homogeneity shows that the two groups are homogeneous which is seen from the value of Fcount (1.5) F table (1.93). To test the hypothesis used the t-test formula. obtained by tcount t table (4,166 1,874). So it can be concluded that the use of cooperative learning methods of reading and composition (CIRC) influences towards students' critical thinking skills in the biii class biology class. mu'allimin Nw pancor 2013/2014 learning year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa dengan menerapkan project based learning melalui lesson study. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas melalui lesson study dengan 3 open class dengan tahapan plan, do dan see dengan subjek berjumlah 32 mahasiswa program studi pendidikan biologi Universitas Hamzanwadi. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini meliputi lembar observasi yang digunakan untuk mengukur aktivitas mahasiswa selama pembelajaran dan tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa setelah pembelajaran. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa skor aktivitas mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran dari open class pertama, kedua dan ketiga sebesar 73,62%, 80,09% dan 84,72% terjadi peningkatan aktivitas rata-rata sebesar 5,56%. Data skor kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa selama open class diperoleh masing-masing sebesar 75%, 81,25% dan 93,75% atau meningkat rata-rata sebesar 9,38%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek melalui lesson study dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa. Implementasi PjBL melalui lesson study dalam pembelajaran diyakini dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme dosen dan mengajarkan pentingnya bagaimana bekerja sama dengan dosen mitra untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran tertentu sehingga penerapan pembelajaran PjBL melalui lesson study perlu dilakukan disemua jenjang pendidikan mulai dari Sekolah Dasar hingga Perguruan Tinggi.

Abstract

Menghadapi perkembangan teknologi pada pembelajaran abad 21 saat ini, guru dituntut untuk memiliki pengetahuan yang mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi, pengetahuan pedagogi dan konten dalam pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Melalui pemecahan masalah siswa dituntut berpikir secara sistematis, kritis, logis, serta memiliki sikap pantang menyerah untuk menemukan solusi dari masalah yang dihadapi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan model inquiry learning terintegrasi TPACK untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan model Borg & Gall yakni suatu proses sistematis yang dilakukan dalam mengembangkan suatu produk pendidikan dan mengacu pada pengembangan desain pembelajaran meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain produk, pengembangan produk, implementasi dan evaluasi produk. Penelitian dikenakan pada 60 siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muallimat NW Pancor kelas VII A dan VII D. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen pedoman atau lembar validasi produk, angket kepraktisan produk dan tes hasil belajar untuk mengukur kepraktisan dan efek potensial produk yang dikembangkan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil analisis data, desain instruksional yang dikembangkan tergolong produk yang valid dengan rata rata 152,67, praktis dengan rata rata skor kepraktisan 83, efektif dengan prosentase kepraktisan 91,67% sehingga layak untuk diimplementasikan. Produk yang dikembangkan juga potensial dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dengan N-Gain sebesar 0,75.

Abstract

Facing today's 21st century learning, teachers need to foster science literacy and consider learning strategies that are appropriate to the conditions and potential of learners. This study aims to develop a PjBL with STEAM approach model in improving  science literacy ability of high school students. This study is a development research with the Borg Gall development model. The sample of this study was class X students of SMAN 2 Selong, totaling 35 students. The instruments used to collect data include guidelines for validating learning design, practicality questionnaires and science literacy ability tests on ecosystem materials. The data analysis used in this study used descriptive analysis. Based on the validation analysis, the products developed are included in the valid category indicated by the average score of product validation by 3 experts, namely linguists, material experts and learning technology experts successively 83.91; 84.64 and 83.73. Similarly, in terms of practicality, the products developed are also classified as practical with an average practicality score of 82.63. The product is also classified as effective with a percentage of effectiveness of 88.57%. The product developed has a potential effect in the high category to improve science literacy ability on ecosystem materials with an N-Gain of 0.76

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training to teachers at Madrasah under the auspices of the Yayasan Pendidikan Ridlol Walidain (YPRW) Nahdlatul Wathan Diniah Islamiyah (NWDI) Batu Bangka in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The methods of implementing the mentoring that will be carried out are as follows: 1) a Workshop on compiling the madrasah unit curriculum, 2) a Workshop on compiling learning objectives, learning objective flows, and teaching modules, and 3) a Workshop on compiling projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. In addition to the workshop, a mentoring program for the implementation of the three workshops was also carried out. The evaluation results of this community service activity are as follows: 1) 90% of teachers stated that this activity was very satisfied with this community service pattern, 2) the quality of the curriculum products produced was classified as very good, 3) 75% of teachers were able to produce products in the form of TP, ATP, and teaching modules, and 4) the P5 team was able to produce P5 modules with a very good category. From the evaluation results, it can be said that this madrasa could be an example of implementing the Merdeka curriculum.
