Abstract -- Indonesia’s electrical are managed by PT.PLN. To increase distribution service of electric in all of area. PT PLN could forecast necessity of sell energy, so that could planning energy will be distribution based result of forecasting. Pattern of sell energy is seasonal pattern. Decomposition census II is realiable for seasonal pattern. This research study about how much necessity of sell energy for 12-monthly by decomposition census II ? The result based description of data and analisis of data are necessity of sell energy is between 28.537.128 until 33.359.590   Keywords: forecast, Decomposition census II, necessity of sell energy

Abstract

At the time of the implementation of the food program in the Tiakar Sub-District, there was no information available on the criteria that would make the head of a family eligible to be a recipient of assistance, even though this was very important so that the government's goal of fulfilling the need for nutritious food could be felt by those who really needed it. The purpose of this study was to classify the heads of families in Tiakar Subdistrict as eligible or not eligible to receive staple foods using the K-Nearest Neighbor method. This study uses interview data conducted with the heads of families in the Tiakar Village. The data analysis step is to divide the data into training data and test data by 80%:20%, determine the number of nearest neighbours, calculate the dissimilarity distance and choose a class, calculate the level of accuracy using the confusion matrix and then choose the optimal K. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the K value that was good to use in the classification of family heads in Tiakar Subdistrict was K=3 because it had an accuracy percentage of 95%.

Abstract

Palm oil is an important industrial plant and has a benefits of palm oil as the main raw material for cooking oil, increasing the country's foreign exchange and as a mainstay commodity of non-oil and gas exports. West Sumatra has 19 regencies and cities, but only 14 regencies and cities that produce palm oil. There is a high inequality in average productivity, so it is necessary to describe the ideal production of productive land area and oil palm production in West Sumatera using profile analysis. This study aims to determine the results of profile analysis in districts/cities in West Sumatra that produce palm oil. The results are the comparison of production and ideal production of the average land area in West Sumatra is not the same. There are three types of regions based on the level of optimization as follows: (1) non-optimal areas, namely West Pasaman Regency,  Sijunjung, Agam, Pesisir Selatan, Pasaman, and Dharmasraya Regencies (2) almost optimal areas, namely Lima Puluh Kota Regency. (3) optimal areas are Solok Regency, Padang Pariaman, South Solok, Padang City, Solok City, Sawahlunto City, and Pariaman City.

Abstract

This research was an experimented research that purpose to form a mathematical model for optimizing average corn production in Fifty Cities District with the constraint that the harvested area should not be more than the planted area and solve the model with the Wolfe quadratic programming method. The model of mathematical in the research was a model by formed nonlinear using the method of least squares. Then use the Wolfe method to form a new linear objective function and constraints in the form of Karush Kuhn-Tucker conditions. The results showed that the optimal average corn production in Fifty Cities District was 49.00456 tons/Ha with an optimal corn harvest area of 656.256 Ha.

Abstract

scheduling is an important component in planning deals with time management for all activities required in the process of making goods or services. Production scheduling is a tool used to determine the time period used in each working day during the production process. through the use of the Campbell Dudek Smith algorithm, this research aims to obtain satisfactory production result, namely achieving the minimum total work time so as to solve the the problem of product delivery delays at the Kerupuk Sanjai Nitta business. The Campbell Dudek Smith algorithm can determine the best scheduling order by prioritizing jobs with the least production processing time in the production process. This algorithm, which is an extension of Johnson’s algorithm, produces  iterations for alternative work schedule sequences. The results show that the best result optimal scheduling is obtained from the fifth iteration with takes a total time of  hours, so that Sanjai Nitta’s business can complete the production process earlier and save  hours of work time.

Abstract

Kapalo Banda is one of the tourist attractions located in Fifty Cities Regency. The research conducted in Kapalo Banda is related to visitor satisfaction for the elements of the services provided by applying the fuzzy service quality method. Fuzzy service quality is a combination of service quality methods and fuzzy logic. The service quality method can measure service quality based on five dimensions, namely: physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), empathy (emphaty). Based on the results of this study, it was found that visitors were not satisfied with the services they received. This is because there are five positive gap values and ten negative gap values. Therefore, it is necessary to make improvements. The attribute that is used as a reference for improvement is the one with the highest negative gap value.

Abstract

Getting maximum profit is the main goal of every company. To achieve this goal, it is important for companies to control raw material inventories. The NTB Tofu Factory is a factory engaged in food production. The number of requests at the NTB Factory is uncertain which can make the amount of supply exceed or less than demand. So that research will be carried out to control the supply of raw materials and find out the total inventory cost using the Material Requirement Planning method. The lot sizing used are the Lot for Lot technique and the Economic Order Quantity. This research is applied research. This study obtained the results that the most effective technique to apply is the lot for Lot technique because it has the minimum cost. For soybean, a total inventory cost of ???????? 1.200.000 is obtained which can save costs of 66,7%. As for flour raw materials, the total inventory cost value was ???????? 360.000 which could save costs of 59,3%.

Abstract

Cigarettes are one of the addictive tobacco products because they contain nicotine, which is transmitted between smokers and non-smokers. Prevention is done by not making contact with smokers and giving one type of nicotine replacement therapy. The purpose of this study was to find out the form of the spread of smoking habits that occurs among the community when given nicotine replacement therapy as an effort to prevent this spread. The method in this research is literature. The results of the analysis show that the smoking free fixed point  always exists. If  then the smoking habit free fixed point is asymptotically stable. The smoking habit endemic fixed point  will exist if it fulfills several conditions. Under certain conditions, the endemic fixed point is asymptotically stable and the smoking free fixed point is unstable so that smoking will endemic in the population

Abstract

Transportation problems are common issues faced by companies in the goods delivery process. UD Salim Abadi Lampung is a company engaged in marketing agricultural products. The company operates three central warehouses and seven branch warehouses, with annual transportation costs amounting to Rp. 357,184,000. The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal transportation cost, develop a transportation model, and ascertain the quantity of supplied goods. The method used is the Modified Distribution (MODI) method, with Vogel’s Approximation Method (VAM) as the initial solution. Both methods are part of the transportation method used to solve transportation problems. In this research, using VAM as an initial solution resulted in a cost of Rp. 343,334,786.5, while the MODI method, used for the optimal solution, resulted in a cost of Rp. 327,066,161.4. Therefore, based on the optimal solution, UD Salim Abadi Lampung can save Rp. 30,117,838.60 in annual transportation costs for distributing goods.Keyword : Transportation Cost Optimization, Transportation Method, Vogel’s Approximation Method, Modified Distribution Method
