Abstract

Prokrastinasi akademik memberikan dampak negatif bagi mahasiswa. Oleh sebab itu, intervensi keberlanjutan mengenai fenomena ini menjadi sorotan utama. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menentukan intervensi dari prokrastinasi yang mendominasi selama sistem pembelajaran mata kuliah pendidikan agama Islam di Universitas Kadiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden adalah empat puluh mahasiswa yang menempuh pendidikan agama Islam. Prosedur yang digunakan yaitu studi dekriptif dengan menilai skor rata – rata paling kecil untuk dilakukan intervensi. Temuan yang didapatkan yaitu lima indikator dengan peran intervensi keberlanjutan mencangkup motivasi, inovasi pembelajaran, komunikasi entitas pembelajaran, evaluasi dan konseling. Kontribusi yang dilakukan yaitu tercapainya intervensi dalam prokrastinasi akademik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of product quality, brand image, and price on customer loyalty towards the Erigo brand in Medan. The research methodology used is a descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used is quantitative data, which is obtained in numerical form. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents, while secondary data is gathered from previous data or literature studies. The population in this study comprises all Erigo consumers in Medan. The sampling technique employed is the Lemeshow formula for unknown population with a 10% tolerance, resulting in 97 respondents. Data testing is carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that product quality does not have a partial effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has a positive and significant partial effect on customer loyalty. Price has a positive and significant partial effect on customer loyalty. Product quality, brand image, and price have a positive simultaneous effect on customer loyalty with a coefficient of determination of 34.5%.

Abstract

- Technological developments cause competition. An organization is expected to have high productivity with good and quality (HR) in carrying out all its operations as a workforce. The wage level which is still very low will affect employee efforts to increase their productivity, but it is difficult to guarantee a wage increase if productivity is very low, so the author is interested in raising the problem with the title "Analysis of the Influence of Wages and Incentives on Employee Work Productivity of PT. Artamas Kurnia Bekasi" in this study was conducted with a quantitative approach and the method used was the distribution of questionnaires and what was obtained was 46 employees. The value of this r table was obtained from a significant value of 5% with a total data of 46 respondents with a result of 0.290 if r count r table then the statement is declared valid. The wage system variable is known to be t count 4.537 t table 2.011 and a significant value of 0.05 then H1 is accepted. and It is known that sig for the influence of X2 on Y is 0.05 then H2 is accepted. H3 There is an assumption that the variables of Wage Influence (X1) and Incentives (X2) have a significant influence on Work Productivity (Y). Based on this research and the discussion carried out, the analysis of the influence of wages and incentives on employee work productivity at PT Artmas Kurnia Bekasi.
