Abstract

Obesity has become a global issue with increasing prevalence across various age groups, including children and adults. Obesity increases the risk of non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Accurate health information is crucial for the prevention and management of obesity in Indonesia. However, the dissemination of inaccurate information on social media platforms like TikTok poses significant challenges. This study analyzes the motivation behind the adoption of health information via TikTok by integrating the Uses and Gratification Theory (UGT) and the Transactive Memory System (TMS). Data were collected from 255 respondents through an online questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS with PLS-SEM. The results of the study indicate that gratifications such as social interaction and personalization have a significant influence on all dimensions of TMS. Furthermore, all three dimensions of TMS significantly impact information adoption. These findings provide insights into the utilization of TikTok for health education related to obesity in Indonesia.

Abstract

Patient safety is a critical global issue, prevalent in many countries. This research aims to review publications and literature regarding the factors and interventions that aid in nurse compliance with patient safety measures. Due to limited published studies on this topic, we conducted a systematic review to identify these factors and interventions based on existing literature. We searched  databases including Scopus, Science Direct, PubMed, and ClinicalKey Nursing, using specific keywords, filtering 1918 articles down to 22 articles for analysis. The study reveals that nurse implementation of patient safety is influenced by organizational culture and leadership, resource accessibility, physical facilities, communication and collaboration, workload and job satisfaction, nurses' knowledge and skills, demographic factors, and their attitudes and perceptions. Interventions for enhancing nurse compliance in patient safety include providing training and education through technological approaches, and health service delivery via information technology systems. This review offers insights into resolving nurse compliance issues in patient safety, highlighting the importance of not only individual nurses but also hospital management and the healthcare delivery system. Effective management strategies to increase  nurse compliance in patient safety should involve hospital authorities and improvements in the nursing service system.

Abstract

XYZ company as one of the companies that provides Over-The-Top (OTT) services has problems related to defects that pass into the production environment caused by an ineffective testing process. This has an impact on user satisfaction as indicated by various user complaints when using the application. It is necessary to evaluate the maturity level which shows the ability to perform software testing and what recommendations can be given to improve the software testing process. Test Maturity Model Integration (TMMi) as a model for improving the software testing process has been widely known to improve the testing process and positively impact product quality. XYZ company, which is looking to improve its software testing process, uses the TMMi model as a reference to determine the maturity level of the testing process and provide best practices for the testing process. The assessment was conducted using the TMMi Assessment Method Application Requirement (TAMAR) and information was collected using the Delphi method. The assessment is carried out in the process area at the maturity level of level 2 and produces a rating value of P (Partially Achieved) so that the maturity level of the XYZ company software testing process is level 1 (Initial). Recommendations are prepared based on specific practices in the Test Planning and Test Environment process areas that still have weaknesses that must be improved to reach maturity level 2 (Managed). The process of preparing recommendations is assisted by the Deming cycle which is then validated with stakeholders whether these recommendations can be implemented according to the needs of XYZ company to improve the testing process.

Abstract

The rules of mad recitation in the Qur’an are a crucial aspect of tajwīd, governing the lengthening of vowel sounds that affect both meaning and recitational accuracy. Despite its importance, there is currently no reliable automatic system capable of classifying mad rules based on voice input. This study proposes a deep learning-based approach using a hybrid Convolutional Neural Network–Long Short-Term Memory (CNN-LSTM) model to automatically classify mad rules from Qur’anic recitations. The research follows the CRISP-DM methodology, covering data understanding, preparation, modeling, and evaluation stages. Acoustic features were extracted from 3,816 annotated audio segments of Surah Al-Fātiḥah, combining Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC), Chroma, Spectral Contrast, and Root Mean Square (RMS) to represent phonetic and prosodic attributes. The CNN layers captured spatial characteristics of the spectrum, while LSTM layers modeled temporal dependencies of the audio. Experimental results show that the combination of all four features achieved an accuracy of 97.21%, precision of 95.28%, recall of 95.22%, and F1-score of 95.25%. These findings indicate that multi-feature integration enhances model robustness and interpretability. The proposed CNN-LSTM framework demonstrates potential for practical deployment in voice-based tajwīd learning tools and contributes to the broader field of Qur’anic speech recognition by offering a systematic, ethically grounded, and data-driven approach to mad classification.
