Abstract

To realize a data-driven organization, good data quality is needed as a foundation for solving various problems related to data management. The case study used in this research is asset valuation comparison data. The purpose of this research is to define dimensions, measure and analyze data quality on asset valuation comparison data. There are three dimensions used in measuring data quality in this study which are adjusted based on existing regulations at Ministry X, namely accuracy, completeness, and validity. This research uses the stages in the Total Data Quality Management (TDQM) framework to measure data quality. The results of measuring all dimensions, 29 out of 58 business rules cannot be fulfilled completely. The business rules that can be fulfilled in each dimension are 47.06% in the completeness dimension, 60% in the validity dimension, and 44.44% in the accuracy dimension. The main factor causing the existence of data attributes that have not met the data quality business rules is because the asset valuation comparison data comes from various data sources. In addition, there are methods or standards for recording data from data source units that are not uniform, so an evaluation of the uniformity of data standardization and the implementation of data governance is needed. The results of this study can be used as material for organizational consideration to be more aware of the current state of data quality. In addition, it can be used by organizations to design strategies and steps to improve data quality so that it can support leaders in making the right decisions.

Abstract

The term smart museum has started to emerge in recent years along with the development of digital technology and smart concepts related to the application of technology in helping people in various sectors of life. The concept of a smart museum itself refers to the use of internet of things (IoT) technology such as sensors, wireless networks, digital applications, virtual reality, augmented reality, and smart systems to increase the interactivity, accessibility and involvement of visitors in the museum. Now more and more museums are adopting this smart solution as a way to attract visitors and optimize the visitor experience. In Indonesia, one of the museums that has transformed into a smart museum is the Museum Penerangan. In its efforts to become a smart museum, the Museum Penerangan has several supporting factors such as the number of human resources, technology support, program creativity, and support from top management. However, the main obstacle is funding because it requires a large investment to transform into a smart museum, besides that special human resources are needed to understand the technological needs that match the collection.

Abstract

The rapid rise of intelligent technology, particularly in government, is igniting a new phase of the industrial revolution around the world. As governmental entities, prisons oversee upholding social order and lowering current crime. The concept of the smart prison has not received much attention but is gaining traction. The goal of this research is to conduct a literature review to identify current prison technologies and to analyse the challenges associated with implementing smart prisons using the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) protocol. Nine credible publishers were looked up between October 2022 and December 2022. The initial search yielded 362 articles, of which 25 were included in the final phase. This research provides the current state of prison according to technology-organization-environment (TOE). Some challenges arise in the context of TOE, such as the high cost of smart technology, inadequate technology design, poor management, ineffective service, overcrowding, ageing facilities, increasing violence, disease spread, and ethical problems. This study also classifies smart prison technology based on the internet of things (IoT) architecture layer. By providing the first comprehensive review on smart prison technology, this study makes an essential contribution to the subject of prisons.

Abstract

Many companies implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with the aim of building good relationships with customers to increase sales and business competitiveness. Similar to businesses, the concept of CRM can also be applied to government agencies that provide public services to the community, which is also known as Citizenship Relationship Management (CiRM/CzRM). Statistics Indonesia (BPS), as a non-ministerial government agency with the function of administering national statistics, began implementing CRM in 2010 with the establishment of the Statistical Service Information System (SILASTIK). The services included in SILASTIK are consulting services and requests for data/statistics. To increase the trust of various segments of society as data consumers of BPS, SILASTIK is continuously developed from year to year through stages into an Integrated Statistical Service (PST) that integrates various types of services that were previously silos/spread across several BPS work units. This research analyzes aspects of CRM in government agencies based on literature and its implementation process within the organization by taking case study of the SILASTIK. Data collection was carried out using the triangulation method (interviews, observations, and document analysis). The analysis was carried out by studying the CRM aspects of SILASTIK. Recommendations are given based on the results of the analysis so that they can provide an overview to practitioners and academics regarding the implementation of CRM through the development of information systems. In addition, this research contributes to providing examples of case studies of the implementation of CRM in the field of public services by government agencies for future development and research.

Abstract

Software development in the era of global competition requires strategic technology management to enhance a company's competitiveness and economic performance. The main challenges in this process include project complexity, changing requirements, and time constraints, which often lead to project failures globally. In Indonesia, only 27% of information system projects are completed on budget and on time, highlighting significant issues in software development. AI assistants have emerged as an innovation with great potential to address these problems. With features such as code completion, code interpretation, and bug detection, this solution has the potential to increase software developers' productivity in the future. Given this context, this research aims to identify the factors influencing the intention to adopt AI assistants, particularly among software developers. The study was conducted using PLS-SEM and applied factors from common technology acceptance theories such as TAM and UTAUT. Data collection instruments were distributed using self-selection sampling and snowball sampling (N=165). Major factors in UTAUT such as effort expectancy, performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, and social influence were found to be significant in influencing attitudes or adoption intentions. Additionally, AI-specific factors in the context of UTAUT extension, such as AI literacy, were found to have an indirect effect on attitudes and behavioral intentions, moderated by other factors. It is hoped that the findings of this research can help stakeholders evaluate their strategies if they wish to adopt AI assistants and provide academic impact through scientific publications that can complement existing literature, expanding the understanding of AI integration in the professional IT realm.

Abstract

Master Data Management (MDM) provides a way for an organization to ensure its data consolidation and integration across the whole system using a single master data set, thus benefiting with seamless operational and analytical processes. Not all organizations have good directions nor know the strategies of master data management. Master Data Maturity Management Model (MD3M) provides a blueprint for organizations to assess their currently implemented master data maturity management. The case study in this paper assessed MDM implementation in Therapy House XYZ by using MD3M by Spruitz and Pietzka. The referred MD3M has 5 key topics and 13 focus areas regarding master data management implementations. By assessing each of these points, organizations could know in which directions or area they could improve regarding MDM. The data were collected by using questionnaires and interviewing a Subject Matter Expert (SME) that handled the data management and system in the organization. This research found that 57% or 36 out of 63 of MD3M capabilities have been implemented. The missing capabilities are spread thorough the 5 key topics. The organization can achieve a higher maturity level by implementing the missing capabilities. Keywords: Master Data, Master Data Management, Master Data Maturity Assessment, MD3M

Abstract

Garena is a global game developer and publisher. Garena provides users with access to popular and engaging online games for mobile and PC, developed, curated, and localized for each market. The Battle Royale genre is relatively new, and this research will evaluate Free Fire, one of the games in this genre made by Garena. Analyzing end-user reviews is considered important for evaluating software quality. Researchers need to understand which aspects need to be evaluated based on player reviews on Google Play and how the model's performance is generated using feedback from players who have played Free Fire. In this study, researchers use the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method to model topics and generate clusters in discussions for each topic. LDA is a generative probabilistic model of a corpus. This research on topic modeling using Google Play reviews and LDA has identified the topics users are most concerned with. The research shows three main aspects: bugs, graphics and performance, and game rules/punishment policy, as aspects that need to be evaluated based on player reviews on Google Play.
