Abstract

This research aims to examine how the management of the internalisation of the Pancasila Student Profile at Pangudi Luhur Domenico Savio Junior High School consists of planning, implementation, and supervision. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and document stufdi. Data validation is done by triangulating sources and techniques. The data collected will be analysed using the Miles and Huberman flow model, namely reduction, data display, and conclusion / verification. The results showed that the planning for the internalisation of the Pancasila Learner Profile at Pangudi Luhur Domenico Savio Junior High School goes through a process that includes adjusting the planning with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture, planning is carried out in an annual work meeting, and socialising the school curriculum to parents. Internalisation of the Pancasila Learner Profile is integrated into all school activities, namely classroom learning activities, activities of the Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project (P5), extracurricular activities, and habituation as well as the school's annual program. Internalisation of the Pancasila Learner Profile is carried out with the supervision of all school parties starting from overall supervision by the principal, and supervision in the field by educators. The condition of character education at Domenico Savio Junior High School based on research can be said to be effective because the school makes various efforts and strategies. Character education is implemented by combining the dimensions of the Pancasila Learner Profile with the values adopted by the school.

Abstract

Abstrak- Asap rokok dan kebisingan merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi di sekolah, sedangkan dalam penanganan masalah asap rokok dan kebisingan di sekolah belum maksimal karena belum terdapat alat yang mampu mendeteksi asap rokok sekaligus kebisingan yang diterapkan di sekolah. Pemantauan kondisi ruang kelas agar tetap kondusif perlu diadakan, maka dari itu dilakukan pengembangan alarm deteksi asap rokok dan kebisingan pada ruang kelas secara otomatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam memonitoring kondisi di ruang kelas ketika ruang kelas sedang tidak ada guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D), yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan mulai yaitu dari potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, ambil data, analisis data, hasil dan pembahasan, simpulan serta selesai. Dalam penelitian dihasilkan alarm deteksi asap rokok dan kebisingan pada ruang kelas secara otomatis berbasis mikrokontroler yang terdiri dari Arduino Uno, sensor TGS 2600, sensor LM 358, Buzzer, LED, LCD dan Fan. Tahap pengujian meliputi uji coba kelayakan. Hasil analisis data dihasilkan persentase sebesar 82,63 dengan kategori valid. Hasil pengujian sensor asap rokok dan kebisingan sudah dikalibrasi sesuai kondisi sebenarnya. Alarm ini, bagian sensor asap rokok tidak dapat diimplementasikan di ruang kelas nyata, sedangkan bagian sensor kebisingan dapat diimplentasikan di ruang kelas nyata dengan menyetting tingkat kepekaan.  Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya, bagian sensor asap rokok dapat dikembangkan, mampu mendeteksi asap rokok pada ruang kelas nyata.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the automotive air conditioning (AC) maintenance competency of students at SMK Al Asror, in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR) vocational program. The research method employed is a development research approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In the analysis phase, the researcher identified a lack of facilities and infrastructure as a key factor contributing to students’ low competency scores. During the design phase, a maintenance module was developed based on the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI). The development phase involved validation testing by subject matter experts and media experts, who provided input for revisions. This study was conducted at SMK Al Asror Semarang, with a total population of 29 students, all of whom were used as the research sample. A pre-vocational competency test (pretest) was conducted before the intervention, followed by a posttest after the intervention. The practicality of the module was also analyzed based on aspects such as ease of use, clarity, design, usefulness, and relevance. In the final evaluation stage, a practical competency test in automotive AC maintenance was conducted with external assessors from industry partners. The findings indicate that the use of the maintenance module is effective in enhancing students' competency in automotive AC maintenance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of pedagogical competence and achievement motivation on teacher performance, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 02, Jepara Regency. Using a quantitative approach and path analysis based on survey data from teachers, the results show that pedagogical competence and achievement motivation have a significant direct effect on teacher performance. In addition, achievement motivation also has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, which in turn improves teacher performance confirming the role of organizational commitment as an effective mediator in this relationship. However, pedagogical competence does not have a significant effect on organizational commitment, so there is no mediating effect in this pathway. The R² value of 0.754 on teacher performance indicates that the model has high explanatory power. These findings have important implications for teacher development policies, whereby improving performance is not only achieved through technical (pedagogical) training, but also requires strengthening psychological aspects such as achievement motivation and the formation of organizational commitment through transformational leadership, performance-based rewards, and a supportive work climate.
