Abstract

AbstrakManajemen secara umum dapat dipahami sebagai salah satu bidang ilmu yang mencakup dimensi kehidupan individu dan sosial. Dalam institusi pendidikan, penerapan keilmuan manajemen berarti menjalankan program-program pendidikan agar mencapai tujuan yang dicita-citakan secara efektif dan efisien. Pesantren dan madrasah perlu diberdayakan agar berfungsi efektif. Tidak ada jalan lain kecuali meningkatkan kemampuan dan kinerja para pimpinan lembaga pendidikan Islam dari cara kerja yang mengandalkan manajemen yang berorientasi secara rutinitas atau asal jadi, kepada bekerja dengan manajemen efektif yang berorientasi kualitas. Penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen pada lembaga pendidikan Islam (pesantren dan madrasah) merupakan intisari lembaga pendidikan Islam. Oleh karena itu, keberhasilan pendidikan sangat ditentukan oleh proses belajar mengajar yang baik yang disertai dengan manajemen yang baik pula.AbstractManagement can be understood as one of the areas of science covering the dimensions of individual and social life. In educational institutions, the implementation of science management means running educational programs in order to achieve the goals that aspired effectively and efficiently. Pesantren and madrasahs need to be empowered to function effectively. There is no other way except to improve the capabilities and performance of the leaders of the Islamic educational institutions from the workings that rely on routine or originally oriented management to work with effective, quality-oriented management. Implementation of management functions in Islamic educational institutions (pesantren and madrasah) is the essence of Islamic education institutions. Therefore, the success of education is determined by the process of good teaching and learning which is accompanied by good management as well.

Abstract

Education is a long-term investment in designing the pattern of human life in the future. First, education as an effort oriented to the formation of a potential human figure intellectually through the learning process; Secondly, education is an ethnically and ethnically formative society through the transfer of values process contained therein; Third, education is one of the guarantees to gain a better life as well as high dignity. In order for education to be an investment then the development and dynamics of educational institutions to a better direction is a necessity. One of the theoretical concepts offered in this paper is the implementation of strategic management and operational management in educational institutions. Through these two theoretical concepts, management of educational institutions is expected to direct and influence the quality of education products / outcomes such as curriculum, administration of institutional management and students.

Abstract

This study discusses the values ​​of moral education in the book al-Arba'in al-Nawawiyah by Imam Nawawi. This research was conducted with the objectives: (1) to determine the values ​​of moral education contained in the Kitab al-Arba'in al-Nawawiyah, (2) to determine the concept of implementing the values ​​of moral education in the Kitab al-Arba'in al-Nawawiyah. Nawawiyah. This library research research is carried out by collecting data or materials related to the theme of the discussion and the problem, which is taken from library sources, then analyzed by the method of content analysis, this analysis examines the values ​​of moral education from the contents of the book al-Arba'in al-Nawawiyah. To support this research, the author uses the main data source, namely, the book of hadith al-Arba'in al-Nawawiyah by Imam Nawawi. Data were analyzed using content analysis. The results of the study show that the book al-Arba'in al-Nawawiyah contains the values ​​of moral education, broadly divided into two parts, namely: morals to Allah Swt and morals to creatures. First, Morals towards Allah include: monotheism, piety, prayer, shame, and trustworthiness, second, Morals towards creatures include: morality towards fellow humans (saying good, being generous, holding back anger, maintaining honor, advice, brotherhood, helper, forgiving), morals towards oneself (maintaining cleanliness and beauty and asceticism), morals towards neighbors and guests, morals towards animals. Some of these educational values ​​can be implemented in schools and in everyday life by using several methods including the mau'izah (advice) method, the uswatuh hasanah (exemplary) method, the ta'wid method (habituation) and the targhib and tarhib methods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of additional morning lessons in improving Arabic speaking skills for students at the Al-Karamah Bima Islamic boarding school. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at the Al-Karamah Bima Islamic Boarding School. The subjects of this study were educators in the additional morning lessons and 19 (nineteen) students in grade 3 science. There are three data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of observations and interviews, it can be concluded that 1) the implementation of additional morning learning is carried out after the morning prayer, by giving several mufradats of approximately three or five mufradat and additional morning learning is carried out every day so that students master Arabic. 2) the results of additional morning learning are an increase both in terms of grades and in terms of student understanding. 3) the effectiveness of additional morning learning in improving Arabic speaking skills for students is very effective and appropriate in achieving the goals to be achieved by Islamic boarding schools, it is proven that most of the students have experienced an increase from the results of observations, interviews, and the scores obtained.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of the discovery learning model in Arabic language learning. This research is a Pre-Experimental quantitative research. This research design is a one-group pretest-posttest, which uses one group without a comparison group. The sample of this research is grade VII, with 22 students in total. The methods of data collection used are tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with the t-test. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, the research result of the overall average score before the application of the discovery learning model is 37. Meanwhile, the research result of the overall average score after the application of the discovery learning model is 87. Furthermore, the inferential statistical analysis showed that this discovery learning model could improve Arabic language learning in grade VII at the Darul Aman Takalar Islamic Boarding School. This research implies that the discovery learning model can be used as an alternative in the Arabic language learning process.

Abstract

This thesis aims to: 1) Describe the influence of teacher and student attachment on the motivation to memorize the Qur'an of students in the BTQ subject at MTs Madani Alauddin Paopao; 2) Describe the motivation to memorize the Qur'an of students at MTs Madani Alauddin Paopao; 3) Analyze the influence of teacher and student attachment on the motivation to memorize the Qur'an of students in the BTQ subject at MTs Madani Alauddin Paopao. This type of research is quantitative research using the ex post facto method with a simple paradigm research design. The respondents in this study numbered 150 people with a sampling technique of simple random sampling of 30 students. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, it can be concluded that: teacher and student attachment is in the moderate category with a percentage of 70% while the motivation to memorize the Qur'an of students at MTs Madani Alauddin Paopao is also in the moderate category with a percentage of 73%. From the results of the analysis, the real level (α) and table value were obtained at 5% or 0.05. Where the results of the analysis were obtained tcount = 2.930 while the ttable value = 1.701 for 30 samples which can be interpreted that tcount> ttable, namely 2.930> 1.701. Thus, the attachment of teachers and students influences the motivation to memorize the Qur'an of students at MTs Madani Alauddin Paopao, namely 16.8% while the remaining 83.2% is influenced by other variables. The implications of this study are for students to focus more on the relationship between teacher and student attachment. For teachers, to be able to find things that make students not bored during the learning process in memorizing the Qur'an. For schools, to be able to be used as evaluation material for the attachment of teachers and students to increase the motivation to memorize the Qur'an of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang: “Membina Kepribadian Islami Masyarakat Pemulung di Kampung Amanah di Kota Madya Makassar”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terkait dengan cakupan pembinaan kepribadian Masyarakat Islami komunitas pemulung. Teknik pengumpulan data peneliti langsung bertemu dengan mereka dan ikut terlibat dalam membina kepribadian mereka, Ada wawancara, observasi dan tes langsung untuk mengetahui kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an. Gambaran umum sebagai komunitas Masyarakat yang hidup di zaman kemajuan dengan berbagai macam tantangan. Tantangan untuk hidup layak sebagai makhluk Tuhan, baik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan material maupun kebutuhan spiritual. Kebutuhan material yakni terpenuhinya sandang, papan dan pangan. Mereka bekerja keras dari pagi sampai di malam hari dengan mengumpulkan barang-barang bekas, ditimbang dan dijual. Wawancara penulis dengan informan, bahwa mereka mengumpulkan barang-barang bekas dengan harga Rp. 1.300/kg. Mereka menyebar di sekitar wilayah Kota Makassar mengumpulkan bahan bekas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan anak, dan istri mereka. Hasil wawancara penulis terkait dengan kepribadian Islami. Mereka adalah muslim, tetapi pelaksanaan syareat perlu dibimbing untuk memahami Islam secara kaffah (akidah, syareat dan akhlak).

Abstract

Society is the pioneer, determinant of progress, and the welfare of a state and nation, therefore the government of a country must pay attention to the welfare of the community, especially the young generation that has just grown up among the community. It is this young generation that will determine the fate of the nation and state in the future, because today's youth are the leaders of the future. Our country, Indonesia, has a lot of diversity in religion, culture, and so on, Indonesia is also a religious country, it can be seen in the ideology of the nation, namely Pancasila, in the first principle which reads "Belief in One God", however, many Indonesian people who are the majority of adherents of Islam cannot read the Qur'an, or in other words they are illiterate al-Qur'an with a percentage of 65% of 223 million Muslims unable to read the Qur'an, and this is a serious problem for Muslims in Indonesia. The purpose of this service is to provide guidance and learning to the children of the nation's generation to read the Qur'an properly and correctly, using the Iqro' method which refers to the "Child Centered" education pattern which provides the widest possible opportunity for each learner to develop optimally according to ability, to improve the quality of the younger generation on the religious side in accordance with the first principle of Pancasila, and reduce the number of Qur'an illiteracy in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the relationship of the level of reading of the Quran with the results of studying Islam students of SMA Negeri 10 Gowa.  This research field research initiative is descriptive quantitative with causal associative methods. Simple sampling technique random sampling with a sample number of 60 students. Learners who test read The Quran score: Melafadzkan value so makhrajnya get an average score of 3.5; Melafadzkan Value since its nature get a flat value of 3.1; Melafadz kan Kekkahan with law readings average value of 3.0; and Read the Quran smoothly the average value of 3.3. Based on the criteria of the decision decision, then H0 is accepted and Ha abroad there is no literacy relationship between the literacy of the Quran and the results of learning PAI at SMA Negeri 10 Gowa.

Abstract

Pembelajaran adalah segala sesuatu yang dapat membawa informasi dan pengetahuan dalam interaksi yang berlangsung antara pendidik dengan peserta didik. (Asyar, 2011). Belajar menurut pengertian psikologis merupakan suatu proses perubahan tingkah laku sebagai hasil dari interaksi dengan lingkungannya dalam menentukan kebutuhan hidupnya. Perubahan-perubahan tersebut akan nyata dalam seluruh aspek tingkah laku. Menurut psikologi klasik, hakikat belajar adalah all learning is a prosses of developing or training of mind. Belajar adalah melihat objek dengan menggunakan substansi dan sensasi. Menurut teori mental State, Belajar adalah memperoleh pengetahuan malalui alat indra yang disampaikan dalam bentuk perangsang-perangsang dari luar. Pengalaman-pengalaman berasosiasi dan bereproduksi. Oleh karena itu latihan memegang peranan penting. Pembelajaran yang berkualitas sangat tergantung dari motivasi peserta didik dan kreativitas pendidik. Peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi tinggi ditunjang dengan pendidik yang mampu memfasilitasi motivasi tersebut akan membawa pada keberhasilan pencapaian target belajar. Target belajar dapat diukur melalui perubahan sikap dan kemampuan siswa melalui proses belajar. Desain pembelajaran yang baik, ditunjang fasilitas yang memandai, ditambah dengan kreativitas pendidik akan membuat peserta didik lebih mudah mencapai target belajar. Kualitas lembaga pendidikan dipandang baik jika kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), sarana prasarana dan atmosfer akademik baik. Mahasiswa akan merasa puas jika kinerja baik, yaitu sesuai yang diharapkan. Tenaga pendidik di perguruan tinggi yaitu dosen memiliki kedudukan yang sangat penting dalam kinerja perguruan tinggi sebagai penyedia layanan pendidikan. Kinerja perguruan tinggi dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila dosen memiliki kompetensi-kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan dalam UU Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen yang meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi sosial, kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi kepribadian. Kompetensi yang tinggi akan menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal. lembaga pendidikan bekerja dengan. Selain kompetensi dosen, kinerja perguruan tinggi akan berjalan dengan baik jika ditunjang dengan sarana dan prasarana atau fasilitas yang baik untuk proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Asiabaka (2008) mengemukakan bahwa fasilitas belajar memainkan peran penting dalam aktualisasi tujuan dan sasaran pendidikan dengan memenuhi kebutuhan fisik dan emosional dari staf dan mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi.
