Abstract

Forecasting  is  important  for  companies  in  formulating  corporate  strategy  in  the  future. Therefore, an appropriate forecasting method is absolutely necessary that the company can make a good business plan. CV. Zami Putra is a company convection. Every day serves many transactions for sell such as school uniforms, uniforms of various agencies, shirts, tracksuits that demand has a trend as well a seasonal factor. Abstract

Tomato is the most widely cultivated fruit in the world. The low production of tomato in Indonesia at planting tomato regardless quality. Then be directed to increase tomato quality with planting of the seed is available from the selection of good tomato quality. Science and digital image processing technology make it possible for tomato quality selection with automatically, by using application tomato fruit selection for superior seed by color and size using color space Hue Saturation Value (HSV) method and thresholding processing. From the result of application has 3 (three) output from the color and size of the fruit is good tomato, half as nice tomato and not nice tomato. Keyword :   Tomato, Color, Size, Hue Saturation Value (HSV), Quantization HSV, Thresholding, Otsu Threshold, Data Similarly.

Abstract

n recent years there has been a method of planting fruit in pots or often called tabulampot which is very beneficial for cultivators who have limited land. But now the diagnosis of plant diseases using the manual way is to ask directly with an expert.. It is inconvenient a cultivator of plants to make a diagnosis with the constraints of time constraints. Therefore, a system that can diagnose plant-based fruit crop disease, by applying the Dempster Shafer method.The stages of system development used in accordance with the mentioned by kusumadewi, there are 6 stages is the first phase of the state assessment stage which is the process of determining the important things as the basis of the problems analyzed, the second stage is the knowledge collection is the concept of knowledge based search from experts other literature studies. The third stage is the design in which there is the implementation of dempster shafer method using php programming language, the fourth stage is the test phase conducted 3 testing process that is functional testing, testing with excel and the fifth stage accuracy testing is the documentation stage and the last is the maintenance phase.The results of the system in the form of information types of diseases that may attack fruit crops. The results of a trial of 10 cases performed by comparing the suitability of the diagnosis results between the application with the expert, then obtained a percentage or accuracy of 100% truth value of the diagnosis predictions in accordance with the knowledge possessed by the expert.Kata kunci: expert system, tabulampot, dempster shafer

Abstract

Increasing the use of electricity resources can lead to an energy crisis, so efforts are needed to make efficient use of these resources. Malang State Polytechnic is one of the educational institutions that needs electrical energy to support learning activities. Based on the total number of students more than 10,000 so that the electrical power used daily can be categorized as very large. Along with the development of information technology that is increasingly rapid, it is possible to build an application to monitor the use of electricity resources so that it is expected to minimize the use of electrical energy that is not so important. This study using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto and Raspberry PI methods for monitoring and profilling light conditions. Input variables used are light and time which consists of five linguistic values. This research was implemented in 2 laboratory rooms at Malang State Polytechnic. The Raspberry Pi can monitor the light intensity in a room using two inputs, namely light and time, then the inoutan will be processed using fuzzy inference to get a very low, low, medium, high, and very high output score. So that the light intensity intensity monitoring system in this study can be used to conduct the conditions of the use of electrical energy, especially the power of indoor lighting. Keywords : Fuzzy Tsukamoto, Light, Monitoring, Profilling, Raspberry Pi

Abstract

Pengaduan disampaikan oleh pelapor kepada pengelola pengaduan pelayanan publik atas pelaksanaan pelayanan yang tidak sesuai standar pelayanan, atau pengabaian kewajiban dan/atau pelanggaran larangan yang dilakukan oleh penyelenggara. Untuk memudahkan pengelolaan pengaduan secara nasional, Pemerintah Pusat telah meluncurkan website layanan pengaduan online bernama LAPOR dan untuk beberapa kota besar lainnya juga meluncurkan website serupa. Dari 264 juta penduduk Indonesia per hari, terdapat sekitar 300-570 pengaduan per hari yang disampaikan melalui website tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat website pengaduan warga menggunakan text mining yang mengimplementasikan analisis kemiripan teks untuk penentuan layanan. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode text mining berupa text preprocessing dan pembobotan TF-IDF serta untuk analisis kemiripannya menggunakan metode Cosine Samemility. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 75% dengan menggunakan pendekatan kesamaan pengaduan dengan pengaduan dan 80% dengan menggunakan pendekatan kesamaan rata-rata tiap departemen.
