Abstract

Project management is an agenda or activity carried out as part of a plan to control human resources in a company or company. This is done in order to realize the goal within a predetermined time with certain resources. Website is a collection of components consisting of text, images, animated sounds, which are interesting information media and are very popular so that they can be used as a medium for sharing information. On the project management internship website that has been provided by PT. DIGTIVE is a website that is only used for internships working for companies. The author evaluates the project management internship website against the background of the importance of using the website in relation to monitoring or controlling human resources. Especially for internships that do tasks or work remotely or WFH. In the evaluation at PT. DIGTIVE the author will use the Human Centered Design (HCD) method. Then in evaluating the website the author also uses an additional method in the form of System Usability Scale (SUS). System Usability Scale (SUS). The solution design evaluation stage is almost the same as the initial design evaluation, namely measuring usability which includes three aspects of effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction. The respondents who participated in this assessment are the same respondents who participated in designing the initial design assessment. The researcher's observations showed that overall all the respondents successfully completed the task. This can be seen from the calculation of the percentage of effectiveness obtained by 100%. In the aspect of efficiency, the average time required for working on the task. Information related to the tasks assigned is the fastest at 3.26 seconds. This aspect of user satisfaction uses a System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The respondents involved in the design of this solution were still the same as at the time of the initial design, which used 10 respondents consisting of 3 stakeholders and 7 internship children from PT. DIGTIVE.

Abstract

Notary Office and PPAT Ade Suryatini is a notary office located in Grogol, Jakarta, which every day makes many deed documents based on requests from clients. Based on an interview with Ms. Ade Suryatini as a notary, there are two problems in the deed-making process, namely the difficulty of employees in finding deed documents that are being worked on or those that have been completed and the process of monitoring the deed document processing is still done manually. Therefore, a management information system and supervision of deed documents was made which can be a solution for both problems. System development is carried out using the waterfall model SDLC method with web-based implementation. At the requirements analysis stage, user requirements and functional requirements of the system are obtained which produce use cases. Then do the system design which includes sequence diagrams, class diagrams, database design and interface design. From database design and interface design, database implementation is carried out using mysql and interface design using the laravel framework. Then the last stage is testing the system that has been implemented using validation testing using blackbox testing which produces 38 test cases with 100% valid results and user acceptance testing testing which produces a final value of 99%.

Abstract

PT Segar Murni Utama (MOJOTRAS) Mojokerto is a company engaged in the processing of Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) which was founded in 2004 in the Mojokerto area, East Java. PT Segar Murni Utama (MOJOTRAS) Mojokerto is a company engaged in the processing of Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK). In mineral water production activities, the company produces several kinds of products, namely Gallon products, 1500 ml bottle products, 600 ml bottle products, 330 ml bottle products, and 240 ml cup products. In this production process there are things that need to be considered by the company, such as the achievement of activities that are not in accordance with the product sales target and there are several errors that occur during the production process. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct evaluation on the current production business process using the Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) which aims to evaluate the quality of business processes based on facts. As well as the Raci Chart method which aims to identify the duties and responsibilities of participants or stakeholders in the company, and model them into the Business Process Model and Nation (BPMN). Business process evaluation can be used by companies to compare the business targets made with the final results of these business activities.

Abstract

Letters are written communication media that originate from one party and are addressed to other parties and are used to convey information. CV. Putra Bahari is a company engaged in the procurement of goods, services and construction services. The management of correspondence by CV. Putra Bahari currently uses conventional methods or has not been fully computerized, letters received and sent have different types, quantities and origins, including from gmail or from physical letters sent directly to the office of CV. Putra Bahari. That way, the use of correspondence management in the conventional way has many risks such as loss of mail data, takes up a lot of space and the process of managing correspondence such as distribution and making of letters. In filing letters, there are incoming and outgoing letters, where there are letters in the form of physical documents and soft files. With the above problems, it is necessary to develop a web-based mail management system to help manage correspondence with the integration of the IMAP Gmail protocol. Using the waterfall software development method because it has a sequential series and clear workflow. Where in the development stage using the waterfall method and designing using the Unified Model Language (UML) which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. In its implementation, the Laravel framework is used which has the advantages of making a better program code function, has good documentation on the official page and provides security against basic web security attacks, while at the testing stage it uses black box testing.

Abstract

Baraya Cargo is a shipping company that carries out shipping activities through a series of business process activities starting from contract agreements, shipping preparation, delivery, and ending with the issuance of invoices. The current business processes are still experiencing problems from time delays and the occurrence of a lack of documents that disrupt the performance of Baraya Cargo. Therefore, improvement activities were carried out starting from modeling the main business processes in the form of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) in the Bizagi application. The business process model is then evaluated using the Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF). It was found that there are 3 main business processes that have problems where there are inappropriate metric values. After that, an analysis was carried out using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to find the root cause of the metrics that did not match. Recommendations are then given using streaming tools from Business Process Improvement (BPI). Finally, a simulation was carried out through the Bizagi application to determine the time performance improvement between business processes (as-is) and business processes (to-be). The simulation results show that the contract agreement business process has increased performance by 75.5%, the delivery business process is 1.6% and the invoice issuance business process is 76.5%. It can be seen that the implementation of the recommended business process shows a significant performance improvement when applied to Baraya Cargo.

Abstract

Vinokost is one of the boarding houses in Malang City. This boarding house is close to various well-known university in Malang City. The existing management or administrative system at Vinokost uses simple recording on books and receipts for payment. Payments made by boarding house residents are also still in cash. The occupants or renters of the boarding house must go to the automated teller machine to withdraw the money which will then be paid to the boarding house manager. This process certainly does not take a short time. Therefore, a web-based information system is needed to facilitate the management of boarding houses and is also integrated into the payment gateway to facilitate payments. The Vinokost boarding house management system was built by adapting the Waterfall development method. There are 5 stages, namely data mining, requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The boarding house management system is developed using the Laravel framework for the backend and Bootstrap for the frontend. The database used is MySQL with the help of phpMyAdmin. As for the payment gateway using services from Midtrans. In the tests carried out using Black Box Testing, the status of 100% successful means that the requirements that must be met by the system have been met.

Abstract

In the process of daily activities at Perum Bulog, the Malang branch office still uses the conventional method, namely, marketing to consumers using paper leaflets that are distributed or given directly to consumers by the BULOG commercial division. And consumers who want to join as RPK (official BULOG distributor) must come and register directly at the Malang branch of BULOG. To overcome this, an online information system is needed in order to organize marketing management properly. Utilization of internet technology in the marketing efforts of a company's products is one solution in increasing sales and income in the business world. To overcome the barriers of space and time that have been obstacles to conventional sales systems, this cannot be separated from the role of the web as a source of information on the internet. The implementation of the development of the BULOG Product Catalog Information System uses one of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methods, namely the Waterfall Model. The Waterfall model was chosen by the author over other models because the author feels that this model is the most effective and suitable model to help solve this problem. Development using the Waterfall model is carried out in stages and a detailed definition of each phase is carried out, especially in the system requirements planning phase at the beginning of the application process. Furthermore, in this development the author uses the CodeIgniter Framework, because the CodeIgniter framework is relatively easy to understand and CodeIgniter also provides various kinds of libraries that can facilitate application development.

Abstract

The retail sellers who use digital tools in business adaptation are can survive better during the pandemic. PT. Ayo Techno Idea, as a company that provides digital buying and selling transaction tools, has an application called Ngorder.id. Where application users (sellers) have difficulty dealing with uncertain stock needs manually. This study aims to explain the results of the implementation of the prediction method and dashboard visualization according to the needs of Ngorder.id application users. The research analysis procedure uses the Knowledge Discovery in Database process which consists of the data collection and evaluation stages. The results of the study have found that four data attributes are needed in the implementation of data mining prediction methods. Then, the results of the implementation of the prediction of product sales transactions using the Single Exponential Smoothing method got decent performance with details of one of the nine products having a MAPE value of 14.89%, seven products having a MAPE value range of 20% to 50%, and one product having a MAPE value of 68, 21%. While the implementation of the Double Exponential Smoothing method has a low-performance tendency. Where obtained seven products have a MAPE value of more than 50% and the remaining two have a MAPE value of 42.79% and 33.68%. In the study, the results of the visual representation of the data were divided into three pages with different focuses and got a usability score in the good category. So it is feasible to use it as a feature reference and to help make decisions on sales transactions for application products.

Abstract

Warung Wareg is a restaurant that serves a home-cooked menu with a mainstay menu in the form of various processed fish-based ingredients. In its business activities, restaurants need to carry out customer relationship management, one of which is by managing feedback well. One way that can be done is to manage reviews from users. The number of reviews numbering in the thousands makes it difficult for Warung Wareg to manage customer reviews, therefore a sentiment analysis is necessary to find out what customers think about Warung Wareg's services and products. The source of review data comes from Google Reviews and Tripadvisor by utilizing selenium for web scraping. Sentiment analysis was performed using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method with term frequency - inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) as word weighting. Random undersampling technique is used to handle imbalance dataset. Hyperparameter tuning technique is done to produce the best model. Testing the results using the confusion matrix produces an accuracy value of 94%. The dashboard page is used to visualize the classification results using the Google Data Studio platform. The negative review ranking process is carried out to find the most negative reviews given by customers. From the results of the classification, a root cause analysis is also carried out to find the root causes of the negative reviews to formulate business recommendations that can be taken to overcome these problems.

Abstract

Kober Mie Setan is the first restaurant to offer spicy noodle products at affordable prices since 2010. New competitors in the same industry make Kober Mie Setan require a business strategy that can maintain a competitive advantage and serve as a reference for evaluation. One way to develop an effective business strategy is to pay attention to customer reviews. However, Kober Mie Setan needs the technology to manage customer reviews that can generate useful information. One solution is to use sentiment analysis of Kober Mie Setan Malang's customer reviews. This study uses 2,496 customer review data from 2016-2022 obtained through web scraping techniques on the Google Review website. Furthermore, the sentiment classification process uses a support vector machine (SVM) algorithm with the term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF). Testing with the confusion matrix produces an accuracy value of 92%, a reference for model performance because the data is balanced. The results of the sentiment analysis process are visualized in the form of a dashboard and analyzed using root cause analysis. Root cause analysis produces a finding in the form of root causes in food quality, service quality, price, and physical environment, which will be discussed with stakeholders to create business recommendations.
