Abstract

Data mentah yang belum di olah akan memperlambat proses penyampaian data, dengan menggunakan eksplorasi data analisis data yang akan di sampaikan akan lebih jelas dan dapat dipahami dengan mudah oleh pembaca. Data yang digunakan adalah data capaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) 3 Fakultas Teknik UNG Tahun 2021. IKU 3 terkait data dosen berkegiatan di luar kampus. Data IKU 3 FT UNG diperoleh dari capaian IKU 3 UNG yang telah diverifikasi Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Tahun 2021. Data tersebut kemudian dilakukan Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), sehingga didapatkan insight (wawasan) terhadap data tersebut. Proses yang terjadi adalah proses pengenalan masalah, pengumpulan data, pembersihan data dan kemudian analisis data eksplorasi. dari data yang didapatkan setelah melakukan EDA adalah untuk meningkatkan capaian IKU 3 Fakultas teknik UNG adalah dengan melakukan pengembangan terhadap dosen baru dan juga dosen yang belum pernah melakukan kegiatan di luar kampus. Dari data itu didapatkan pula data prodi yang paling banyak menyumbang dosen berkontribusi yaitu sebanyak 83%, dan juga prodi yang menyumbang paling rendah sekitar 18%. Dengan didapatkannya hasil ini, penentu kebijakan dapat mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan hal-hal yang dapat meningkatkan capaian IKU 3 Fakultas Teknik UNG.  Raw data that has not been processed will slow down the process of conveying data, by using data exploration data analysis that will be conveyed will be clearer and can be easily understood by readers. The data used is the Main Performance Indicator (IKU) 3 achievement data for the Faculty of Engineering UNG in 2021. IKU 3 is related to lecturer data on activities outside the campus. The IKU 3 FT UNG data was obtained from the achievements of the IKU 3 UNG which have been verified by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in 2021. The data was then carried out by Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), so that insight was obtained from the data. The process that occurs is the process of problem identification, data collection, data cleaning and then exploratory data analysis. from the data obtained after carrying out the EDA is to improve the achievement of IKU 3 UNG Faculty of engineering is to develop new lecturers and also lecturers who have never carried out activities outside the campus. From the data, it was also obtained that the study programs that contributed the most were lecturers, namely 83%, and also the study programs that contributed the lowest, around 18%. By obtaining these results, policy makers can make decisions to do things that can improve IKU 3 achievements at the UNG Faculty of Engineering.

Abstract

The implementation of the Community Service Program – Building Villages this time is an integrated Community Service program with Merdeka Learning - Merdeka Campus activities which will be recognized as 20 credit hours of academic activities and spread over several courses, both contained in the curriculum and freeform courses. Based on the results of an assessment of community needs, a list of inventory problems, and a list of the potential that exists in Pontolo village, the KKN MBKM – Building Villages in 2022 has proposed 3 (three) core programs to the village government and have received approval, namely: 1). Microsoft Excel Training and Preparation of Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI); 2). Dissemination and repair of good and safe electrical installations, and 3). UMKM training. The KKN MBKM Program – Building Villages in 2022 in Pontolo village, Mananggu sub-district, Boalemo district has produced: 1). Village officials who have skills in operating Microsoft Excel and are also able to prepare a Cost Budget Plan (RAB) based on Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI); 2). Community groups who have knowledge and skills in making good and safe electrical installations based on and as many as 43 housing units have been successfully reinstalled (reinstalled) based on the General Guidelines for Electrical Installation (PUIL); and 3. Community groups who have knowledge in developing UMKM.

Abstract

Pemerintah Desa memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pembangunan dan pengembangan infrastruktur di tingkat lokal. Untuk melaksanakan proyek-proyek pekerjaan fisik seperti pembangunan jalan, jembatan, gedung, dan lainnya, diperlukan pemahaman yang baik tentang analisis harga satuan pekerjaan (AHSP) berdasarkan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). AHSP adalah suatu perhitungan yang digunakan untuk menentukan estimasi biaya suatu pekerjaan konstruksi dengan menggunakan koefisien bahan dan upah pekerja yang sudah ditetapkan berdasarkan SNI. Berdasarkan hasil assesment kebutuhan masyarakat, daftar inventarisir masalah, dan daftar potensi yang ada di desa Langgula, maka pelaksanaan KKN Tematik Membangun Desa Tahap II tahun 2023 ini memberikan Pelatihan Menyusun AHSP Berdasarkan SNI Menggunakan Excel kepada Aparat Desa Langgula Kecamatan Batudaa Pantai Kabupaten Gorontalo dalam rangka perencanaan pembangunan di desa, sebagai solusi atas permasalahan perencanaan pembangunan di tingkat desa. Metode survey dan sosialisas/pelatihan digunakan pada pengabdian ini dan telah menghasilkan 73,33% peningkatan pemahaman peserta setelah kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan menjadi 89,33% jika dibandingkan sebelum kegiatan hanya sebesar 16%. Village Government has a very important role in the construction and development of infrastructure at the local level. To carry out physical work projects such as building roads, bridges, buildings, etc., a good understanding of work unit price analysis (AHSP) based on Indonesian National Standards (SNI) is required. AHSP is a calculation used to determine the estimated cost of a construction job using material coefficients and worker wages that have been determined based on SNI. Based on the results of an assessment of community needs, an inventory list of problems, and a list of potentials in Langgula village, the 2023 Phase II Thematic KKN for Building Villages provides training on preparing AHSP based on SNI using Excel to Langgula Village Officials, Batudaa Pantai District, Gorontalo Regency in the context of planning development in villages, as a solution to development planning problems at the village level. Survey and socialization/training methods were used in this service and resulted in a 73.33% increase in participants' understanding after the socialization and training activities to 89.33% compared to 16% before the activity.

Abstract

Desa Bendungan adalah desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Mananggu dengan luas wilayah sebesar 89,84 km2, menjadikannya desa terluas di kecamatan tersebut. Observasi awal mendapati bahwa desa ini masih minim infrastruktur pengelolaan informasi, baik ke dalam maupun ke luar desa, walaupun desa ini memiliki akses internet yang cukup memadai. Pelaksanaan kegiatan KKN-MBKM ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi desa sebagai Desa Digital dalam rangka mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal di desa Bendungan kecamatan Mananggu kabupaten Boalemo provinsi Gorontalo. Pengembangan sistem informasi dilakukan melalui penerapan metode Research and Development (RnD) dalam rekayasa perangkat lunak yang disesuaikan dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan dan solusi atas masalah yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan yang dilakukan melalui kuesioner kepuasan layanan desa sebelum dan setelah adanya sistem informasi desa, terjadi peningkatan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan desa, yakni tingkat kepuasan layanan desa dari 8% menjadi 45%, tingkat kemudahan akses layanan dari 3% menjadi 95%, dan tingkat kemudahan akses informasi dari 3% menjadi 98%.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah dalam penggunaan resin epoxy sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan isolator adalah harga resin epoksi yang masih relatif mahal dan susah didapatkan khususnya di daerah Gorontalo. Penelitian kali ini mencoba menambahkan pasir sungai Bolango Gorontalo dan pasir silika sebagai pengisi (filler) ke dalam bahan resin epoxy dengan variasi atau komposisi tertentu untuk kemudian dilakukan pengujian terhadap tegangan tembus dan kuat tekan. Metode experimen digunakan pada penelitian ini, yakni pengujian tegangan tembus menggunakan sumber tegangan tinggi AC dan pengujian kuat tekan menggunakan alat uji kuat tekan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa, isolator resin epoxy dengan penambahan pasir sungai sebagai filler memiliki ketahanan terhadap tegangan tembus yang kurang baik dibandingkan dengan isolator resin epoxy dengan filler berupa pasir silika. Namun, dari aspek kuat tekan, maka isolator resin epoxy dengan filler berupa pasir sungai memiliki nilai kuat tekan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan isolator resin epoxy dengan filler pasir silika.

Abstract

This research examines the breakdown  voltage on low voltage cables, by testing the voltage to breakdown and insulation resistance on low voltage cables. The purpose of this study was to determine the maximum limit of the cable sample's ability to receive injection  voltage  before experiencing an electric breakdown and the impact on insulation resistance and cable leakage current when given a voltage exceeding normal voltage and then to analyze the highest voltage that the cable can withstand in a certain time. The parameters used in the research design are insulation resistance and leakage current. The test was carried out at the High Voltage Laboratory, State University of Gorontalo with a high voltage tester HV transformer brand Terco Sweden with specifications for a maximum voltage capacity of up to 100 kV. The cable samples used were NYA 2x2.5 cables with the brands eterna, suprime and sigeru.

Abstract

Solar panels are a semiconductor component that is capable of converting solar energy into electrical energy through the photovoltaic principle. Fluctuations greatly influence the electrical energy produced by solar panels in surface temperature. Therefore, this research aims to assess the impact of solar panel surface temperature and compare the power produced by two types of solar panels, namely polycrystalline and monocrystalline panels. The method used in this research is direct measurement using a temperature measurement device with an infrared thermometer and a solar power meter. The results of measurements and analysis show that the higher the surface temperature of the solar panel, the less power produced will decrease. In addition, in a comparison of the output power between polycrystal and monocrystal-type solar panels, it was found that the power of the monocrystal type was higher than the polycrystal type.

Abstract

The use of fossil fuels has resulted in the emission of greenhouse gases which can trigger global warming. In addition, fossil energy reserves that continue to decrease also raise concerns regarding aspects of their reselience and sustainability. Therefore, new and renewble energy must be developed immediately. The use of biomass as an alternative fuel for Steam Power Plant (PLTU) is in line with Indonesia’s efforts towards net zero emission in the future. In addition to increasing the contribution of renewable energy to the national energy mix, cofiring will also have a positive impact on the development of the circular economy as it can open up employment and business opportunities in the biomass sector, especially those based on garbage and waste. This research aims to determine the value of moisture content, heating value, combustion rate, and electrical energy produced from bamboo twigs and coconut shell waste with different composition variation. The method used in this research is an experimental method in which a bomb calorimeter is used to determine the heating, and a biomass stove is used to determine the combustion rate. The research finding reveals that the best samples for utilizing bamboo and coconut shell waste in the production of bio-briquettes as an alternative energy source are the variety of 200 grams of shell charcoal and 10 grams sago adhesive (sample 9). It is the best sample due to it has moisture content value of 6.38%, heating value of 5663.9 cal/gram, combustion rate is 0.227 gram/minute, and the electrical energy generated by converting the heating value to kWh is 6.5857 kWh/gram. In reference to SNI 01-6235-2000, the moisture content should not be more than 8%, and the minimum heating value is 5000 cal/g.

Abstract

Increasing infrastructure through the allocation of village funds in the context of improving community services is increasingly being carried out in every region. Every year the allocation of village funds through the APBN continues to increase. Along with these efforts, village officials who are expected to be intermediaries for the implementation of the infrastructure improvement program are required to have the ability to carry out technical development implementation activities in the field. Tongo Village as a partner who cooperates in Community Service activities this time has been guided and trained through training activities using the learning by doing method related to Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The materials provided to village officials are: an introduction to the RAB and its constituent components, and Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) which consists of: work volume, estimated time for work completion, calculation of the number of workers and material requirements. From the results of the training it can be concluded that village officials understand how to make a Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) using Microsoft Excel as the main component in the Budget Plan (RAB).
