Abstract

This study aims to analyze students’ learning needs and perceptions in the Tari Nusantara 1 course at Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, focusing on the integration of multicultural and character-based education through traditional dance. Using a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interpretation, data were collected from 16 respondents through questionnaires. The findings reveal that all students (100%) demonstrate a strong motivation to understand Indonesia’s cultural richness, develop traditional dance skills, and strengthen their moral and cultural identity. Students perceive dance not merely as artistic performance but as a medium for building self-confidence, discipline, and pride in national heritage. Overall, the study concludes that Tari Nusantara 1 should be designed as a holistic, multicultural learning space that balances cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. Such an approach fosters character formation, cultural awareness, and professionalism, preparing students as future cultural preservers in the global era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan media sosial TikTok dengan perilaku sopan santun pada siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Pulubala. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari semakin tingginya penggunaan media sosial di kalangan remaja yang dapat memengaruhi sikap dan perilaku, termasuk sopan santun dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang diberikan kepada 35 siswa, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, regresi sederhana, korelasi Pearson, dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data kedua variabel berdistribusi normal, sehingga layak dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik parametrik. Hasil regresi sederhana menghasilkan persamaan ? = 0,415 + 0,961X, yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penggunaan media sosial TikTok dengan perilaku sopan santun. Uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,992 dengan signifikansi 0,000, yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat dan positif antara kedua variabel. Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,984 menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial TikTok memberikan kontribusi sebesar 98,4% terhadap variasi perilaku sopan santun siswa, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial TikTok memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan dengan perilaku sopan santun siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Pulubala. Abstract

This study aimed to develop a Multicultural-Based Character Education Learning Module through the Tidi Lo Polopalo dance in the Nusantara Dance I course at the Department of Dance–Drama–Music Education, Faculty of Arts and Culture, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using Sugiyono’s stages, namely: identifying potentials and problems, data collection, product design, expert validation, design revision, limited try-out, product revision, and broader field implementation. A mixed-methods approach was applied: qualitative methods were used to explore character values and the multicultural context embedded in the Tidi Lo Polopalo dance, while quantitative methods were used to test module effectiveness through descriptive statistics and t-tests (independent and paired). The participants were students enrolled in the Nusantara Dance I course, divided into an experimental group using the module and a control group using conventional teaching materials. The results indicated that the developed module was rated highly valid by content, language, media experts, and cultural practitioners, with average scores above 85%. Practicality testing through lecturer and student questionnaires showed the module was “highly practical” (85–100%). Effectiveness analysis using a paired t-test yielded t = 10.16 > ttable = 2.093 (α = 0.05), indicating a significant improvement between pretest and posttest scores in the experimental group. Descriptively, the average learning outcome increased from 31.5 to 69.9 after module implementation. The module was proven valid, practical, and effective in enhancing students’ understanding of character values (discipline, cooperation, responsibility, religiosity, tolerance) and their multicultural awareness through the local cultural context of Gorontalo. The final product is a contextual dance learning module rooted in local wisdom as an implementation of culture-based character education.

Abstract

Jurnal ini memaparkan langkah-langkah dalam pengembangan instrumen asesmen diagnosis perilaku perundungan peserta didik pada tingkat SMA sederajat, khususnya terkait dengan penentuan aspek bentuk-bentuk perilaku perundungan yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam merumuskan indikator-indikator asesmen diagnosis perilaku perundungan peserta didik pada tingkat SMA sederajat tersebut. Adapun aspek-aspek bantuk–bentuk perilaku perundungan/bullying yang digunakan sebagai dasar dalam pengembangan instrumen asesmen diagnosis tersebut, meliputi: bullying fisikal, bullying verbal, bullying sosial, dan bullying cyber/elektronik. Berdasarkan keempat aspek tersebut, selanjutnya dirumuskan indikator-indikator instrumen asesmen diagnosis perilaku perundungan peserta didik pada tingkat SMA sederajat. Akhirnya, indikator-indikator itulah yang dipakai sebagai dasar untuk merumuskan butir-butir pernyataan dalam suatu angket sebagai instrumen untuk mendiagnosis perilaku perundungan pada peserta didik. Instrumen asesmen diagnosis tersebut berupa angket diagnosis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pada ahli, ternyata instrumen diagnosis perilaku perundungan pada peserta didik dapat dikembangkan dan djiadikan sebuah angket diagnosis perilaku perundunga peserta didik pada tingkat SMA sebagai hasil dari desain invansi penulis. Abstract This journal describes the steps in developing an assessment instrument for the diagnosis of bullying behavior of students at the high school and equivalent level, especially related to determining aspects of forms of bullying behavior that can be used as a basis for formulating indicators for the assessment of the diagnosis of bullying behavior of students at the high school and equivalent level. the. The aspects of bullying behavior that are used as a basis for developing diagnostic assessment instruments include: physical bullying, verbal bullying, social bullying, and cyber/electronic bullying. Based on these four aspects, indicators for an assessment instrument for diagnosing bullying behavior of students at the high school and equivalent level were formulated. Finally, these indicators are used as a basis for formulating statement items in a questionnaire as an instrument for diagnosing bullying behavior in students. The diagnostic assessment instrument is in the form of a diagnostic questionnaire. Based on the results of expert testing, it turns out that an instrument for diagnosing bullying behavior among students can be developed and used as a questionnaire to diagnose bullying behavior among students at the high school level as a result of the author's innovative design.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) develop microlearning-based video tutorials for learning basic counseling skills that are valid and contextual, and (2) determine the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the microlearning-based video tutorials in improving basic counseling skills. This study employed a Research and Development method using the Dick and Carey development model, which consists of ten stages. The research subjects included two expert validators (content expert and media expert), ten students in the small-group trial, and twenty fifth-semester students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program in the large-group trial. The research instruments consisted of expert validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, and pretest and posttest instruments on basic counseling skills. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with Likert scale conversion and N-Gain Score analysis to measure product effectiveness. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the developed microlearning-based video tutorials cover seven basic counseling skills, namely reflection, exploration, paraphrasing, interpretation, confrontation, focusing, and clarification; (2) the product validity is categorized as highly feasible, with average scores of 4.55 from the content expert and 4.45 from the media expert; the practicality level is categorized as very practical, with average scores of 4.27 in the small-group trial and 4.26 in the large-group trial; and (3) the microlearning-based video tutorials are proven effective in improving students’ basic counseling skills, as indicated by an increase in the average score from 47.9 in the pretest to 95.5 in the posttest, an N-Gain score of 0.66 (moderate category), and an effectiveness level of 79.6% (effective category). The developed product can be utilized as a supporting medium for counseling practicum learning as well as an independent learning resource for university students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripstif kuantitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran umum empati dan mengetahui perbedaan tingkat empati ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling berjumlah 435 mahasiswa dan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 60 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis persentase, teknik uji-t dan statistic deskriptif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata persentase empati mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling yakni 56% dan termasuk kedalam kategori sedang serta terdapat perbedaan empati jika ditinjau dari jenis kelamin dimana mahasiswa perempuan memiliki rata-rata empati sebesar (M=203,90) dan mahasiswa laki-laki memiliki rata-rata empati sebesar (M=186,90) hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa empati yang dimiliki perempuan lebih tinggi dibandingkan empati yang dimiliki oleh laki-laki diperkuat dengan perolehan hasil uji-t dengan sig. sig. 0,000 (<0,005) yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan empati mahasiswa apabila ditinjau dari jenis kelamin.
